Fantastic experience: I have been here twice now, after going to another place I can truly say Nova care is the absolute best. I believed they were before my doctor sent me els where. There are no doubts that this is the place to come. They listen they are informative, and compassionate. They take the time to get to know you as a person and treat you not just your injury! I hope to never need therapy again but if I do I will always come here. Alyssa is the most wonderful person to work with I highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Staff is great and very comfortable to work with. I worked with Alyssa throughout most of my therapy but I also got a chance to work with Aaron and they were both awesome. They do a great job at finding the source of the issue and developing a plan to fix it or make you feel better. I suffered with my back and shoulders but now, I'm doing much better. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Thomas at NovaCare for well over my month for my debilitating headaches. He specializes in "dry needling" which targets my tight muscles below my neck. I have found some relief! Thank God! Tom is great to work with and gives you alot of personal attention.

They have been such an encouragement to me during my recovery. I know I can trust their expertise so I can challenge myself and improve within a safe and controlled environment. Fantastic experience: NovaCare physical therapists are super friendly! They are very professional, knowledgeable and you can request a specific therapist for each visit. Michelle and Thomas are super! I would recommend them to everyone! Even their receptionist is there to greet you by name & with a smile when you walk in.

Fantastic experience: This is a small facility, with a full range of equipment and experienced staff. Although you can request one therapist for all your visits, they work cooperatively, and having different therapists from time to time does not mean starting over each time. They will even switch off during a visit, if they feel that a colleague is better equipped for a particular part of your treatment. The office staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient without being dismissive, and quickly follow up on scheduling and insurance issues. Yes, the building is older, but it is easily accessible, clean (and clean-smelling, which is almost as important!), with clearly good working relationships among all staff. If you are in need of water therapy, you will need a different site, but for anything else, I highly recommend this Novacare facility.

Fantastic experience: The care I got was amazing! I went in in so much pain and over the next few weeks I was walking out feeling back to my old self! The complete staff is awesome! If I ever have to have therapy again I'm only going here!

Fantastic experience: I have certainly appreciated the care and lovable disposition given by authentic, well equipped trainers and staff members at Nova Care. Everyone (and I mean everyone) I've encountered has such a highly proficient customer service oriented attitude to literally put customers close to their hearts, and giving their clients a well endowed and expressive impression that they are for your therapeutic and progressive growth. This speaks volumes for this facility as a whole, and the management infrastructure they are under. Thank you once again NovaCare personnels at the Pennsylvania location.
