Fantastic experience: I work at the Port Authority, a job that's tough on the body, so when I started experiencing vertigo and persistent low back pain, I knew I needed a specialist. That's when I found Rebuild. My therapist, Dr.Alex, was not just knowledgeable about general therapy but had a deep understanding of issues specific to my field. He tailored my sessions to tackle my vertigo and back pain, making each exercise feel relevant and effective. The clinic's modern facilities made a difference, but it was really Dr.Alex’s genuine care and expertise that helped me get back on my feet. Fantastic experience: Dr.Alex was amazing during my total knee replacement recovery! Not only did he guide me through tailored rehab program, but also caught an infection early on, which could have been really dangerous. He worked with my surgeon to sort it quickly and made sure everything got back on track. He worked on the scar. Bellow is my poor knee before and after Before and after 1.5 months of rehab and still getting better!

Fantastic experience: After injuring myself working as a train engineer, I underwent L4+L5 fusion. Despite concerns, I began PT just 2 weeks after surgery. To my surprise, I returned to work in 3 months, whereas my surgeon predicted 6. Dr. Alex, with his tailored plan and hands-on treatments, played a significant role in this. The facility is pristine, and he actually works 1-1 with you the whole time. I still go to him for checkups every 4-6 weeks to make sure my home exercise program is up to date and my back strength is progressing. The office is nice as well.

Fantastic experience: This is the first time I went to see this doctor physical therapist! I had a back problem for quite sometime and it was painful. I could not bend myself to do anything. However, after I visit Aleksandr and I found him very delightful and young handsome guy who treated me very well! After 4-5 sessions, I completely recovered from that pain. He gave me some tips what to do. Even I drove to Canada and I had no issue with the back. I fully recommend Aleksandr, who will be very useful to other patient. Of course, every individual has different issues but in the case of mine, I completely recovered. Therefore, I highly recommend him for the rebuild physical therapy and wellness. My job entails me sitting and working on A computer for a large portion of my days so I knew that’s where the problem stemmed from. Dr. Alex did a thorough ergonomics assessment on me and gave me helpful tips and exercises to do that have been a big help!

Fantastic experience: I came to see Dr.Aleks after being recommend by my daughter. I had never done physical therapy before so I was a little nervous but Dr.Aleks put my nerves at ease. After only a week I had started seeing good results in my knee after a meniscus tear left me in a lot of pain everyday. I’m off my pain meds and little by little getting back to walking normally. Fantastic experience: Dr.Alex is the best!! I had alot of back pain from picking up heavy weights at the gym. Turns out MRI showed herniated disc, I was petrified! My PCP was no help, prescribing heavy pain killers that I could hardly drive. Dr.Alex disgnosed me before the MRI was even done, and by the time results came I was feeling 50% better! Now almost 100% there after 2 months!

Dr. Aleks and his occupational therapist Julie both did a great job creating a personalized regimen for me and showed me exercises to continue doing it at home....

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Alex at Rebuild after experiencing left knee pain and swelling after working out. I was having trouble even getting down into a squat. He assessed my knee thoroughly and took his time to explain what he saw. He then provided numerous exercises to help improve my movement and reduce the pain and swelling. After a few weeks, I was able to resume my exercise routine and do squats among other exercises. I highly recommend Dr Alex and his team at Rebuild.

Fantastic experience: I suffered with pain in my arm and shoulder. After years of self medicating, my doctor suggested I consult with a physical therapist. Alex my therapist created a routine to relieve my pain and strengthen the arm muscles. I would highly recommend this office and it’s professional staff.

Fantastic experience: Had left tricep tear and surgery 3 months ago, and doctor surgeon didn’t give instruction how to get better after no protocol. Dr.Alex found excellent program to help me get better and recover so I can come back to work. He show my wife how to help me too, with massage and exercises. Dr.Alex is best in Bayonne!

Fantastic experience: If you want a therapist who truly cares about the patient then Alex is your guy. I was going to another spot before where therapists had multiple patients at a time and I realized my progress stagnated. They just give you your routine and if a new problem arises they'll massage you there then hook up electric pads on that area and call it a day. It'll have you feeling better for a bit, but it's a short term solution for, what was for me, a long term problem. Like hanging a picture over the hole in the wall. Alex gets the putty knife and spackle out! I only wish I came here earlier but that's on me.

Fantastic experience: I'm 68, enjoyed half marathons, until a knee meniscus problem caused my left leg muscles to tighten preventing me from running. After treating with Dr. Alex for 8 weeks learning stretching, strengthening and flexibility exercises, I am now back to running and looking forward to a half marathon in October. I received not only PT but also the science behind it and education in how to manage it in the future. Great experience. Thank you Dr. Alex.
