Fantastic experience: I have worked with Kristine for 4 years now (both in person and virtually) and cannot recommend her enough! Fantastic experience: Wow, what can't Kristine Jelstrup help you with? She is amazing in her ability to determine with kinesiology and other techniques the root cause of someone's illness or injury. And then she offers an amazing amount of expertise and healing modalities some of which she learned from her dad--who is a world-famous chiropractor. She is also friendly and compassionate. Fantastic experience: The human body is very complex and every symptom, no matter how insignificant we might think it is, is actually very important. With Kristine there is no "it's in your mind" and "everything looks good" or some other type of non-sense response. What someone needs to do when seeing Kristine, is have an open mind and tell her every single symptom. Everything within our body is related. One of the health issues Kristine helped me with, was finding the source of high blood pressure episodes I was having. Like between 170 to 240 over 90 to 110. The visit to my doctor and the blood work, didn't find anything wrong. Two, three minutes consult with Kristine, turned out that my liver was overloaded. It made sense. Although I'm careful with what I eat, I LOVE cheese and chocolate and every so often, I was eating a lot of them everyday for couple of weeks. That's when I was having those episodes. SO simple and fast way of figuring out the source of my symptoms and how to improve my health without medication. Fantastic experience: Kristine is amazing. For weeks I had been suffering from a terrible rash that itched and felt like hot pokers all over my body. My doctor prescribed a topical anti fungal that didn’t do much. Through muscle response testing Kristine was able to figure out that the problem was stemming from too much yeast in my gut and put me on an anti yeast diet and gave me some anti yeast supplements. Two weeks later the problem has resolved. I’m so happy she was able to help me!

Conventional medicine calls it PMDD (Pre-Menstrual Dysphoric Disorder), with which they diagnosed me and attempted to prescribe anti-depressants for the symptoms. I decided I was interested in a different course of treatment. About two weeks before each period, I had these symptoms—very severe (debilitating) mood swings, extreme lower back pain with inflammation of the tissue, 15+ pounds of water retention, breast tenderness and swelling, and severe internal abdominal pain. The first visit with Kristine went well. It turned out I had bad adrenal fatigue, but nothing major. I was relieved! She prescribed supplements which helped OVERNIGHT. I continued to see her regularly (I was still having symptoms). Each visit, she uncovered something going on with my body that I had NO idea about. Fantastic experience: Immediately after my very first session with Kristine I felt considerably better and I frankly had not felt that way in almost a decade. I had gone through years of trying to figure out what was off with me and I could never establish complete balance and rather made things worse for myself. Fantastic experience: I walked in to Central Square Health and Wellness with a open mind and a exhausted body. When I say exhausted I mean it (adrenal fatigue + hormonal imbalance + allergies = EXHAUSTED!) I didnt know what to expect but after Kristine introduced herself and her practice I was at ease. She is very friendly and detailed in her approach to wellness. Due to COVID my stress levels had been maintained for longer and higher periods of time. My seasonal allergies were worse and lasted longer this Spring. She provided me some supplements after her analysis and I was on my way back to normal shortly there after.  I highly recommend her for those looking for natural remedies to bringing your body back.

Fantastic experience: My GI distress had been dismissed by my primary care, leaving me to feel completely alone, with the not so subtly implication that “it was all in my head”. During my 1st session, Kristine was able to detect high levels of mercury in my system. Initially, I couldn’t figure out how that could have happened as I don’t have a mouth full of old fillings. Then I remembered a recent food phase I went through where I’d eat a container of 6 ready to eat, peeled shrimp from Whole Foods, several times a week for several months. Bingo, I found the source of the mercury poisoning. Aside from her diagnostic skills, Kristine is curious, responsive and kind. She is refreshingly free from any ego that unfortunately too traditional medicine doctors have, leaving many to dismiss presenting symptoms. In contrast, Kristine remains curious and works with you to figure out what might be the root cause of your presenting symptoms. After my experience with my Primary care doc, this feels beyond validating but more importantly, my symptoms are decreasing and I feel so much better!

Fantastic experience: I come down from Maine to see Kristen, and she is worth the trip! Last year I went through a six month period where I was sick with tonsillitis, sinusitis, conjunctivitis--just about every "itis" you can imagine, and my regular doctor was at a loss how to treat my low energy and inability to fight off viruses (although I spent hundreds of dollars on all the testing). Fantastic experience: I was going to all kinds of doctors for two years, suffering from severe stomach problems. The problem was never identified, and nothing was helping. I researched the symptoms myself and asked my doctor if I could be suffering from a parasite, but they assured me that that wasn't the case.
