Fantastic experience: Brian Timm is a knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful physical therapist. He also has a calm, caring manner. I’ve seen him for two unrelated problems and been completely happy with the process, as well as with Therapeutic Associates Inc. generally.

Fantastic experience: Helped me learn how much I could do with my new hip. I was being wimpy and he showed me I could do much more. A real eye-opener, but done with a caring style that made the whole experience very positive.

Fantastic experience: Lend me a moment of your time to tell you about this gem of an establishment and the wonderful people who work there. I had the good fortune of having emergent back surgery in July. This led me to scheduling my physical therapy at Therapeutic Associates. Mind you, as a physician with many years in the healthcare industry it’s rare that a place meets, lets alone exceeds, my expectation. This is a tale of that rare occasion. The receptionists Ileana, made scheduling a breeze and were always lovely to chat with and welcoming when I arrived. I would then be greeted with a smile and delightful conversation by one of the PT aids: Gwin, Sonnie, Jess, or Sabrina. My first session was with Nolan. I was pleasantly surprised when he identified the many areas I was weak and put together an initial plan. He was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. My next few sessions were with Adrianne. What began with Nolan, continued with Adrianne. She was very pleasant to interact with and felt committed to helping me. I had the most sessions with Jake. Jake continued the phenomenal experience that started with Nolan and Adrianne and then kicked it up to the next level. Every session I had with him was a serendipitous revelation of my body. Jake blew me away with his knowledge and insights. He comes across as committed to his craft and I feel lucky to have been fortunate enough to have been his patient. He, like everyone there, left me feeling understood and edified. My relationship with my body and health has been vastly improved and I am eternally grateful. I would not hesitate to recommend this place as a whole or any of the individuals who work there. Thank you so much for helping me. I was an absolute pleasure.

Fantastic experience: I am very impressed with the care and improvements I’ve seen in myself since going to Nolan King at Therapeutic Associates. He is very knowledgeable and professional yet still very personable. I have been to other physical therapy businesses in the area and I felt they were just going through the motions and I didn’t see much improvement. I’m excited about strengthening my legs and being able to remain active for a long time.

Positive experience: Met with Kimberly for the pre-op via the computer. She provided ample time and was very informative. She demonstrated the exercises and watched as i did them. I rate her at a 5. Met David at the follow up on surgery day. David was detained and had to reschedule his time a little later with me. He seemed in a hurry. Using a walker we walked a little way down the hall, climbed and descended a couple of steps. I rate him at a 3. Neither gave instruction to sit on or get onto or out of a bed. Digramd of the manuvers were not available at the times of the meetings.

Fantastic experience: I usually see Lisa Corrigan for multiple things, including tmj & hip mobility. She and all the technicians are so helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming! The place is clean, front staff is awesome as well. Highly recommend :)

Fantastic experience: Easy going and personable. Very knowledgeable. He'll set you up with an exercise and explain what it's for and then by watching you perform that exercise and getting your feedback from questions he asks he can really dial in your technique so you know exactly how to do the exercise to get the desired result. He's a teacher and even though sometimes I had difficulty performing the exercise I always knew what I was supposed to do and had that to work towards. Even though I've finished my therapy with Nolan he's left me with quite a few tools to manage my condition.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Therapeutic Associates for any physical therapy needs. They are professional and knowledgeable and very helpful. In particular, I would recommend Erin. She’d was very pleasant to work with and a caring provider.

Positive experience: The therapists are amazing. I've had great care. They are professional and compassionate. However, the blonde woman at the reception desk, not so much. She seems irritated from the time you walk in door until you leave. My insurance switched to medicaid and boy did she huff when I told her that. She then refused to take my new insurance information and told me it would be just as easy for me to call the billing office and do it myself. Thaaaanks.

Fantastic experience: I am an older female, and have been to other PTs a few times for various issues with not a lot of good long term results. I was seen this time for post surgery tethered cord, and some continued chronic neck pain. Nolan King took the time to listen and become more familiar with my other health issues. He catered my treatments to what I could tolerate, so that I was encouraged to continue and not quit. I have much better range of motion and lessened chronic pain in my neck, and now know how to continue these recommendations on my own. I am so grateful that I came to this facility. I definitely recommend Nolan for your PT needs!

