Hand Therapy of Michigan--Battle Creek

Fantastic experience: My name is Rainee Redman, I have a work related injury to my left hand it was smooshed in a greaser press. It punctured in two places and I had a minor surgery to clean out the grease out of my hand. It was very painful and limited range of motion. I was referred to Hand Therapy of Michigan, Craig is my Therapist he is fantastic. I have a lot more range of motion and Craig is helping me to rebuild strength in my hand. I don't know what I would have done without his help. This group is amazing and they know how to help people with injuries, and birth defects, from your finger tips to your shoulders. I will recommend this group of professionals to assist you with your pain. I know they can help.

Fantastic experience: Actually, I'd give them a10, and here's why: Driving a 76 y/o body can be annoying. It doesn't bounce back like at 20 or 40 or 60, and you have to be patient! An electric scooter spill in FL (should have been a non-event), resulted in surgery for a double fracture and plate in my wrist, a year after a boxer fracture, same hand. I arrived in MI, started therapy in mid-June, (recommended by a friend who was in an awful accident). Diana got her back + functional, and she was full of praise for the entire crew. I worked with Bryan, on occasion Craig, and mostly Diana, who earned my trust, respect, and friendship. She is simply awesome. I made good gains, am back throwing pots and making clay pieces. I pushed hard but this body has it's own pace and even after 5 months of therapy, there's more to work at. . . . Nevertheless, Nov 10, we celebrated the last appointment and I head back to FL with a good set of instructions and plenty of knowledge and mobility gained. Must say, you can't go wrong with any of this crew, they really know their field, are great at communicating, warm and encouraging.

Fantastic experience: I had a stroke over 2 years ago then I started therapy with Diana! She's made amazing progress with my hand! It's getting better every day! She work's me hard, and it's giving me hope that someday it will be normal again! This place has a wonderful staff! I'm so glad my Dr. referred me here! I'm so grateful for my progress so far!

Fantastic experience: Craig, Brian, Diana and Ann are all knowledgeable and professional yet friendly. I had therapy before and after surgery on my wrist and thumb it was a LONG year physically and mentally. It was a bitter sweet good-bye, if I was able to give them a 10 I would. Definitely would recommend them to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I broke my wrist and needed PT to gain function back. The staff at Hand Therapy of Michigan are excellent. They are caring, informative and very helpful! Fantastic experience: Wonderful treatment from process following surgery from beginning to final stage of healing. I will always be grateful for the compassion and care I received to restore a healthy functional hand. Thank you to Craig and Diana. It was bitter sweet to say goodbye. I was witness to many types of treatment provided to other patients in my twice a week visits over nearly four months and was impressed with such professionalism and knowledge.

Fantastic experience: It was easy to make appointments and even change one when needed. Craig was very skillful in providing personalized braces for my hand and giving strengthening exercises for me to do at home as well as the ones to do in the office. On the day when I saw Yvonne, I had the same excellent treatment. I would recommend Hand Therapy of Michigan to anyone needing hand therapy.

Fantastic experience: This is an outstanding clinic. Diana was my PT technician for the past several weeks. She and the other PT technicians are very capable of treating you. I highly recommend this facility for your PT service. They all need a pay raise.

Fantastic experience: I had hand therapy at two other places for my right hand, when I learned I had to have left hand therapy, I was advised to visit Hand Therapy of Michigan. As I leave today, I feel my left hand is so much stronger than my right, I feel this is due to the skills of my therapist at Hand Therapy of Michigan. Every staff member is professional, knowledgeable, and goes to great lengths to make their patients feel protected, and you always leave feeling like you have improved. I usually worked with Craig, and he is one of the most elite therapists I have worked with. There were a few times I had to work with other therapists and they were so wonderful too. Plus, the receptionist is adorable, and I am going to start demanding every receptionist I encounter will be as sweet and nice as she is. Thanks for doing such a great job!

Fantastic experience: I attended hand therapy for many years. I am an amputee below the elbow on my left arm. I was provided a prosthetic hand and attended hand therapy with a certified Hand Therapist for training. I believe that amputees usually attend occupational therapy to train with their prosthetics but I think having worked with a certified hand therapist was much more beneficial. Craig Bradfield is my Hand Therapist and he is wonderful. The entire office staff at this location is fantastic.

Fantastic experience: Greg worked wth me and listened to what I thought. As the visits progressed, he was flexibile with the therapy. he gave me strategies to heal by working on my own. My hand progressed markedly.

Fantastic experience: I have had 2 surgeries on my right hand. I went to Hand Therapy of Michigan in Battle Creek for therapy following both surgeries. I had the opportunity to work primarily with Brian, Craig, and Diana and they were all wonderful. Because I had to have 2 surgeries for the same condition, my progress was somewhat slow, specifically after the second surgery. The therapists were patient, encouraging, and kept trying new things to help me get my mobility and strength back. They took the time to get to know me and what is important to me as far as activities to ensure I could get back to doing the things I love to do. The environment is comfortable and friendly and while I hope to not need therapy again any time soon, if I do, I will definitely return to Hand Therapy if Michigan!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of Hand Therapy of MI a few times over the last three years. I was always pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of the staff. My appointments started on time and a pleasant greeting was a norm for this office. I worked with Yvonne, Diana, Brian, and Craig. Their attention was foremost on my therapy. All are wonderful at their profession. I’d highly recommend this practice to anyone!
