Fantastic experience: Kate is great to work with ‼️‼️ She makes you feel right at home from the start. She takes you through a progression of exercises that lets you warm up! I have cranky knees so she chooses exercises that help my balance without putting stress on my knee joints! She is outgoing and has a wonderful sense of humor- makes therapy FUN‼️‼️

Fantastic experience: Kate is THE best! I called her after my (almost) 90 year old husband had trouble keeping up with his previous PT, who specialized in sport injuries. Since Kate works with clients who have chronic health issues, she immediately understood what my husband needed in the way of building strength and working with balance issues. She proposed a ‘get to know you’ visit and made it clear that it should be a good fit for him to feel comfortable. They connected and he’s been seeing her for two months with marked improvement. She also has a delightful personality and keeps my husband eager to go! Thanks Kate!!

Fantastic experience: Kate at Groundwork’s has helped me tremendously! When I began with her after multiple surgeries I was unable to stand from a chair without assistance nor was i able to balance myself without my cane. Kate has me standing and walking without assistance. She’s my hero.

Fantastic experience: Kate Maguire is an amazingly talented, compassionate, knowledgeable, kind, and great physical therapist. She truly cares, and has helped me tremendously. I had a stroke, and her Nuero background has been deeply beneficial to me. I slipped and fell recently and again went to Kate and here, her knowledge and help is bringing me back to walking again.
