Fantastic experience: The tech who did my xrays was awesome. She was friendly, knowledgeable with what she was doing and made it an enjoyable experience.

Fantastic experience: The X-ray tech was very professional and thorough. This was my first mammo in a wheelchair, she made sure everything was set up with little adjustment to my wheelchair position. Felt comfortable.

Fantastic experience: The staff was welcoming and the technician was extremely helpful with it being my first mammogram. She took her time to explain what was going to happen.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was really nice. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time and was all done by my time.

Fantastic experience: I had to get multiple scans done on very short notice and the SimonMed team did an amazing job for me. They were not only very professional but also extremely respectful of the situation I had going on, because of them I was able to get the correct care I needed and I was back to being healthy shortly after!

Fantastic experience: Appointment was at 6 AM. Empty lobby basically, was the 1st one there. Receptionist was very kind and prompt to what she needed. I was seen within the next 5-10 minutes. Technician was also very nice and professional! She made me feel comfortable and had casual conversations which helped ease my anxiety.

Fantastic experience: Glenna was great. Quick CT, helped me keep calm when I felt anxious. Was gentle and fast with the IV.

Fantastic experience: I was in and out. It was great. The mammogram was much less cumbersome than normal and the technician was highly professional and communicative. Received my results the next day!

Fantastic experience: AMAZING!! My nurse was amazing, the doctor was friendly and did a very painful procedure fast which made it much easier to deal with. I can honestly say that I have never been treated better by any healthcare professionals. They were friendly, They talked me through the procedure without me even having to ask. I can’t say enough positive things about this facility and their staff.

Fantastic experience: I had to go from the Buckeye office to the Avondale office yesterday and they took me right in so didn't have to go back to Gila bend. They were pretty gentle with me getting ready for the MRI because I hurt so bad. Good people there. Thank you. Sandy West

Fantastic experience: Greg the CT Tech was the best tech I have ever had. I have bad viens and he got the IV in in one try. He made the whole experience amazing. I have had many CTs but this was by far the best.

Fantastic experience: Our experience at SimonMed Imaging-Avondale was amazing! Nobody looks forward to anything medical. In fact, it's typically anxiety inducing. However, that was certainly not the case for us! Our CT technician, Greg, was outstanding! He is what exceptional bedside manner and medical professionalism looks like! He made the whole experience very relaxing and extremely comfortable. If you are in need of a CT scan, choose the Avondale location and request Greg!

Fantastic experience: My CT tech, Greg, was very nice and caring. He had even done a projection of stars on the ceiling and fish on the CT scanner to help patients relax. GREAT IDEA!

Fantastic experience: The front desk was professional, respectful, and very nice at the same time. I’d recommend this to anyone in need of an MRI or X-ray although X-ray is walk in basis only. They got the job done and left me satisfied with my results in a mannerly time.

Fantastic experience: CT Scan was very easy and quick. They person that did it was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were running very behind biut it wasn't all her fault and she acknowledged it and did her best to catch up.

Fantastic experience: I got a message. It was an old one from Dr yusupov. Saying that they needed a new X-ray. I am with Dr. Eric Rebich surgeon. So I had to go take my time. To go back down to the location on McDowell road and ask for a new chest X-ray. Then the nice lady said no we don't need to do x-ray from you. Then she proceeded to print out the diagnosis. So believe me I'm very grateful.

Fantastic experience: Always helpful, professional and willing to do whatever it takes to get the Dr. requested tests done. From front desk to Technicians all been good people to me and all customers. I wrote a letter of appreciation about 4 years ago letting them know how happy I was with their service.

Fantastic experience: From the counter to the medical staff, all were awesome. Even tho I was told wait time would be two hours, they still managed to get me in before that time length. Was glad I decided to wait

Positive experience: When I walked in there were 4 people behind the desk, 2 receptionists and 2 techs chatting. Only 2 others in the waiting room. No one said hello nor acknowledged me at all. Also, I don’t understand the ridiculous electronic option to check in when you arrive but still need to check in at reception. Anyway, after several minutes one of the receptionists waved me over still not saying hello. Just my name. Got me checked in. The tech who did my mammogram was completely awesome at least. Very professional and personable with a good sense of humor. I really appreciated her. Might want to solve the welcoming of visitors and if techs not doing anything want to chat maybe not chat up front and ignore patients.

Fantastic experience: I had to get worked in same day there on a saturday, and they did it quickly. I have severe claustrophobia and have never been in a closed MRI. the staff there was very patient, kind, professional, and explained everything in detail to me. With their help I made it through a 15 min. MRI. I am so thankful to them and the facility. This Is what every health care appointment should be like. Thank you so much for getting me through a painful and terrifying experience.

Fantastic experience: In and out within 30 minutes for an X-ray and a CT…impressive The waiting room stayed full but the registration clerks remained pleasant and efficient. Several RAD techs came out for patients. They were all pleasant with their respective patients!
