When you arrive at our facility please remain in your vehicle and call our front desk at 360-734-4300 extension 0 to get your check in process started.  Further instructions will be given during your check process.

Patients should always keep their mask on, including while waiting in an exam room, do not remove or lower your mask unless instructed to do so by your provider.

Patients will be brought through an alternate entrance to reduce the risk of exposure in our waiting room, depending on the reason of the visit, care can sometimes be provided while the patient remains in their car.
