Fantastic experience: Super nice and helpful! They got me in immediately and one of the best services I've had in my life.

Fantastic experience: Very BEST urgent care I've ever been to. Kind, concerned, allowed "Mama" to stay in procedure room and I didn't even have to ask. Dr. Shelton, get's an A+ from me!!! He is concerned, patient. I felt like we were the only people he was seeing or the day. Don't have any reservations about going here. It's clean, it's not a scary place for little ones. It's like a living room. All the staff was helpful, kind, and caring.

Fantastic experience: Quite possibly the best experience I've ever had at an urgent care. I was seen within minutes of my arrival. I was in a lot of pain and the entire staff was very friendly and did everything they could to make me comfortable. I was in and out in no time and was able to use their pharmacy (very friendly and fast too). By the time I got home I was in unbelievable pain cause my meds hadn't kicked in yet. I thought maybe I was misdiagnosed and I was actually dying (lol) so I called the doc. She takes the time to assure me the meds would start working soon and I'd be fine. We hung up and she called me back a few minutes later to give me a couple more pain relieving suggestions and to check on me. I've never had that level of care before. I highly HIGHLY recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: There was a line to check in, that was the only bad part about my visit (which is completely unavoidable). Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and I got seen right away. The Dr. was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me, and I was able to get the medication needed right there at the pharmacy.

Positive experience: Google data says clinic opened at 7 for urgent care. It opens at 8, nice drive to either wait an hour or leave.

Positive experience: 3 stars because of the Doctors and Nurses. Nobody answers the phone and last Prescription refill has taken 5 days for CHI to answer my pharmacy, for a routine diabetic prescription. Still no answer from them. 5 days off my medication.

Positive experience: My children and I have been going to this clinic for years and up until recently I really liked it. Our doctor and his nurse are great, the OB/GYNs we’ve dealt here have been great. However, lately the scheduling people I’ve had to deal with have been horrible. They don’t listen and get rude when you’re just trying to schedule appointments in the time frame that you were told by one of their doctors. As much as I like our doctor and his nurse, if this is what I’m going to have to deal with when scheduling with this clinic I will have to seriously consider finding a new clinic. It’s just not worth being treated that way when you call to schedule a medical appointment.

Fantastic experience: Was able to drop in and be seen in under 30 minutes. Staff was professional and courteous. Waiting room was spacious and clean.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this clinic. I have never had such a terrific experience with a healthcare provider, I am treated like family here. I have been lucky enough to get Sue as a nurse for my visits and she is so sweet and so personable. Dr Stangl is amazing, such a great doctor and so funny. I want to thank anyone in this clinic for the level and quality of care they provide.

Fantastic experience: I would put more stars if possible. This group in Bellevue, NE, is by far the best clinic. It has the best doctor's and nurses, and even the receptionist are above reproach. Excellent service and care. I am very impressed.

Positive experience: Almost all of the staff here are wonderful, there are a few bad apples that make it hard to tolerate at times. One female receptionist is always rude and impatient when I call, for working in the health care industry she has no empathy and lacks basic customer service. Our family provider, Dr. B is amazing so we try to see him solely. When we can't we schedule with Dr. M, I wasn't comfortable with the way he handled our most recent appointment. My 2 kids have been ill for about 4 weeks, with a deep cough. When I scheduled for my son to be seen and began to explain what the symptoms in my "household" have been, he instantly interrupted me by saying that this appointment wasn't for my daughter it was only for my son. One week later, both of my children are still sick and we have to make another visit to the doctor. We will NOT be scheduling with him again.

Fantastic experience: The staff is very kind. The facility is clean and the appointment wait time is never bad. If it is? The nurses know our names and apologize for the wait. I feel welcome here.
