Fantastic experience: I received IV ketamine infusion therapy for treatment-resistant depression over the past 2 years and the results have been transformative. After almost 30 years of antidep ressant medications and talk therapy, ketamine therapy helped shift me out of despair, bringing me a newfound sense of openness and calm. The entire staff of Cambridge Biotherapies was incredibly kind, professional and compassionate, provided in a safe and comfortable environment, making the experience even more positive.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a client of Cambridge Biotherapies for the past 7 years - among their earliest clients and still hanging around, so that should say something. Across that time I’ve made use of their ketamine infusion, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, pain service, psychopharm and psychotherapy services. Dr. Brenner and his team offer treatment options/approaches to people that have been without hope or options for a long time. They do this with compassion and respect in a safe, warm and welcoming environment. Dr. Brenner’s commitment to best practices and staying abreast of state-of-art care in this area of practice has always impressed me. From people like Adrianna, Catherine, Chara and CJ (front office/operations team) who are some of the kindest, most efficient and most gracious humans you’ll ever encounter, to Katherine, Melissa, Ned, Kelsie, Kelly, Olga, Daniel, Dana and everyone else on the clinical team whose compassion, understanding and care have been really important parts of my trek to wellness - you can’t help but feel like this is a different, better way of receiving care. Care that actually works and has the power to guide you toward better days. For 7 year's this team of exemplary professionals has walked beside me on a challenging and painful but absolutely transformative journey. I could not recommend a practice and a team more highly. I hope you find the healing that you seek.

Everyone is friendly and committed to helping you in your most difficult moments. Cambridge Biotherapies has changed my life in an overwhelmingly positive way.

Negative experience: This was a very expensive treatment not covered in any way by insurance, and unfortunately it did not work. It was a significant time commitment driving into Boston every day for 2 weeks, 10 hours a day, paying for parking, and giving up two weeks of work. Frankly if we had known what the results were going to be, we would not have gone ahead with the treatment.

Fantastic experience: I recommend doing the KAP assisted therapy. Odessa the therapist was great and Char and Katherine in the office are awesome! My depression feels lessened after a couple of sessions.

Fantastic experience: Okay, I never write Google reviews, or any reviews, but Cambridge Biotherapies deserves one. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience there. They quite literally saved my life. The whole team goes above and beyond. Everyone in the facility is so wonderful - kind, warm, welcoming, educated, and highly competent. The nurses are very well-versed and always show up with a perfect balance of medical professionalism and holding safe, compassionate space. Every time I've asked the nurse for support during treatment, they have shown up for me exactly as I needed. The rooms are comfortable, the lighting is soothing, the chairs are perfect, and the provided tools - weighted blankets, eye masks, headphones, music - make for an even more effective treatment. As a person with severe medical trauma, I have felt so safe with the treatment methods. In addition to excellent mental health awareness, all staff members seem to specifically be very trauma-informed. I feel so comfortable sharing my needs and they meet them without fail. Set and setting are everything for a treatment such as this, and Cambridge Biotherapies cultivates those beautifully. I want to give an extra shout-out to Catherine here - she is probably the sweetest person I have ever met and her warmth and care immediately make me feel so safe when I walk in the door. I am so grateful to this facility. I have my life back.

Fantastic experience: I received ketamine treatments here for most of 2020, and they changed my life. It was like someone had released the pressure in my brain, and I was able to rebuild from there. The doctors, nurses, techs and other employees were kind and friendly. The facility itself is more like a home setting than a cold and clinical one, but still sterile enough that I felt very safe there even through the start of the pandemic. They really want you to be comfortable during the treatments and will work hard to accommodate individual needs. I’d definitely return if it wasn’t so expensive, but I do not hold the cost of treatment against the clinic itself.

Negative experience: The staff was wonderful. The review is in regards to the treatment, the Advanced TMS. I spent roughly $11,500 and did not get the intended results.

Fantastic experience: After trying everything else for twenty years, and finding nothing worked, I found Cambridge Bio therapies. I have done both TMS and Ketamine infusion with very good results. There is hope here and it does get better. So if you are depressed or having PTSD, or both...you should try this. Even if you tried everything else; this, is different and unlike other means. It can works quickly. They have a lot of great nurses and it even feels like the receptionist is rooting for you. This organization was truly founded to save lives.

Fantastic experience: My time with Cambridge TMS was an amazing experience, so I hope this review gets others interested. Cambridge TMS knows a positive attitude goes a long way toward helping you reach your goals, so they make every interaction a chance to lift their patients' spirits by providing exceptional medical care in a fun, friendly environment. During the intake, CJ answered my many questions about TMS and juggled the scheduling of all my appointments. Isabel greeted me each morning and, if I had to complete a questionnaire, remembered my birthday to log me into their patient portal so I could easily get started. Daniel was so precise with the treatments and provided Bluetooth speakers to listen to podcasts while they were happening. As a side note, we both listened to Smartless through the week, and now that treatments are over, I'm missing his company! Dr. Brenner checks in now and then to make sure everything is humming along, which it always is, of course. They are the gold standard in medical care. From my first appointment to my last, they made me feel like the only patient and that my care was of the utmost importance. As a result, I'm smiling now as I go back to my normal life.

Each and every staff person here - from the first time you reach out throughout your clinical experiences - is caring, supportive, and informative. When I went for treatment, I felt safe and cared-for throughout. It is nice to feel like a person, not a patient. Update: I have completed my initial treatment series of Ketamine. What a difference! I have had a tremendous improvement in my depression and have started a maintenance regime. Staff continue to work collaboratively with me and - without exception - display intelligence, warmth, and kindness. If you are struggling, please consider treatment here. It has made a world of difference for me.

Fantastic experience: I’m set to begin the SAINT (Stanford) TMS Protocol and am super excited. I’ve had a video meeting with Dr. Brenner, who i thought was awesome and also very bright and friendly. Also CJ Comeau, who has helped my schedule appointments and answer all my questions is super nice and professional. The case worker (Sarah I believe) who interviewed me before I met with Dr. Brenner was also super friendly. So while I cannot speak to or provide any rating/review or comment as to how the SAINT TMS Protocol was for me, I can say all interactions with everyone at Cambridge Biotherapies has been awesome. Lastly, I just want to note how important the research and work that places like Cambridge Biotherapies are doing to advance mental health care. Ketamine, Theta Bursts, and TMS are in my opinion going to be part of the way of the future (perhaps with the addition of the novel use of other psychedelic compounds like Psilocybin, MDMA, LSD, etc once the building research can further establish their benefits for a variety of ailments).

Fantastic experience: What can I say...this place changed my life. Their dedicated & compassionate staff assisted me in breaking free from my depression that I've been dealing with my whole life. They follow the up-to-date science and work one-on-one with you to adapt & customize your treatment plan. I did both TMS & Ketamine and was responsive to both, but everyone is different. I would highly recommend anyone who has struggled with depression for a long time to schedule an initial appointment, this might just be the breakthrough you need when you've already tried everything else.

Doctors, infusion nurses, TMS techs, office staff not just knowledgeable and experienced, but kind and genuinely invested in patient’s improvement.