Fantastic experience: I have been given a series of exercises specifically designed for my specific post-surgery needs. Brian has helped giving me the exercises to gain normal mobility and to be fully functioning. I am grateful for his expertise and care. In addition to the work at the clinic, he has given me home movements which further accelerate my full recovery.

Fantastic experience: After the first couple of weeks following my knee replacement I thought the future looked pretty grim. Once I started working with Nolan and the staff at TA I could see the slow and steady improvements and began to really look forward to my sessions and seeing how much progress I was making. Best part of knee replacement so far....!!!

Fantastic experience: I broke my ankle in two places in April of 2022. I was in PT at Therapeutic Associates for about 2 1/2 months. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The facility itself is clean, well-kept, and well-equipped. I was assigned Nolan King as my PT and I couldn't have landed in better hands. This was my first experience in PT (and breaking a bone) and I actually looked forward to going to my sessions. Nolan is not only knowledgable but also has a beaming attitude, is incredibly encouraging, actually listened to me, and truly cared about how I, as his patient, was progressing. He is positive, genuine, and created a plan that was specific to my needs and the goals I wanted to accomplish. He's excellent at his job but he is also just a stellar human-being. As I said, Therapeutic Associates as a whole is solid but if you have a choice of who to work with, I cannot recommend Nolan enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been recovering from hip replacement surgery in June, 2022. Physical therapy was recommended, and I chose Therapeutic Associates at The Center. David Cieslowski was my therapist. He creatively chose floor exercises, as well as machine exercises to help me regain my balance and strength in my hip, leg, and core muscles. Fantastic experience: I received PT for my shoulder from Nolan King. He did a great job on figuring what was going on with my shoulder. Through home program of stretches and strengthening, along with manipulation, kenisotape and deep pressure. I went from waking up during the night from shoulder and elbow pain to regaining movement, sleeping through the night with no pain. I highly recommend Nolan as a PT.

Fantastic experience: I saw most of the therapists during my total knee replacement rehab. I got friendly, consistent and professional advice from all. The front desk staff greeted me by name. Made me feel like I was entering the Cheers bar. My final therapist was Nolan King and I looked forward to my visits. My treatment was personalized based on how I was feeling each day. He gave me lots of tricks/ suggestions that helped move my progress forward. Nolan is smart, professional, fun, flexible, and motivating. I wholeheartedly recommend Nolan King and all the therapists at Therapeutic Associates.

Fantastic experience: Had postpartum aches and pains, hip out of place, pain throughout my back, knees that would click, posture issues, etc. The chiropractor relieved pain for the day, but I would wake up back out of wack. Nolan understood how to fix all these issues and after even the first visit I felt much better. By the 4th or 5th visit, we had nothing to work on since I felt 100% and I ended up cancelling my last visit. The exercises are easy to do at home to continue my treatment/strengthening. Will come back if anything arises, confident I will get the correct help needed! Thank you Nolan & TA!

Fantastic experience: I went to see Nolan at TABPT after an accident, and he did a fantastic job getting me back on track. He was able to assess and pinpoint what areas needed to be worked on. Fantastic experience: I received physical therapy for a ruptured achilles and a fractured foot after months in a cast and walking boot. Nolan King did a fantastic job helping me get back to my daily tasks. The activities that Nolan did with me and activities he prescribed helped me see steady improvement over the months of therapy. I have been in physical therapy 3 different times over my adult life, this was my first time using Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy. Fantastic experience: The treatment I have received at Therapeutic Associates, both before and after surgery, absolutely made the difference in my physical recovery. The careful attention to my specific symptoms never left me with a doubt I was being treated as an individual, not a surgical case. Care that evolved as I recovered, and encouragement and explanation of what my symptoms were telling me for the duration of my treatment moved me from hobbling to walking like I did before my surgery became necessary. I can’t recommend this team highly enough. They work cooperatively, and clearly have great respect for each other across the board. I was greeted by name by employees at the front desk, and the assistants greeting me each time I arrived. If you want to feel better, I can’t recommend them highly enough. Six stars!

