Positive experience: Stoic receptionists but they treat you professionally if you are there on time and with your paperwork in order. Shout out to nurse Jasmine who treated me very nicely and brightened my day.

Fantastic experience: The receptionist was very just and stood firm in a difficult situation that arose. I was first in line, and another patient tried to jump ahead of me. In order to avoid conflict or an argument, I stepped aside and allowed the other patient to sign in on the clipboard. The receptionist saw the injustice and took action on my behalf. She told the other person to sign in on the second line and had me still sign in on the first spot, even though the other patient became very angry and attempted to argue with the receptionist. The receptionist remained calm and stood her ground on her fair decision. I very much appreciate it because we barely made it back home on time to recieve my toddler from his school bus. We would have been late if this awesome receptionist hadn't done the right thing. The office and entire building was very clean. The only issue I noticed was that several patients hadn't been able to obtain diabetic testing lancets, but that's not the fault of the facility. They probably aren't aware, but there is an overall shortage of many items and medications that are manufactured overseas. With the new lock downs soon approaching, even less products will be manufactured and shipped. My suggestion to patients is to switch brands and stock up on whatever is still available so that you will still be able to monitor your glucose levels. As a diabetic, I know that frustration all too well.

Fantastic experience: Came in as a walk in and staff was super friendly, the wait time was about 20min. FYI They do accept blue cross & blue shield PPO. The doctor that took care of me was very professional and courteous. If I ever fall off a boat again or get injured I’m definitely coming back here to get treatment.

Positive experience: Don't know why so many bad reviews when the instructions are both in Spanish and English and there's 2 sign in sheets that detail everything. First come first serve means be there once it opens don't expect to come 3 hours after opening An expect to be served according. They explain everything you need and just in case you don't have that other ways of obtaining it.

Fantastic experience: I went there for urgent care twice and by appointment once. Every time I received some great service. My most recent visits were helpful, informative, and the lady at the front door that takes people has been nice to me every time. Even gave me a pep talk when I was feeling my lowest.

Positive experience: Dr. Westervelt Great Pediatrician Gives great advice Downfall of this place... Rarely answer the phone That's why to make an appt I go in person. This past week I had an appt and they called me 2 days before to cancel and when I returned the call the call dropped twice. The issue here is why didn't I get a text saying the drs cancelled. Why? Because I always receive texts confirming my appts but not cancellations!!!

Fantastic experience: Today, Thursday, August 18th. I went to be treated at the Alivio clinic. And since I entered, a very attentive young man attended me. I want to thank him; Dr. Ricardo and all the staff. Including social workers etc. Thank you very much for your service.

Fantastic experience: Okay. So I don’t know what happened today vs some of the reviews I read but everyone was amazing. My son’s drs office was closed and this was the nearest urgent care that took my insurance. The staff was kind and professional. The young man at the door was nice and explained everything clearly, he made sure everyone had a mask. When the medical assistant took my sons intake information/temp/ect she was so nice. Lastly, the doctor!!! I asked her if she was taking patients she was so kind to my son and caring!!!! She checked him thoroughly and was so attentive. I was scared to go because of the reviews. I don’t know what changed but the dr staff here are awesome

Positive experience: The staff was kind-hearted and bilingual. There were 25 of us in line before 8:30am, we got to stay in our cars once we checked in, and with only one doctor who didn’t arrive until 10am they had me tested and on my way by 10:15am as I was #4. It was a fair system and they are as efficient as they can be considering their resources. I was very appreciative to be able to not need an appointment as I just found out I was exposed to someone who tested positive the day before. All in all very good care and you can tell they are doing their best with what they have. They are also seeing regular patients and there were plenty of those, lots of little ones as well.

Positive experience: It took a little a while for them to test me & 6 other ppl . That were waiting since 8:30am , but the co workers did their jobs in the end . I just wish the result of the testing would be faster and so we can know if we’re able negative or positive . But you get what you get first come , first serve as they told me

Positive experience: Online needs to be updated I was on my way when I decided to call it shows no appointment needed but the receptionist said there was no more COVID testing for the day and I had to call the next morning to make an appointment.

Positive experience: Came here with my husband and saw Dr. Vargas. She was super nice. He had a weird bump on his head. She correctly diagnosed it as a fatty cyst. She recommended we go to a nearby surgeon (Suburban Surgical Associates) and they removed it. I'm seeing the other reviews - the wait time was long. He had an appointment and there were only a few others in the waiting rooom. Perhaps they just need to figure out their scheduling and book more time per patient. However, I really liked her. Smart, professional and still very personable (you don't always find a good personality in a doctor). If she practiced somewhere else, I would love to see her as my primary doctor.

Positive experience: The office is clean.Some of the assistants are very nice some are not.The phone costumer service is horrible everytime I call it takes like an hour or more for someone to come to the phone.This is a real problem no one has an hour to be on the phone something has to be done about this matter.

Positive experience: Yes I agree the phone wait time is horrible, the appointment dates are far apart, and the staff can be rude. But the doctors are awesome and very helpful, they take their time and answer all the questions you have. As long as you have patience overall it's an okay place. The receptionists could be a little more professional but hey the service from the provider is what I was really looking for. Plus you get what you pay for just saying..

Fantastic experience: Love this place, my second time here,first time was for urgent care and now is for a check up,very clean and the doctors and nurses are super kind and professional plus the cost is very low compared to some other clinics
