Positive experience: Everyone was very kind! Even let me do additional testing I wasn't scheduled for because of my situation. Very helpful. I did have to wait a long period of time but that is understandable. Well worth it. Keep up the good work!

Fantastic experience: I would absolutely recommend Dr. Steven Sumpter to anyone. He is very educated in different medical conditions, treatment options, medical conditions (even those that he doesn't specifically specialize in) and I liked that he would educate both of us on something he wasn't 100% knowledgeable about. He would still be my PCP had we not moved! His R.N. is beyond fabulous, usually getting anything completed within minutes of asking, plus she is so, so kind! His office staff is organized and usually pretty friendly. Again, Thank-You all for the decade of fantastic service! I already miss you guys.

Fantastic experience: Really great Adalivia Casas was attentive and and all the right questions to make sure I didn't miss telling her anything.

Positive experience: Medical building okay, just never any handicap or regular parking at all. Thind need to build a parking garage in empty lot next door. Drop off okay but for customers that cant walk far its terrible.

Fantastic experience: In regards to: Dr. Steven Sumpter, DO (PCP) is very patient & a great listener with my mom. She feels very well cared for with her health concerns. Of all her doctors; she thinks he’s the best. ‘Very good person.’ She doesn’t feel rushed & can relax with him. She feels like she is being heard. Very professional & knowledgeable. Thank you.

Positive experience: The only reason why this place isn’t getting a 1 star review is because the medical staff who conducted my appointed are wonderful, caring, and kind. However, the receptionists at the desk are so rude and have such an aggressive tone to all the guests when it’s apparent the guests are doing nothing wrong. One of them even has a cup mocking bipolar disorder, treating it like a joke when it’s a debilitating disorder that people suffer from. The fact that she works in a medical facility and thinks it’s a joke is incredibly offensive and disappointing. The receptionists are the face of the medical office— if they can’t even find the motivation to create a warm and welcoming environment for their patients, they should consider finding jobs that don’t involve customer service.

Fantastic experience: I've seen a lot of Doctors in my life time. Parking, scheduling, hold times.. you get that every where. The Doctors are why you go. Believe me when I tell you Dr. Wolpert is who you want to see. Everytime I visit I am Confident he has my well being in mind and will do what's best for me. He is well informed and to the point. I am thankful to have him as my Doctor.

Fantastic experience: If you're planning on going to IMS, nurse practitioner Kia Lambeth is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I had a lot of questions & she really put my mind at ease & took the time to hear me out & even came up with a plan for me. She is a prime example of having patience for her patients, something a lot of Dr's don't have now in days. If you ever want to be seen by her just know that you will be in great hands. I hope she stays here forever!! I highly recommend her.