Fantastic experience: I have rehabbed a shoulder and ankle at Therapeutic Associates. Nolan King had some interesting tricks which I had never seen that helped quickly return my ankle to normal. And after seeing several other therapists with minimal success on my shoulder problem, Nolan more correctly diagnosed the problem and carefully explained it so I could perform better targeted exercises and make more progress than I had been. Nolan is one of the top therapists I have ever seen.

Fantastic experience: Without a doubt, the best Physical Therapy team I have worked with - and I have been to quite a few places both in Bend and elsewhere. Dr. David C (can't spell his last name) has helped me avoid surgery through extremely well planned care numerous times at this point - and I have seen other providers at the practice when I was in acute pain; and they treated me with the same kindness and grace Dr. D does. If you need PT, you need to go here!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience at this clinic. After trying to deal with a stubborn lower body injury on my own, I was referred to TA by my doctor. Nolan is a wealth of knowledge and an excellent PT! His guidance and instruction helped me heal and regain hope for returning to my sport. Fantastic experience: Over the years I’ve been to four physical therapy (PT) practices here in Central Oregon. Each session was for recovery from surgeries of hip replacements, neck fusion, shoulder replacement, or muscle imbalance. By comparison the staff and therapy practitioners at TAI offer a higher-level of professionalism and knowledge than those of other PT practices I’ve visited. Of note, Nolan King, DPT, I would highly recommend, who helped me recover from my recent shoulder replacement. After 3-months of PT my range of motion and strength is about as close to original as can be expected for an active 70-year old guy. His knowledge and communication skills are unmatched. Fantastic experience: I haven't done many of these, but feel that i need to share how awesome the therapists are at T.A.B.P.T. Kim and Adrianne are very serious about helping me feel as comfortable and at ease with every step of my therapy. The atmosphere is very fun and light not at all what I was expecting going into my first ever physical therapy. I was thinking it would be very clinical and institutional but not at all. Fantastic experience: The staff at Therapeutic Associates are THE BEST in town. From the receptionists, to the therapy aides, to the Physical Therapy team. All are exceptional! I was always treated with the upmost respect and privacy, and I always felt like I was part of the team , working in collaboration to treat my symptoms. Fantastic experience: I have been using Therapeutic Associates Bend, Oregon, for my rehab needs since coming to Bend over ten years ago. I am an elderly person and have been facing a number of joint replacement issues. Brian Timm has been my primary therapist through all these rehab needs and he has been exceptional, very knowledgeable, and very patient with me! He is an example of all the therapists there! Some rehab Center will try to sell you therapies that I feel are very questionable but Therapeutic Associates PT is primarily concerned with my rehab. progress and I Trust them to do the Right Job. As soon as you walk into the Center the staff are there to give you Professional Treatment!

Fantastic experience: Two years ago, I broke my collar bone and my shoulder froze up during the mending process. My surgeon recommended I visit Chuck and his team. I had such a great experience that when my 12-year-old daughter needed help this year with her knees we went to Therapeutic Associates. Their approach and facilities are fantastic. They put us both through a personalized system and gave us a plan and the knowledge to continue our strengthening even after we completed our therapy. Such great people, I can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: I have had a nagging neck pain for over a year. I finally went and had an MRI and it was determined that I probably had a pinched nerve in C3 or C4 but not bad enough to need surgery or even an injection. They prescribed physical therapy. I must say I was not optimistic and joked with Kim (the Therapist) that she would definitely meet my expectations as my expectations were zero. To my surprise, through a series of stretching and neck exercises, only taking a few minutes a day, my pain vanished. I was always on time for my appointments with Kim and she was always ready when it was my time. She was cheerful and diligent in doing her job. Zero complaints. Well exceeded my expectations. Fantastic experience: Wow! I couldn’t be happier with Chris Glover. I came in after seeing an orthopedic doctor twice and getting no knee pain relief. I hobbled in and Chris gave me excercises with progressive improvements and within days was feeling the best I had in 6 months. I could barely walk down a flight of stairs and needed assistance of a railing and am now back to riding long mountain bike rides on my knee. The doctor recommended 12 sessions and I was released after only 4 sessions. Would highly recommend this office for any PT needs.
