Athletico Physical Therapy - Marshall

Fantastic experience: This is my third experience of going to Athletio in Marshall. First was my right shoulder second with my left knee now my right knee. They are so kind so knowledgeable understanding and just about every other nice knowledgeable word you could you ca think of. I love them all. It’s one of those places that you are happy we have to go to but hope you don’t have to go back again. hope I don’t ever have to go anywhere else for therapy.

Fantastic experience: This is such a great facility. I worked a lot with Paul and Lauren and their help was invaluable. I find my walking is improving and my energy is increasing. I am thankful for the assistance I received.

Fantastic experience: I had both knees replaced 5 weeks apart. I had such great care at Athletico from everyone. Paul was my main therapist and did a great job of making sure I was progressing and pushing me. I would not hesitate to go there again if needed. Thanks for my care!

Fantastic experience: This was a my third time rehabbing at this location. The evaluation was enlightening and turned out to be more accurate than the doctors office diagnosis. Chuck identified weaknesses in strength, balance, and flexibility. Over the course of 6 visits and some homework, I was able to increase flexibility and have a clear program that I can use to increase strength and balance. The staff is very knowledgeable and can get to the bottom of any muscular deficiency.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with the entire staff at Athletico in Marshall. Mr. Middleton‘s assessment was thorough and professional. He has a great rapport with his staff and treats them with respect. I’ve never seen a team work together so well. I enjoyed coming to a positive and encouraging atmosphere. Because I carried out all my daily exercises at home in addition to attending Athletico twice a week, I progressed very quickly. I highly recommend Athletico in Marshall. Thank you to all the staff for working during this pandemic.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient with Athletico in Marshall for 3 separate physical therapy events. The first being chronic joint pain of the hip due to arthritic changes and deterioration. Jillian Thompson, PT designed a program customized for me and my goals of delaying total hip replacement for as long as possible. The second event,at least one year later, was for post total hip replacement therapy which quickly got me on my feet pain free. The third episode was for a very painful bout with planter fasciatis Again Jillian was patient, expert and kind with just the right amount of coaching for me to be able to get back on my feet and exercise again. Overall, the expert team at Athletico is warm, friendly, compassionate and highly skilled. It's the only place I will go for Physical Therapy. We are so fortunate to have them in our town of Marshall Michigan.

Fantastic experience: I have worked with the staff at Athletico a couple of times now. Every time I have interacted with them, they have been friendly, kind, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were addressed. The staff takes their time to get to know you as a person and they work within your means to set realistic rehabilitation goals. I would recommend working with any of the staff members at Athletico and will definitely go back if needed.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Chuck and his team at Marshall Athletico. They have gotten me up and running at full steam or better 4 times in the last 5 years. I joke that I should get frequent flyer points, but they have earned my trust and confidence with the knowledge they have, their can-do spirit and their dedication to stand by your side to ensure you are functioning again at your best. Fantastic experience: Athletico is a life saver for me on more than one occasion...from helping me gain strength in my hand after hand surgery, learning to walk after a broken femur to showing me stretching/strengthening exercises...all done so professionally and encouraging all the while. Fantastic experience: Went in for some physical therapy when my shoulder wasn’t healing well after a fall. Staff is wonderful. Every single one of them! Always professional. Always greeted with a smile and a “how are you doing today”. Really cared and had my best interests at heart. While I don’t ever wish for an injury, it’s nice to know I have a local place that is top notch to help with recovery.

