Fantastic experience: Beautiful facility, professional and kind staff...Rosalie is fantastic! She explains what she is doing, is firm but gentle in application and just the sweetest person. Everyone there is genuinely caring and dedicated to their profession. Would absolutely recommend NovaCare Rehabilitation to anyone needing OT/PT! (The only thing I did not like was music was too loud for my taste, but I'm guessing it's to keep conversations between client and provider somewhat private, plus, I'm just old!)

Fantastic experience: Nova Care has been a blessing to me. The staff are very friendly. Even if they aren't my Therapist they are friendly and always helpful. I have had to overcome a lot due to surgery on my spine and cancer treatments. They are always showing concern if it's a day when I struggle with fatigue. I have had great exercise routines that have been helpful and they even have a small pool that was so wonderful when I first started, and my spine was very weak. I highly recommend NovaCare on Jolly Road.

Fantastic experience: I had no prior experience with PT, and did not know what to expect going in. I was fairly skeptical that some simple stretches and leg-lift type exercises were going to make a dent in my intense back pain...until they did!! It was not overnight, but the difference is night and day! The facility is clean and organized, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They take time to explain the steps involved in the process, and are willing to answer questions. The therapists customize the program to your ability, and adapt as you progress. I am very pleased with my experience.
