Fantastic experience: Hello! I've been going here for a while! And I've never had a bad experience with Mani Wanderer. Not only is she very kind she is easy to talk to since English isn't my first language. And she also gives amazing massages!

Fantastic experience: Kim Burns (Polishchuk) PT, DTP, OCS is an accomplished academic, gifted with relevant intuition, and driven by data and results. Kim is keenly observant of the biomechanics of her patience, even the most subtle. Don't feel put off if she isn't socially chatty with you - she wants you to get all you can in each appointment. She and Kandace Ackelson PTA combined equal the art & science of healing and physical comfort and strength. You should look for a reason that you need PT just so you can get in here - you don't even realize how crooked or compromised your biomechanics are. Love these ladies. Kiana, Sidney, Jennifer, and Jaline we'll take care of you 100% - they are mission control! Accommodating appointments, insurance hassles if any, covid19 check in is a well-oiled machine.

Fantastic experience: I came here two separate times for both of my knees. Lisa and the other staff did a great job. I always left my appointments feeling better and stronger. To this day, three years later, I don't have any knee problems and I have Excel to thank for that!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic therapists!! No reason for a '3' rating. Must be a disgruntled no show type. The best physical therapy we have ever received!!!!!

Positive experience: Physical therapists here are great; they give very consistent treatment recommendations and pinpoint the problems quickly. Like most businesses though, this Excel suffers from a impatient and hostile billing/ front desk. Do not count on the "courtesy reminder" call. The office told me "We have it noted here that we called" (two separate occasions) and "Could not reach you". My phone is on me all day for work; after checking with my phone company I found that they did not call. Don't bother trying to make a concerned complaint, you will be wrong. On a seperate more serious note, make sure to hand you chart directly to someone. I have had my forms left on the counter for everyone to see (HIPAA?).
