Fantastic experience: Nicole came highly recommended from someone at my gym and I'm happy to have found her! She was able to help holistically with my injury and strengthen everything around it, making me a stronger person and "athlete" in the process. Every move came with an explanation so instead of simply showing up and doing the work, she explained why we're doing what we're doing and how it all comes together. Her digital interface is easy to use and comes with lots of videos and instruction for your "homework." In addition to being incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what she does, she's just a really sweet woman and someone I would consider a friend even though our working relationship is over!

Fantastic experience: Nicole has been instrumental in my journey to a better me. Im getting older and have used my body pretty hard . Hence the acts and pains. She has set me up with workouts and stretches and breathing techniques that are critical at this point for me to heal up and get stronger. Im not ready to stop playing hard. Looking forward to whats next. Central Oregon is lucky to have someone with her resume and experience at hand to work with.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough nice things about Nicole and her practice. I came in for what I thought was a pulled adductor/hamstring that was lingering. She took the time to understand my holistic health - not just addressing the symptom. Turns out after some initial work/triage, I got imaging done (thanks to her gentle guidance) and found I had a pelvic rami stress fracture (which I would have ignored and made worse > chronic injury). She developed a thorough treatment, strength and eventually "return to running" plan. Most importantly, she worked with me to assess the contributing factors of the injury in the first place... training load, nutrition, sleep, bone density, running form/ movement patterns etc etc. She not only equipped me through the healing process but has given me tools to mitigate injury going forward and align my actions to my athletic goals - both immediate and long term.
