Fantastic experience: I was born at this hospital 09/10/1979 and I had some complications at birth and at 37 yrs of age still suffer. unfortunately I was to young to k ow what was going on, my medical records didn't follow me to Oklahoma and my mother has told me and Dr. So many different things, but due to her age at the time she didn't understand what the Dr where saying. I am still in Oklahoma and am not able to get those records because of it all being filed away due to the yr of the documents.there has to be someone who knows how I can get these records please help since Julie Hellwig mother of 6 sick kids and 4 healthy grandbabies!!

Fantastic experience: Very clean facility and very friendly staff. The staff was very informative and kind and help me feel comfortable. The wait was not very long and they were very encouraging for my health and benefit. I recommend coming here for anyone. I've been to other Kaiser Permanente but this one was very friendly and nice. They will probably even hold your hand!

Fantastic experience: Brought my mother to get her blood drawn. After having a recent surgery. There was no wheel chairs available. So we had walk her at the sitting room. This Young lady which is the security was so kind she went to go look for a wheelchair and brought it to my mother. God bless her. Grateful for the support and great service ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Fantastic experience: The medical facilities and the staff are excellent. The parking has gotten awful lately because of a new building being constructed that's closed the largest parking lot and part of the smaller one.

Fantastic experience: i was on hold 35mins to make an eye exam appt. then the person had to xfer me to the optometrist because she couldnt make it for me. She xfered me to the wrong cities optometrist because she didnt ask me what office i wanted to go to...so i had to call back!! i was on hold the 2nd time 1 hr...to again be xfered to the optometrist... i was on hold 40 mins from that xfer. once i was on the line the rep had me on hold while he "checked" the calendar for over 15mins!!!!!!. i had to keep saying hello. after 20 mins on the phone with the rep. and over 2 hrs of my time i was able to make an appt. once at the optometry i waiting 45 mins for appt..over worked under staffed? horrible!! ok update.... the doctor was AMAZING!!!!! I hate to give a poor review when the service itself was stellar. she went thru the whole nine to reallllly give me a good plan for my eyes and a good prescription. i felt she checked my eyes thoroughly she had great energy. was friendly. funny. caring. charismatic. the whole nine. really took care of me. so prepare to have long hold times but very well worth it.

Fantastic experience: Always have been treated like family here; I've been going to that facility since 1985. The staff believed in me on many days when I didn't have anything left. Thank you to everyone in Infusion Ctr. My MD - Dr Koh, the nurses - Queenie et. al, & Michael, clerical staff, who always kept me on track with scheduling & kept me entertained during long Infusions. I love and can't thank a wonderful, talented, gifted, giving and selfless individuals!!!

Fantastic experience: Many people believe that Kaiser Permanente is a huge impersonal medical factory where the delivery of individual quality service is impossible. Fortunately , I am happy to report that this negative generalization does not always hold true. On February 20, my father had minor procedure performed by Dr. Guiomar Constanza Iriarte, an otolaryngologist, and her team at the Kaiser Bellflower Medical Facility (new building). She and her team met with my dad before the surgery and addressed our concerns putting us at ease. Everyone was friendly, professional, and reassuring. The building itself was up to date with a comfortable waiting area, guest wifi, a nice cafe, and lots of free parking. He was in and ready to go home surprisingly quickly, and they took the extra step of all signing a “Get Well” card that they gave him with his post op instructions. I was very pleasantly surprised on how smoothly everything went, and I want to thank Dr. Iriarte and her team for a job well done!

Fantastic experience: Very nice and very clean facility. It's a well designed campus with clearly marked signs and helpful staff for getting to where you need to go quickly. Top notch doctors and nurses. Restrooms are usually very clean. Parking is free!

Fantastic experience: Infusion Center - If I could give you more than five stars, I would! Your caring, efficient, and professional staff go above and beyond every single time I go in for an appointment! I should explain... I’m in the department for a couple appointments every month. If things are going well, maybe every other month. I’m there because I HAVE TO BE THERE. It’s not because I want to spend a beautiful day hooked up to equipment. Let’s just say, I’m not at my best on the days I go in (and I’m gonna assume that might be the case for some other patients as well). The personnel at the reception desk are warm and courteous. They are helpful and treat each patient with respect and kindness. Not just to me, everyone! Trust me, that helps a bad day turn around. The nursing staff and assistants... Well, I just don’t know where to begin. How can Kaiser manage to get so many individuals in one place that are so efficient, so professional, and so caring in one department? Each and every staff member I have encountered is concerned with accuracy and safety and it puts my mind at ease. However, they do this in a comforting and caring manner which is the part that puts my heart at ease. That is truly amazing! In all honesty, I wish my health was in a better place and I didn’t need to go to any appointments. However, that is not the reality. I don’t look forward to spending a couple hours at an appointment, but the entire staff at the Infusion Center ensure I don’t dread the time I spend there. A very big THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart to each and every one of you!!!
