After a car accident she has really gotten my back to feel much better. I've been to another physical therapy business in the past, but Athletico is by far the best. The rest of the Bellevue staff is just as awesome.

Fantastic experience: I don't think anyone wants to go to physical therapy, but sometimes we need to. Trevor did a great job helping me heal my knee after an injury. Trevor, Corey and Lexi were helpful, knowledgeable and even made the experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Had a serious knee surgery and manipulation of the knee. Trevor and Lexi have been the best of the best in their fields! Every session was tailored not only toward meeting my long-term goals but also to what was going on from one day to the next, if one area needed more attention or if another needed to rest. The entire experience was so personalized, attentive, and caring. I worked mainly with Trevor and Lexi and always knew I was in good hands no matter who my appointment was with. I am thankful to the staff at Athletico for believing I wasn't "unfixable", and for the strategies I can take with me to keep the pain from coming back. I absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for physical therapy in the Bellevue area.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Athletico for long before it was called Athletico….it was Excel at one time. I would not consider visiting any other physical therapy facility if Stacy Kersten and Lexi Yagodinski were not there. They have given my shoulders incredible relief!

Fantastic experience: In the past twenty years I, along with other family members have been to Athletico Physical Therapy in Bellevue. I personally have had therapy for after surgery of the knee’s & shoulders, as well as a back problem. Stacy and staff helped me progress to normal mobility and pain free. I am now having elbow therapy and know I will have the same results as always. Stacy goes above and beyond explaining therapy and ways to improve my mobility and has great empathy towards each of her patients.

Fantastic experience: All of the staff were very friendly and concerned with my successful rehab. My therapist (Trevor) did a great job of mixing up the routine and pushing me to achieve my best results. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who may need their services.

Fantastic experience: Athletico Physical Therapy is an excellent facility if you need physical therapy. I first became acquainted with them under previous name when my physician suggested physical therapy for neuropathy related ooncerns due to bulging discs and arthritis. They helped me get my symptoms under control. Several weeks ago, I again was having the same problems so got a hold of them again. They had changed to Athletico Physical Therapy by this time, but still scheduled me as soon as they could, within a few days. I worked with physical therapist Trevor and aide Lexi three times a week to retrain myself on better posture and positioning for a few weeks and symptoms had disappeared when I ended my sessions. I was given exercises to continue at home to stay symptom free. The atmosphere among staff and patients is very comfortable, they are very easy to talk to and they really care about their patients. I highly recommend Athletico Physical Therapy to anyone seeking physical therapy services. Cindi Babb

Fantastic experience: I saw Trevor and Lexi for my pre and post op ankle surgery. They both are hands down some of the best patient care I have ever received. Rachel at the front desk was extremely helpful with any questions I had as well. My surgery ended up being a lot longer of a recovery time than my doctor and I anticipated, and I wouldn’t be walking without Trevor and Lexi’s help! During my time at therapy, I moved across to Millard from Bellevue. These two are 100% worth driving across Omaha in rush hour traffic to see. If you ever find yourself needing physical therapy, I very highly recommend Athletico Bellevue!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Athletico in Bellevue. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Stacy took the time to answer any questions I had and explained the purpose and body mechanics behind the exercises. Lexi did a great job working with me and really helped me with my progress.

Fantastic experience: I just finished 4 weeks of PT to unlock a frozen shoulder. The therapists that I worked with were kind and knowledgeable. Not only did they work with me in office, but they made sure I understood how to continue the exercises and stretches to keep improving on my own, as well as making sure I had the equipment to keep working at home. I will definitely return here if needed!

Fantastic experience: After experiencing a work injury two years ago I was assigned to start physical therapy at this location. I came here for about three weeks before being assigned to another location. I can’t begin to describe how happy I am to have gone here. Two years later and I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in. I’ve lost close to forty pounds, regained full function of my knee, and can run a mile in under seven minutes. Ken was amazing at helping me along the way, his knowledge of what exercises and stretches I should do really played a key role in the progress I’ve made to this date. As a person who once doubted that I would ever get back to the shape I was before the injury, I can truly say that Athletico made it possible for me to recover from my injury. Thank you for all the help.

