Fantastic experience: I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences here. From shadowing Steve to actually doing 2 rounds of pt this has been my go to office. They are all wonderful and very flexible with the treatment and really take the time to cater it to each individual’s needs.

Fantastic experience: So I worked with Steve, Cailee, & Ryan at one point in my long journey to recovery! Steve- is an amazing human, I truely believe he would give his shirt off his back to anyone. He helped get back to my old self, the smiling happy man I was before my hip surgery. Overall an amazing human in this world Cailee- has a heart of gold, when working with her she always made me laugh and we would have amazing conversations on top of pushing me to be a better person on top of helping me rehab my hip. She will have you smiling and laughing. She is very smart and made my rehab experience unbelievable! Ryan- is another amazing man in this world, I would talk about sports, life experience, have him challenge me physically in rehab and mentally with fun crazy riddles and questions of the day! He is another person who would give his shirt off his back to help anyone! Overall my experience is a 10/10. I would recommend Nova Care here on stadium drive to anyone. Yes you come from rehab, but always leave with a family feeling. Them 3 plus me have created an amazing bond with my time here and I believe everyone who comes here gets treated as the same! I will miss these 3 and the memories we have made together! But I prefer to see them outside of PT next time! Thank you for everything

Fantastic experience: As a an undergrad student trying to seek shadowing hours and clinical experience for occupational therapy, NovaCare Rehabilitation has been amazing. Nothing beats the supportive, open, and kind environment that Steve, Cailee, Aditi, the students, and patient specialists provide here at the clinic. Not to mention, that connections are constantly built between provider and patient, as well as between the patients during their care. They make an active effort to include me in educational experiences and allow me to engage with different patients as well. Overall, amazing, amazing clinic for any of your rehab, PT, OT, sports training, and other needs OR an amazing place for both undergrad and grad students to seek clinical experience and education.

Fantastic experience: Cailee is the best PT doctor I have ever seen. I was made so comfortable in this office. Her student trainer was also nice. Very knowledgeable and explained everything so well.

Fantastic experience: Cailee Bartow is an amazing physical therapist! First of all, she does an outstanding job of listening. I was there for therapy for my knee, but I had some limitations on what my ankles could handle due to past injuries. She listened, asked thoughtful follow-up questions, and then made sure that the exercises for my knee took into account my past injuries. And then she remembered that information on subsequent visits without prompting. I felt safer trying new exercises because of that. Secondly, she is incredibly friendly and supportive. This is a great characteristic in a physical therapist since they need to push you to do things that may feel like hard work. Knowing that I'd have little chats with Cailee interspersed with the exercises made PT much more pleasant. Finally, she does push you and make sure that you are doing the exercises at the *just right* level of difficulty with correct form. I always felt challenged, but not overwhelmed. I am so happy with the increased strength and mobility that I have gained through her exercises. Obviously, I hope to never have another injury. But if I ever have one that requires PT for follow up, I will definitely ask to be assigned to Cailee again!

If you are a runner or recreational athlete or just trying to move better with decreased pain I highly recommend seeking out care here at NovaCare! Add his positive attitude, and he’s the best around. My ankle is stronger than ever—I’m back to running and sports!

Fantastic experience: The physical therapists and staff at NovaCare-Stadium Road (Kalamazoo) are amazing! I mostly worked with Cailee Bartow, DPT, and I worked a couple times with Stephen, DPT. Cailee and Stephen are excellent physical therapists. Sam and Bobby were also awesome. Courtney, who is the office manager, is also wonderful and helpful. My neck feels so much better after having physical therapy there.

Fantastic experience: I have seen many physical therapy offices over the years, but this is, by far, the best place! I’ve been coming here for ten years now (for different things). Steve, Cailee, Courtney, Carol (OT) and all their students/interns have been so amazing! They are informative, compassionate, and dedicated! Fantastic experience: Steve and Aubery have been super,very personal , professional and informative . They take there time to explain the program what the goals are to help my mother with some back pains .The information and experience show in the care they give my mother.The facility is clean, well organized and equipment is in great shape. All staff seem to understand how to handle a senior with there special demands and still laugh at her stories. I would recommend the group highly . Please keep up the good work thanks.

Fantastic experience: NovaCare has been the best physical therapy clinic I have been to. Steve, Cailee, and Lois are amazing therapists who genuinely care about their patients. They provide high quality care that is individualized to each patient’s needs. While I was there I saw them work with many patients ranging from low back pain, post operative, concussions, TMJ, headaches, and every joint in the body! They take the time to explain what is going on and why each exercise is important. The environment was warm, inviting, and super motivating. It was awesome how attentive they were at each and every session. Courtney at the front desk also made the experience so much better. She did a great job of making scheduling a breeze. I truly can’t say enough good things about this place. I look forward to stopping back in even just to say hi!

