Fantastic experience: I received 5 star Physical Therapy services from Center PT! Claire, Irish, Jill , and Laurie were awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, easy to work with and fun! I've been treated by everybody in the place and they're busy so book your appointments all in advance. Claire really helped me in the beginning of my pain journey with some solid tips and now that I'm moving on I will definitely recommend them. Hopefully I don't need them again.

Fantastic experience: Yes this is a very long - but for very positive reasons. As a outcome of a visit to my Ortho Dr. for hip/bursitis issues he recommended physical therapy. When he asked where I lived and found out I was near Riverside -- despite many many physical therapy options near by, he without hesitation said "Centre" - and now I know why. You get your first flavor as soon as you walk in. Lori is warm, welcoming, very helpful, so knowledgeable. Just an first sneak peak of what is to come. I'm introduced to Jill - and the she begins to ask the intake questions. We talk about hips, where it hurts - and I mention YEARS of lower back pain, - nearly always present, just one of those I've been living with -- always will and move on. And here is where I was blown away; she gives me that inquisitive look and asks if I had ever had PT for the back stuff, explaining it could be a source of what is causing the Bursitis. Nope -- never had a referral, never been suggested; never even thought about it as a option. The idea of my back pain decreasing on a day-to-day basis was a new concept. Today? Yesterday? Last week -- the hips are doing fine, and I don't even think about my back pain. I do -- but it's at the end of the day when I think - wow, I've not had any back pain. I'm going on a 2 week vacation with lots of walking, standing - and I'm so looking forward to the experience feeling physically better with my back (and now my hips) than I have in years. So forgive the novel here -- but Jill's professionalism, PT expertise, , capacity to translate PT exercises I can understand and follow through with, her knowledge, and how to communicate with a client is fantastic. But you notice other things -- all of the Physical therapists, office support all seem to like each other, have a great relationships and so willing to assist each other. They listen to the stories, the same stuff they've heard before, every PT joke in the world - and yet they smile, engage with you. Am I gushing? No, because its the reality of the amazing experience I've had at Centre Physical therapy (great facility too.) My deepest thanks -- especially to Jill who from my perspective has reached Physical Therapy saint-hood.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful for all of the support I received at Centre Physical Therapy! Both Asia and Sadie at the front desks at both locations were so friendly, personable, and accommodating when helping me schedule my appointments. Irish Thompson at the Riverside location gave me some very helpful suggestions and advice for improving my knee pain. Thank you to everyone on the Centre Physical Therapy team! I would strongly recommend Centre to anyone seeking a supportive team to help them through their physical therapy journey.

Fantastic experience: After hip surgery for a torn labrum, Jill (and occasionally Irish) got me back on my feet and moving much quicker than the doctors told me I would be. From the owner to the front desk, this place is an absolutely ideal experience. The physical therapists really do care about your progress and the vibes are impeccable. I would never consider going anywhere else because I've rarely had this positive of an experience with any service I've ever paid for. Don't hesitate to trust your recovery to Centre in Riverside.

Fantastic experience: My PT experience was great! The staff is all so nice and helpful. My Therapist, Claire Kelly, was very understanding and made me feel comfortable during my therapy. Definitely would come again if needed.

Fantastic experience: I was a little apprehensive about going to physical therapy. It's kind of a jock environment and I was sure that I was going to be a little out of my comfort zone/looked down upon. Claire went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and looked after. The physical therapy itself worked like a charm. The knee that I thought was permanently damaged is back to normal, miraculously. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Centre. The staff was extremely friendly and the atmosphere has a liveliness that you wouldn’t find in a typical therapy setting. My Therapist, Claire, went above and beyond to help find the root cause to my nagging hip pain. Her attentiveness and expertise solved my problem and I have been pain free for weeks now.

Fantastic experience: This is my third time doing physical thereapy in the last 15 years and first time at the Centre. I saw an article that said the owner's business model that includes better hours and pacing so her employees would have work life balance. I have seen the other PT places work their employees so hard and NOT give their employees work life balance. I can't say enough good about the whole staff here. I have worked with Claire and Jill and have seen Irish work with many clients. They all have personality plus and really know how to connect with the patients. They are so enjoyable to be around that I almost don't mind doing the exercies... The front office, Lori and Sadie, are super cool too. This is the first time I feel that I have gotten a personalized plan where they truly understand the issues and they even adjust it as needed. I can't say enough good about this place!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Centre Physical Therapy on and off for 2 years. I have seen both Emily in the OP location and Jill in the RS location. Both therapists were attentive, informative, and positive. I have received PT on and off for 18 years, and never had a positive experience, until discovering Centre. Full disclosure- after my first round of PT at Centre, I started working at the front desk in Riverside! The therapists truly care for their patients.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Centre physical therapy (Riverside location) for the past 6 months as I recover from acl and meniscus surgery. All the staff at Centre have been great to work with. The therapist I have been seeing each week, Claire, is knowledgeable, professional and provides solid care. She provides me the motivation I needed to keep me going in my recovery without any judgement. The care everyone receives at Centre is attentive and personalized to your recovery plan. I recommend Centre and I am so thankful they opened an office in Riverside.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Claire at Centre in Riverside. She was thorough and attentive. She has the most wonderful bedside manner-friendly, professional and truly cares! The facility is super clean, and there are only 1 or 2 other practitioners there at a time; it's nice to go to a place that feels more private and not crowded. The front desk staff are also very friendly and warm. Couldn't recommend them more!

Fantastic experience: I feel so fortunate to have been referred to Claire at Centre. I was dealing with complicated chronic hip and SI joint pain that arose during pregnancy and persisted for over 2 years; Claire has been at the center (pun intended) of getting me back to normal. She truly listened and provided solutions, trying a variety of therapies and exercise routines. She also provided great guidance on when to seek additional conservative therapies (i.e. injections) to help my continued progress, as well as what exercise programs to safely pursue to get back on track. My situation was multi-layered/not at all straightforward, and Claire embraced the challenge of getting to the root of it and helping me feel better. I'm so happy to be able to do the activities I used to do with significantly reduced pain, and I tell anyone who asks that Claire was the main driver of getting me there. I will miss seeing the entire Centre team after my long "stay," but they will be my first call should I need therapy in the future.

Fantastic experience: I was fortunate to have selected Centre Physical Therapy for my PT after a knee replacement. I received excellent treatment from Claire. She is very knowledgeable and was clear and helpful in teaching me how to properly do my home exercises. I left each session feeling great! I attended the Riverside location of Centre Physical Therapy. It is conveniently located in the downtown and has free parking behind the building. The staff is friendly and highly qualified. The facility is clean, attractive and well equipped. This will be my go to place for any future physical therapy needs!
