Fantastic experience: Highly recommend RET PT! I came in for therapy on a rotator cuff issue and picked RET as they were close to my work. I was in discomfort in day-to-day tasks and was hoping for relief from pain and recovery in a caring environment. I found all of this through RET PT and specifically Brielle Kadrmas. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has been very effective at helping me heal and push myself to find full mobility again. Her kindness through knowledge of movement has been priceless and I would encourage anyone dealing with pain in movement to check them out.

Fantastic experience: I have been to several PTs and this is the best by far. I am a very active person - mtn biking, running, skiing, paddling - and Brielle did the best job helping me get back to what I love. She helped me recover from a really painful shoulder impingement, jaw pain (TMJ), and knee pain. And the front desk staff are really nice folks too :). All in all another amazing gem here in Bellingham. Thanks so much!!

Fantastic experience: I have Parkinson's and my Neurologist recently mandated physical therapy to help with my balance and to develop a walking program that I can safely do every day by myself. I chose Northwest Physical Therapy for the sole reason that it was near my house, knowing little about it. I was assigned to work with a therapist named Nicholas Chamley who has turned out to be amazing at what he does. During our sessions, his focus is 100% on me every second during the balance building exercises which were scary at first. Thanks to his ability to motivate me beyond my comfort level, I can see real progress being made. Nicholas has laid out a plan for me to follow and I am sure in no time I will be walking steadily on my own as I progress to daily walks. I am grateful to Nicholas for the difference this will make to my life. Northwest Physical Therapy is a beautiful facility and I am glad to have chosen it.

Fantastic experience: Brielle is fantastic. I have been in such agony with neck and low back pain due to an adjustment mistake by a chiropractor. She is caring, patient, and best of all knowledgeable in helping the problem. After just one session I am feeling a whole lot better. Fantastic experience: This is my first physical therapy experience. Brielle (PT) is friendly and nonjudgmental, knowledgeable and encouraging. She made me feel comfortable in the first few minutes by how she explained what happened to my body, why and what we can do for it. She demonstrated the exercises, let me try and made adjustments. She also answered my questions in an easy-to-understand manner. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I went to Northwest Physical Therapy 2 weeks after surgery on my fractured Ulna/elbow. The surgeon said flex the joint, but not add strength training yet. I made an appointment with Nicholas and told him what the surgeon had said. He measured and evaluated my ranges of motion and gave me 7 exercise I could do at home without needing to buy extra equipment. Well I did need a hammer to use as a light weight. He explained how to do each exercise carefully and how and why the exercise was necessary. I left with the seven exercises and an email link to my own personal webpage that had all the exercises, with a photo and description of the exercise. As I did each exercise I marked off the exercise and submitted it back to Nicholas. It also had a comment space for each execise that I used a few times and Nicholas responded very quickly. I would to have continued using NWPT and Nicholas, but they were not within my insurance's family. After 4 weeks of the exercises that Nicholas gave me, I went to a different PT in town. She said that his routine was perfect, that the results were great and to keep doing them, plus several more. I guess that when a peer praises your work, you must be doing something right. I feel that the level of service, professionalism and knowledge that I received from Nicholas and NWPT deserves a full five stars, and would be happy to return if needed again.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Northwest Physical Therapy! I had some complications associated with surgery that resulted in a lengthy recovery. Fortunately, a friend had recommended me to see Meghan Douglas at Northwest PT. I could tell right away that Megan was truly invested in my recovery and she frequently went the extra mile to help me when I needed it the most. She was very professional, personable, and was very in-tune with the needs of my recovery from visit to visit. The facility is also well laid out, clean, and warm.

Fantastic experience: I love Northwest Physical Therapy! I have seen Kim McBride for years for different issues and have always had good results. I also see Sean Locke when Kim is not available and have had excellent results with him as well. The office is clean and the staff is friendly. They do a good job of meeting my scheduling needs. Of course there are times when the schedule is already full when I call to schedule but their front desk staff are awesome and they work hard to adjust things for me. I have had many phone calls from the staff when my favorite day/time suddenly opens up on the schedule --just to see if I want to grab it. That is patient centered care. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: After having a traumatic injury that set me back for 3 months, plus then foot surgery, my back and hips were out of whack and causing havoc on my physical being. After months of PT with Nicholas at NW PT, my back and hips were back on track. Nicholas was terrific at starting with gentle hip flexor exercises to loosen things up before moving me into more advanced exercises. In addition to exercises at NW PT, he provided me with exercises to do at home to help me get back to my daily routines of house chores, picking up my grand-baby, and back to the sports I love (tennis, golf, yoga, and pilates). I am doing great and enjoying life as I should thanks to Nicholas and NW PT.

Fantastic experience: So many high fives for Northwest PT. Almost bummed I’m no longer injured, because I always looked forward to my sessions, which felt like a one stop shop for massage therapy, physical therapy, and personal training. I initially went in for snapping rib syndrome, which has been bothering me off and on for years. I hadn’t been able to figure out what was happening, but Nicholas helped explain the root of my problem, and how to heal in a way that was accessible and informative. As an athlete, it’s important to me to integrate healing practices into my regular movement routines, and Nicholas and Sean were awesome about working with me to create something that was sustainable and easy to weave into my existing movement practices.