Fantastic experience: I've been to a few different pt facilities. This is hands down the best staff...from the personable and smiling folks you make your appointments with...to the physical therapists. It's a great facility. You never feel the vibe like you aren't getting that personal attention that some places give off. Knowledgeable, personable, and they will push you towards achieving your goals whether it's simply walking or running a marathon. You really can't get better care anywhere else. If I could give ten stars out of five I would. I really can't say enough positives. Go. Feel better. Get that physical therapy you deserve.

Fantastic experience: I have been through three or four rounds of physical therapy. I am always impressed by the therapists here, including the students! There is also longevity with staffing, which I appreciate. Very personable and fun people to work with. Best thing is they have helped me each time resume normal activity with no more pain!

Fantastic experience: I have been shadowing at Novacare for the past 6 months and I could not be more impressed with the amazing team. Steve and Cailee have played a huge role in my decision to pursue physical therapy as a career. The team is kind and welcoming to each and every person who walks through the door. Patients leave with smiles on their faces. Most importantly, I have seen many patients over the past 6 months finish their treatment programs with excellent results! Fantastic experience: The staff at this clinic is incredible! From the time you call to schedule to the day you're discharged, everyone is cheerfully helpful and extremely competent. I'm making steady progress, and I feel like I leave each visit knowing a little more about my body and its capabilities than I did when I came in. I recommend this clinic to everyone I know who needs PT, and cannot say how glad I am to be in their care - words just don't cover it.

Fantastic experience: NovaCare occupational and help facility on Stadium Drive is the best occupational health facility I have ever seen. Their team of knowledgeable and caring staff and interns are genuinely concerned with your total health. They are also concerned with your knowledge of your own personal health. After my health suffered the impact of being a professed couch potato, I was referred to NovaCare but my wife. Their staff has helped me to understand intimately the way that my continuing a personal exercise program helps to maintain my quality of life. They not only show me exercises that will work for my age group they also show me through computer images and printed material how and why these exercises are necessary. Because of them I am a couch potato no longer. I am continually progressing to my target weight in a healthy way and feel better than I felt in the last 15 years.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience interning at NovaCare. The staff is not only highly knowledgeable when it comes to PT treatment, but they genuinely care about each patient and want to motivate healthy lifestyles outside of the clinic. It’s a friendly environment perfectly catered for patient care and rehabilitation, as well as for students to learn!

Fantastic experience: My step dad had a stroke a couple months ago and started physical therapy at NovaCare on Stadium to help him regain strength, endurance and to gel him get back to his quick thinking self. The staff has been wonderful! They are friendly and knowledgeable- help to navigate insurance questions. I have seen them treat all clients with patience and encouragement. In the last two months, with their guidance, my step dad has improved at least 70% and his improvement has been noticed by people who see him often as well as by family that sees him every couple of weeks. I will recommend NovaCare on Stadium to anyone with PT needs.

Fantastic experience: I just want to thank the staff at NovaCare Rehabilitation on Stadium Drive. They took care of daughter with the upmost care! From the moment of our first appointment and right down to our very last, everyone from the front office staff to all the interns and therapist, they made us feel so very welcomed. My daughter shoulder is back and ready for her basketball season and we owe that to the staff of NovaCare. Her sessions were so thorough and calculated to make sure she wasn't doing too much too fast and I really appreciated that. We were recommended to this office once we knew my daughter needed surgery, followed up by physical therapy and what a success. I would highly recommend this office for your physical therapy needs. So again, we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts and appreciate all you have done for her over the last five months!! Take care!

Fantastic experience: Steve and crew are always fantastic with my son, a travel hockey player . They rehabbed him back to sport in just over a week after a bad hip injury. They are all so kind and considerate. They are so encouraging and thorough with everyone. Medicine is more than just treatment , it’s also about encouraging and enabling your patients to work through their injuries and believe they can do it . The level of knowledge and professionalism exhibited by the staff is always so impressive and I would know - I am employed as an Orthopedic PA . These guys were always my go to in my last practice for patent referrals and for good reason. That’s why I have my own family treated there. Can’t say enough good things !!! Fantastic experience: 2 years ago, after a car accident, the team at NovaCare was able to help me regain functioninality quickly and I was back to my old self in no time. Everyone there is so professional, talented, caring and not to mention fun to work with. I looked forward to going to physical therapy and even though I was working hard it really didn't feel like it. I really love the out of the box techniques that are used here in conjunction with more traditional exercises, it keeps things interesting and it kept me motivated. When my doctor once again recommended physical therapy for an entirely unrelated issue I knew there was only one place that I wanted to go! I highly recommend NovaCare to anyone looking for physical therapy - I could not be happier with the care I have received there!
