Fantastic experience: Pelvic floor therapy with Jen was amazing. She addressed all my concerns and helped me meet all my short term goals. She also gave me a plan to meet my long term goals. Highly recommend her. The facility was clean and had the necessary equipment. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: For over five years, I had some pain in my left knee. This year, I was able to get an x-ray and do physical therapy. Fortunately, I was referred to Innovate Physical Therapy. The whole staff was very knowledgeable and competent in diagnosing and treating my knee pain. I worked mostly with Sarah, but all of the staff made valuable contributions to help in treatment. My knee pain is so much better and I have a plan of strengthening and stretching that will help keep the knee pain at bay.

Fantastic experience: Do not let your Health/Pelvic Floor Health go: Jen Johnson is who I saw at Innovate. Admin and fellow PT's are also friendly faces in the facility. I found it to be clean at all times, professional, and welcoming. Though it never interfered with my treatment or the facilities ability to function, I have to say I wish these therapist had more room and the nicest equipment money can buy cause they deserve it! Its not a large building but they truly keep it well kept and organized. Jen is someone I hope anyone comes across in life whether she is treating you as a patient or you're lucky enough to be her personal friend or neighbor. I know she took her work home with her as I did not have an easy case. I always 100% of the time felt better when I left than when I walked in. Her homework was realistic and her intentions were very genuine. I have dubbed her thee Pelvic Floor Guru and a pristine Physical Therapist! Thank You Jen!

Fantastic experience: I had a great deal of pain and limited motion in both shoulders and after just 8 weeks going twice a week I have almost full range of motion with minimal pain. These people know exactly what they're doing!