Fantastic experience: I can't thank Chuck and his team enough. They got me feeling better then I have in almost 2 years. They listened to my concerns and put together an incredible plan to get me where I wanted to be. They always greeted me with a smile and took time to ask about life. Hopefully I never need Physical Therapy again , but if I do, there is no question it will be with Athletico Marshall. Thanks guys

Fantastic experience: Athletico PT of Marshall MI is an incredible resource for our community! They have a fantastic staff that has taken care of myself and my injury prone family members on several occasions. Chuck is one of the most gifted and knowledgeable clinicians that I have ever worked with. The office staff is also courteous and efficient which makes appt. scheduling very easy. Thank you all for keeping me going!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Athletico in Marshall for my OT and PT needs since it opened. Been there for acute, overuse and post surgical issues of my upper and lower extremities and my upper and lower spine (yes, I’m an older, active, uncoordinated individual) and have had the pleasure of being treated by all 3 of the PTs, their PTA, and OT. They have a used a variety of methods to help me get better, and their personalities have all been a facilitative factor in their efforts. The front desk folks have also been fantastic in the time I have been there. I’ve been there during COVID and non-COVID times and they have always practiced their skills in a safe manner, while incorporating both the physical and psychological aspects of rehab. And while I usually write shorter reviews I’m retired now, and I certainly like to give credit where credit is due, and this Athletico facility and personnel certainly deserve all the accolades they receive, and my highest recommendation.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to various other physical therapy facilities and never had good luck. Athletico is different. I had major surgery on my spinal cord and at 24, thought I would always be in pain. Jillian Thompson can work miracles. I can actually do the things I enjoy again. My quality of life was restored. The whole staff were amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, they made physical therapy fun. I looked forward to each session. And even though my appointment was with Jillian, Chuck made sure to say hi and ask how I was doing every visit. I HIGHLY recommend Athletico in Marshall.

Fantastic experience: I have had 4 knee surgeries and have used different Physical Therapists. They have all been very good but Athletico has been the best. Jillian Thompson has been my primary therapist for the last two surgeries and has been excellent, but I have help from all or almost all of the therapists and assistants. Every person there has been exceptionally upbeat and friendly for every interaction I have had. I hope I will no longer need them but it is nice to know that they will be there if I do.

Fantastic experience: I had another great PT experience with Athletico in Marshall. The facility and equipment was very clean and COVID precautions were followed. My specific program expectations were explained well at my initial evaluation. I felt that they were genuinely concerned with how I was feeling each day before and after PT. I was provided a wonderful variety of exercises to perform and was provided instructions on how to build on the exercises as I become stronger. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to my Ortho patients or family/friends.

Fantastic experience: Sydney Saban is the best OT ever! After dealing with ulnar nerve issues for the past few months, going through therapy with another OT, and then seeing Sydney, I'm finally doing better! She listens to what you are telling her about your pain and keeps you in the loop with your therapy goals. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great place for Physical Therapy anywhere. I was treated with respect and a friendly hi how are you each and every time I went there A Big Shout out to Paul Bowen PT he knows his job. I have to say everyone knows what they are doing. I feel so much better after 2 weeks of Therapy .I was in a car accident and could barely walk I now can walk pain free. Fantastic experience: A huge shout out to the staff at Athletico in Marshall! Each and every time you walk in, you are greeted with a smile! I had the extreme pleasure of getting to know Ashley, Kyle, and Jillian. I saw them three times a week for many weeks and felt like I was family at this place. Everyone was very personable, pleasant, and generally happy just to be there. I would go as far to say, that Jillian is my favorite physical therapist of all times. You can tell she loves what she does. I was referred there by my doctor's office, and I had been suffering severe headaches from an auto accident. From the first day, I felt like Jillian cared. Genuinely cared. She proved that point to me each and every single time I reported to her that my headaches were getting fewer and farther between. During my visits, we exchanged several stories, and laughed a ton. I am very comfortable in saying this... She is not only an amazing physical therapist, but a wonderful soul, as well. I cannot thank you enough!!!

Fantastic experience: Best of the best! I’ve been treated for several injuries by the staff here over the last couple of years, and I can’t imagine a better place to go. Therapists are highly knowledgeable, caring and patient, and the entire staff is so warm and friendly. I often recommend their services to others, and if you’re looking at PT, this is the place to go!
