Fantastic experience: Glen is the best PT I’ve ever had! He helped me rehabilitate after I broke my leg snowboarding and required knee surgery. I highly recommend Glen and this clinic to anyone who is on the path to recovery.

Glenn is the most knowledgeable and caring Physical Therapist I have ever had spanning through years of sports related injuries. He takes my care seriously while wearing it lightly with his quick wit and his ability to empathize with my condition. Most importantly, he takes the time to explain my treatment in detail and is creative in the exercises he has me do to specifically address my physical needs. Fantastic experience: My experience with Step and Spine was very positive. I learned a lot and feel confident that I can continue improving using stretches and exercises I have learned. Glenn and Conner were always very positive, explained each exercise well and were always helpful and encouraging. When I first came I was experiencing pain at night which interrupted sleep. Fantastic experience: My doctor referred me to Step and Spine Clinic because of recurring shoulder issues, and I encourage you to choose this clinic for your physical therapy treatment and recovery. I had the privilege of being treated by Tyler Gremban who is a professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and caring physical therapist. If you are looking for a therapist to help assist in your recovery from an injury or surgery, I highly recommend Tyler. He designed a treatment plan that addressed my shoulder issues at the clinic, and also provided a home plan to further support my treatment and recovery. I wouldn’t be where I am today without his help. My range of motion has increased exponentially, and I am experiencing life free from unrelenting pain for the first time in a year. I am using my shoulder again for activities that had been extremely limiting before therapy. If you are looking for an outstanding, quality Physical Therapy Clinic, I want to recommend the entire team and staff members at this facility. The atmosphere of the clinic is very pleasant. There is a team of staff members who are welcoming, friendly, professional, and caring, from the front desk to the PT aids and physical therapists who provide great treatments, and pay attention to the needs of those they are helping, and with whom they are working.

Fantastic experience: Nearly everyday for 30 years I've had a pinched nerve in the middle of my back. Glen took the time to assess my situation, explain everything in nuanced detail, which made all the difference in the world, so I could understand what was going on and needed to change in order to be pain free. We did it! I thought I would have to live with this the rest of my life. Stop going to a chiropractor for soft tissue issues. STOP. My insurance company and I paid a chiropractor 10's of thousands of dollars over those 30 years. Huge, HUGE waste of time and money. The folks that work at Step and Spine are the real deal and they truly care about their patients. Convinced?!?! ;)

Fantastic experience: I used Step & Spine for several sports injuries including shoulder injury from skiing, chronic ankle sprain from soccer, and post acl/meniscus knee surgery. I was impressed by the friendly staff who eventually knew me by name. I recovered from all these injuries after completing physical therapy with Step & Spine. In fact, I was back playing soccer exactly 9 months post acl/meniscus surgery. I worked with Glenn Maclean-Talbot and Brock Monger. I highly recommend them both. You can tell they really care about their patients and are highly knowledgeable. If I end up with another injury, I will be using Step and Spine again.

Fantastic experience: I totally recommend Step and Spine. Trevor, my PT, was excellent. I came in limping from an over-exercised ankle and left after several weeks with no limp and able to do what I like again for exercise and just normal living. I had been told by a PA that I had arthritis, which is probably true, but my gut was that it was more - ie muscular as I had been consistently playing tennis, hiking, climbing etc. Trevor listens and is very knowledgeable. If needed again, I will go back. Martha

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here three times. The care provided is fantastic, professional, and expedient. The office staff are total pros with fast clear communication. Highly recommend!!! I drive past many other PT shops to come to this one. ( Not that they are bad. You can't swing a dead cat in this town without hitting 7 fantastic PTs and 14 orthopedic surgeons... But why order a well drink when you can have something from the top shelf in a locked cabinet? Amirite?) Also, Glenn is by far the most knowledgeable PT I have ever interacted with in my career in medicine

He knew this was necessary and fought for it till my husband finally got approved. My son broke his back and I called him to make sure the course of treatment is the right one. Fantastic experience: Best PT in Bend! The atmosphere is friendly and fun because the staff are terrific. And Glenn is a wizard of a physical therapist. Besides being incredibly good at looking past what hurt and searching for the root cause of the problem, he also routinely went above and beyond. For example, he analyzed my running gait (which had nothing to do with why I was there) and he helped fit my bicycle (a service that can cost $100 or more). Finally, he embraces a holistic approach, recognizing that a problem with a physical thing like a ligament may be linked to other health issues.

Fantastic experience: After a series of injuries throughout my 20s and yet another injury to my knee, now in my mid-30s, I have been feeling really terrible. My injuries were not only affecting my physical ability and performance, but also my mental state. I was feeling "old" and consequently sad. I tried physical therapy years ago in addition to chiropractic work and acupuncture, but didn't seem to get much lasting change out of any of it. I decided to give PT a go again and started seeing Aaron and could tell right away that this was going to make a huge difference. Aaron took the time to build a plan specifically for me and I took my homework seriously and with some attention to detail and some hard work, I started feeling better every week. I am sticking to my regimen and I'm very excited for my renewed physical and mental strength. I can't recommend Step and Spine enough. The entire staff was so kind and helpful and Aaron has given me lessons I'll use for the rest of my life.

Fantastic experience: I suffered a transverse process fracture that left me in debilitating pain with greatly impaired mobility. I had never experienced an injury like this and was discouraged that I may never regain my active life when I began to see physical therapist Aaron Leonard at Step and Spine in Bend. I began to improve almost immediately. Aaron was so engaged in my care and healing. He is compassionate and intuitive with a seeming bottomless tool kit of ongoing interventions and exercises aimed at increased mobility, flexibility and pain reduction. And he educated me in the process so that I understood what was going on with my body which was helpful. His constant encouragement and reassurance that I would get better gave me hope during this difficult time and proved valid as I have completely regained my physical health. Thank you, Aaron. Fantastic experience: I saw Barrett and his team for physical therapy after rupturing my achilles tendon. I don't know of a kinder and gentler man than Barrett, and his skilled and compassionate care of my achilles was superb. Staff was kind, parking is ample, and the setting is very professional, clean and comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Happy to have found the dream team!!! I cannot say enough good things about this place and especially my outstanding physical therapist Shanette. After 3 visits with Shanette (she really knows what she is doing!!!) combined with my keeping up with her prescribed regiment of home exercises, my neck and shoulders have improved tremendously. Fantastic experience: I've been receiving Physical Therapy from Shannette at the Bend office for the last 5 months following ACL and Meniscus Surgery. I love the atmosphere and the time the therapist spends with me. I am always greeted by the other therapists and they all genuinely care about my recovery and progress.