Everyone at the clinic is great to work with and listens to your concerns about your recovery process. Fantastic experience: I have gone to Stacy at Athletico following 3 surgeries- 2 rotator cuff and currently for a total knee replacement. She has been amazing! She is very knowledgeable and explains the therapy exercises throughly- the how and the why it is needed. She has gone above and beyond- even meeting with me on weekends to get extra therapy! Her staff is always friendly and knowledgeable as well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else !!

Fantastic experience: The doctor recommended physical therapy after breaking/spraining both of my ankles . Since my dad was coming here, he made me come too. I’m so glad that he did! It’s really helped my strength and conditioning and has allowed me to return to things that I like again. Ken is the best, even though he likes Alabama.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Athletico. The entire staff is extremely professional, kind and easy to work with. I had a full knee replacement and within a month I was back to most of my normal activities that included using my snowblower to remove snow and shoveling. Trevor my PT is an outstanding young man and a very good person by nature. I’m sure his parents are extremely proud of who he is!

She has this ability to educate you on your body to become stronger as long as you commit! She explains why things happen especially if you have a previous injury educating you on what to do to feel better and stronger explains how to retrain your body and use your core! Fantastic experience: Well, it is easy to understand why this Athletico center gets so many 5-star ratings. It is great to find a healthcare center that provides great clinical services AND is so customer friendly and engaging. From helpful scheduling to thoughtful follow-up, this office does it so well. On the clinical side, Stacey is an outstanding PT who combines obvious expertise with an engaging personality. She was able to unlock a frozen shoulder for me in about half the time I had expected (or the doc has projected). It's not often that I conclude a health service and actually miss going in. :-)

Fantastic experience: Stacy worked with me for many weeks on correcting issues in my back, legs, and feet. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the anatomy of what was going on, and clear about explaining it to me. She worked with me to stabilize my core and correct my gait, and never ran out of new exercises and activities to try. She and her staff treated every patient with respect as well as top quality therapy. I highly recommend this clinic for any PT needs!

Fantastic experience: I was having a back issue and had had for a very long time off and on. I had Stacy a couple of years ago after a shoulder injury and knew that I wanted her for my back issue too. She worked with me for three weeks and then sent me home with continued exercises to do. I have faithfully continued those and I feel amazing!! I can be on my feet for hours now and with absolutely no lower back pain! I can’t believe it’s me. Thank you Stacy for being such a caring and helpful PT!! I’m so happy!!

Fantastic experience: My previous experiences with the Bellevue Clinic brought my husband in for treatment. He got in immediately and has been able to schedule his appointments for the times he wanted. His initial appointment for evaluation was extensive and explained with great detail. He feels very confident he is on the road to recovery and reccomends Athletico .

Fantastic experience: I have been fortunate in having excellent physical therapy through Bellevue's Excel/Athletico since 2005, During that time I have recuperated from 4 major surgeries and 5 other episodes addressing issues with strength, balance, muscle repair, movement, endurance, etc. The therapists and assistants that I have worked with have been unfailingly respectful, friendly, and capable. I have always felt that the whole team was ready to do whatever was necessary to help me reach my goals. Stacy, the clinic director, is incredibly skilled but is also very personable--she and her team build positive relationships with all patients. Implementing the partnership with Athletico over the last year has not changed the comfortable, professional focus I have come to trust and value over the last 14 years. I'm proud to recommend Excel/Athletico.

Fantastic experience: I have had 2 knee replacement surgeries back to back and they helped me sooooo much get my life back in short order. They are encouraging and uplifting and yes they make you work, but it's such a great therapy place!! I'd shout it from the rooftops!! In 5 months I went from totally struggling to a new transformed person capable of doing so much more. Their attention to detail is amazing. I would never go anywhere else. Now I'm staying on as a fitness client. They are designing a fitness routine to help keep my knees as long as possible and lose the excess weight do I help my whole body to be in good shape. They are truly incredible staff. All of them. I just love going to therapy there.
