Fantastic experience: I saw Sarah Seelman at Core Balance. She was knowledgeable about my issue, listened to me carefully and sought the best approach to treatment. I had significant improvement after sessions with her. Definitely would recommend her for vestibular issues.

Fantastic experience: After suffering nearly disabling vertigo for weeks, my primary care suggested going to PT. I was extremely fortunate to get a same day evaluation and treatment. Barb was able to fix me within one visit! After feeling horrible for so long I cried a couple tears of joy! Barb (the owner of the practice) is a master of her craft. I will come here for any future PT needs and I would highly recommend her to anyone else.

Fantastic experience: I found the staff at Core Balance to be extremely friendly and helpful. The physical therapist I worked with was very knowledgeable and encouraging. She answered all of my questions in a way I could understand. My recovery goals were achieved and I’m nearly back to normal. I was given an easy to follow program to do at home so I can maintain the progress I made. I’m so happy I was referred to Core Balance.

Fantastic experience: I had an vestibular Schwannoma removed in January, which is a benign tumor on your hearing and balance nerve. The removal left me with single-sided deafness and balance issues. I was told Core Balance was the best at helping with vestibular problems and I have been 100% happy with my therapy. Barb has been my main physical therapist and through many unique machines and hands on technology, my brain is making new pathways and getting my vestibular system back on track. I love that there's a whole hour devoted to sessions. I think that really allows time for in depth work. I also appreciate that education is part of the therapy. It is so important to understand why we are doing these exercises- what the goals are. I think I've met with most of the other therapists at least once, and each one has been very knowledgeable, and personable; explaining clearly why they are doing whatever the therapy that day is, and helping me understand what's going on with my vestibular system. I feel truly valued and cared for by the entire staff at Core Balance. These people are truly experts and the facility is wonderful!

Fantastic experience: My experience working with the Core Balance team was outstanding. I saw four therapists, Barb, Mia, Sarah, and Becky for help with vertigo. All of them were kind, understanding, and professional. They made sure they got me in somewhere on the schedule so I didn't have to suffer with my symptoms. After their persistent treatment, I am now symptom free and feel great. Everyone at the office, including the clerical staff, was friendly and made me feel welcome and comfortable. I can't thank them enough for their wonderful care.

Fantastic experience: I went to Core Balance as a recommendation from my chiropractor. My regular Doctor had diagnosed me with vertigo but the exercises he recommended were not helping. On my first visit, my therapist changed my diagnosis to Vestibular Neuritis and set me on a course of exercises that almost immediately started me on the path to recovery. I am very grateful to have had the pleasure of having had Sarah Seelman as my Therapist. She was very patient, friendly, understanding, and professional. She took the time to explain the particulars of my ailment and how the exercises would help. I would happily use their services again if needed, and I would especially recommend Sarah. Fantastic experience: Everyone at Core Balance was friendly and helpful. I worked with Autumn for my TMJ issues. My jaw tightness improved greatly after working with her. She was knowledgeable about TMJ, responsive to questions, and provided a number of exercises I can do at home to maintain the progress.

Fantastic experience: Started physical therapy with Mia and Sarah. I was in lots of back pain. With their help, I am no longer in pain. Most importantly, I have learned how to incorporate their expertise in my daily life to prevent more occurrences of back pain. They are such excellent therapists and teachers. ❤️

Fantastic experience: I can’t tell you what a tremendous experience I had during a very difficult time. Mia, Sarah, and one tremendous future PT star helped me reach my goals faster than I thought possible. They never held me back, encouraged me when I wanted to do more, and always kept things fresh. They did such a great job that I finished with physical therapy much sooner than I thought I would, incredibly strong and ready to take on all my normal activities. I cannot thank this team enough. Fantastic experience: I started going to PT @ Core Balance after dealing w muscle / tendon elbow issues for about 18 months as it slowly got worse and worse. I have been working with Autumn @ Core Balance and noticed improvements within the first few weeks and my elbow feels significantly better and is continuing on the trend to health and functionality.

Fantastic experience: For over a decade I have been subject to attacks of vertigo, with the last 8 months being substantially worse. Everyone at Core Balance was amazing - professional, excellent listeners and communicators- they knew what to do to resolve the vertigo AND explained why they did it. Fantastic experience: I wish I would have gone to see Barb at Core Balance at the early stages of my vertigo. Figuring it would go away on its own, I waited and tried to power through the vertigo. It was bad… I love to sleep! For me, it is the big reward at the end of a busy day. But I dreaded laying down because it would certainly cause my head to spin. Also had trouble with my workouts and other daily activities. It was very frustrating! But Barb at Core Balance, was able to resolve my issue by “putting the crystals back in place” in just a few sessions. It worked!! And my head isn’t spinning anymore. I highly recommend giving Core Balance a call if your dealing with vertigo or balance issues. You’ll be glad up did!

Barb and her team of absolutely amazing physical therapists went out of their way to work me - a new patient - into an already packed schedule during a recent bout of vertigo. Sara, my physical therapy specialist was friendly, professional and always had a positive attitude during my 4 months of recovery from shoulder surgery. She knew what my goals were and established a customized plan that fit my needs.
