Fantastic experience: When I walked into the office I was pleasantly meet by a wonderful young lady at the front desk told her about my disappointment from my clinic she went over and BEYOND to take care of me I wish they were more than a spine and pain clinic. This was my 1st visit and everyone there made me feel like I’ve been coming there forever very clean and well maintained also. I had to write a comment to let all who reads this know if u choose Premier you are in great hands

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr. Said and all his staff is. They are all so friendly they talk to you like your their friend! They all deserve Gold Stars all of them! Ann is exceptional! I highly recommend them and i am a former employee of LUMC of 18 years and i know what high standards are! Today's experience 10/25/19 was unfortunately not a good one at all! I was so surprised at the APN Rachel with having no concern for my visit at all! The only one who did her job was the Tech who took my vitals! She was more concerned than Rachel the Doctor! I would like a manager to call me i have alot more to tell and I really do not want to post all of it!
