Fantastic experience: Dr. Behm was excellent! I have nothing but good things to say about him and his practice. He is very knowledgeable about anatomy, and understood what I needed to help heal my ailment. He does a good job explaining exactly what is wrong, and how the exercises and other methods help improve my condition. I highly recommend Dr. Behm to anyone suffering from physical maladies. He will help explain how there are other options other than surgery or medication, and has truly improved my quality of life.

Fantastic experience: I have a history of migrating inflammation affecting various areas of my body that previously required frequent oral and injectable pharmaceutical treatments from a rheumatologist. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Behm to me three years ago and since I have been under Dr. Behm's chiropractic and physical therapy care, I no longer need to receive any pharmaceutical treatments from my rheumatologist. I have elected to schedule weekly appointments with Dr. Behm to receive preventative and pain management care as part of my personal health and wellnesss program. Through the years, he has resolved issues with my hip, heel, toe, thumb, wrist, elbow, shoulders, upper/ lower back and neck. My quality of life has greatly improved with Dr. Behm's care and I appreciate his vast knowledge of anatomy and clinical care.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Behm really helped me when I was experiencing extremely tight muscles and knee & joint pain. He used a combination of needling, scraping, and physical therapy to relax the muscles, tendons/ligaments, so things weren't so tight, and helped relieve the tension on both knee's. He did treatments for about a month, then performed a re-evaluation that showed a lot of improvement. Amazing chiropractor too. If you're looking for a true one stop shop, this is the place for you.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Behm and his team are great! I had a great experience that their clinic! I got a quick response from my inquiry about an appointment, they worked me into their busy schedule and I had a great visit. Dr. Behm took time to listen to me, listened to the history of my injury and then came up with a treatment plan to get me feeling better. He is not the kind of Chiropractor that quickly adjusts you and then can’t wait to schedule you four more appointments that same week. He actually wants to treat you to get better. He used a couple of targeted treatments and then incorporated stretching to actually fix the problem, not mask it. I couldn’t be happier with the treatment I received, the professionalism, and the kindness of the team. I highly recommend Dr. Behm and his team. Fantastic experience: Every time Dr Behm dry needles and adjusts my neck I feel 1000x better. But it’s the fact that he goes over PT moves to help repair the muscle that gives me the tools I need to manage pain on my own until my next appointment.

I spent years going to your average 5-minute-crack-your-back chiropractor, but Behm does so much more than that. Behm is the first chiropractic clinic I’ve been to where I’ve seen real improvement. In fact, it’s the first clinic I’ve been to in general that has relieved pain and restored function and range of motion. If you are a veteran who has chronic back pain, neck pain, or other service-related pain or injuries, I guarantee Adam has a solution for you. His active release and myofascial techniques will make you forget about those 15k hikes with musculoskeletal injuries. The dry needling and adjustments will restore your body to normal functioning before you ever went on 12-mile-boots-n-utes fun runs that caused patellofemoral pain syndrome, breaks, sprains, strains, or shin splints. He can even fix your structural issues from wearing boots all day. I don’t ever leave reviews, but making an exception for Behm was easy. Rehabilitation? More like brand new. You’ll be back to doing one more rep for Chesty in no time - and your body won’t hate you for it. Fantastic experience: I have known Behm for over 15 years. He was into fitness and personal training at a young age so the passion has never left. It was exciting to find out he opened his own PT facility. Knowing that if I ever had an issue I could trust and count on him. He’s been working on my pec now for about 6 weeks and we have made great steps. From our first visit he was able to pin point my problem with a grade 2 pec tear. He has performed dry needling, deep stretching/scraping and shared certain stretches to strengthen my pec. I highly recommend Behm for issues you have experienced from either work or the gym!

Fantastic experience: My son, Jackson, has been to see Dr. Behm for 3 separate injuries. Dr. Behm paid very close attention to what pain and weaknesses he felt and was very mindful of Jackson's goals. Dr. Behm is intent on getting patients recovered as quickly as their body will allow. I'm incredibly impressed by his care for patients and the fact that he is not concerned with how long he can drag out treatment so that he can bill for a long period.

Fantastic experience: I’m very grateful to have found Mr. Behm. I don’t like change but I wasn’t having the results I was hoping for from a different chiropractor. I really like that he has only one client at a time and it’s a whole 30 minutes. I appreciate the individual attention and privacy he provides. Mr. Behm has helped me a lot with my back and neck pain plus his office even handles submitting claims to my auto insurance, which has also helped lower my stress level. Ashley at the front desk is also very nice! So check-in and scheduling is a breeze as well.

I would get migraines frequently, but after seeing Dr. Adam for a combination of chiropractic, dry needling, and ART, I suffer from them a whole lot less. Fantastic experience: So this was my first time at a chiropractor and it was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had and the most helpful. I knew I needed to get my back checked out after a month of pain that wasn’t getting better. He was able to quickly figure out what was going on with me, explained it to me, and adjusted me accordingly. He was understanding of me opting out of dry needling but was still able to get the job done. Roughly an hour or so after the appointment i felt relief in my lower back. Super grateful.

Fantastic experience: My first EVER chiropractic experience was with Dr Behm, about a month ago. I was extremely nervous. However Dr. Behm put me at ease immediately. He IS warm, caring and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail, he used models to show me what my injury was and even drew me pictures. I was a bit freaked out, because I was sure I would not be able to continue my kettlebell training. Dr Behm actually lifts Kettlebells too, how awesome is that! Thanks to both Dr. Behm and my trainer, Scott Stevens, I did not miss even ONE day of training. Dr Bhem is super talented & knowledgeable about Chiropractic care AND physical training. He has employed several care techniques during my treatment including ART and dry needling. By the time I left my first appt I had significant pain relief and a plan for recovery. YAY, can't thank the Behm Team enough! You all ROCK!

Fantastic experience: When I first came to Dr.Behm I was unable to bend my back due to epidural complications along with a grocery list of other physical problems that come with an active life style partnered with chronic illness.
