Fantastic experience: I had a terrible experience with PA Amy Dietz, however, because of Salaisha and Nadia’s display of genuine concern and care I decided to revisit and see Dr. Goykhman. I was very satisfied with my interaction with him and I highly recommend him to anybody seeking an endocrinologist.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Marki from a long time patient of his. His assistant Tina is wonderful! She's super helpful and you sense she goes above and beyond for customer service. I don't normally go to a male doctor for OBGYN but he's great and came highly recommended by my friend. I just love Tina. She's the reason I will continue because finding good people is hard anywhere you go.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this office for a couple of years now but Salaisha has been the most helpful. She is literally one of the best nurses I have come across. She is always trying to help and always gets back to me whenever she says she will. Thank you Salaisha for always being so nice and helpful! Dr. Krohn rocks! He is literally one of best doctors around.

Positive experience: I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother Brenda Collier. She called today to make an appointment for Dr.Krohn was told she had to wait until December for some reason. She asked the front desk girl to please get her in because it was paramount that she saw him. She was told nothing was available. She was put on a wait list and someone will call her. Thankfully, Felicia called her and made her an appointment for next week. She was greatful for her help. Felicia was so gracious and helpful. The frontdesk needs to be more personable like Felicia. After all they're representing BHMG.

Fantastic experience: I was having a hard time getting info with a prescription to get through my insurance. I had been going back and forth with the department for almost three weeks. I finally got a wonderful and caring rep by the name Charlie Garcia. He went up and above for me less than 5 minutes. I explained my story and he reassured me that it will be taken care of by the end of our conversation and he did. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!! I recommend to talk to Charlie if you have an issue he will make sure he will provide and answer. He made my day

Fantastic experience: Love BHMG-United Medical - staff is always tentative and goes above and beyond! Today, Felisha/Felicia went above and beyond to ensure that I got my medication while I was traveling in Florida! It is refreshing to speak to a team that is very nice and helpful. Fantastic experience: The staff here is so nice and professional! Juanita especially, she is such a sweetheart! She really cares about the patient's needs and well being. She is so pleasant and makes you feel so welcome! Employees like her are the perfect kind of people to work with the sick, those in need of health care, because they bring a smile to someone's face when they may not be feeling their best!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this office for many years and have come in contact with a lot of the girls working there throughout the years. I had an issue with getting my prescription due to someone in my family testing positive for Covid and I was having minor symptoms. My doctor had rescheduled my appointment but I still needed my medicine. Salaisha went above and beyond to help me for 2 days and continued to work on me getting my prescription. She is a breath of fresh air to speak with and deal with and it shows that she cares about the patients that she comes across. You need more people like her working there! Thank you Salaisha for going above and beyond for us patients.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say that the medical receptionist Felicia or Salisha took the time out to listen to me. She went over my lab results with me and scheduled a appointment in a timely manner.

Fantastic experience: I Never usually write reviews on anything, but I had to this time. First off Dr. Neno is my doctor she’s amazing, anytime I have an issue she doesn’t give up till she knows what’s wrong. Now I must talk about Salesha (sorry if I spelled it wrong) she works at the desk, what an absolute gem she is. Any time I have an issue with my prescription or an issue at the pharmacy she goes above n beyond to help. I feel like I’m talking to one of my daughters when speaking to Salesha, she’s so caring, considerate, understanding and a joy to speak with. I wish I could give 10 stars on this review because she’s absolutely AMAZING!!! I don’t know who owns this office, I just want to let you know what an amazing woman you have working for you and hope you appreciate all she does for the patients. I’m not surprised reading other reviews all the praise Salesha has received from others as well. I can say it’s well deserved. Fantastic experience: I like to start off with the building, I love going there because it near my house and it much easier for me to not waste gas. I adore the care that is given to me and my lover, their are two staff member that absolutely will drop everything and help us out. These two strong ladies shows tremendously professional skills and help the patients with care. Oh and I almost forgot that the two ladies also speak two languages, and it Spanish and English. I definitely recommend new comers to definitely seek guidance from Miss. Nikki and Miss. Indiana, they are very helpful and will definitely get the job done.

Positive experience: When I was with them I had a Dr and She was wonderful, I left because she left and the Dr I got had no bedside manor he would not give nor winner me off the med. I was on and I Suffered unbearable withdrawal I don't know if he is still there but when ,I had the other Dr. I loved her everyone there So I gave a 3

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Marki for 25 years. He delivered to of my children doing 2 high risk pregnancies. I still go for my yearly check up. Dr. Marki is very professional great bedside manner and an excellent doctor all around.

Fantastic experience: The staff is very friendly, I was in the emergency room and since arrive they made me laugh. They work well and they are fast. I love this place. In addition the center is very nice!!!, it is well decorated and have beautiful paintings on the walls. In the room that there was a picture of a rose and in the area of the seats where the receptionist is there a picture of an orchids, I'm fascinated and really enjoy being in that place.
