Fantastic experience: I love working here!……Staff has always treated me like family. Management is able to handle issues in a timely manner. Patients are always a joy to take care of!….One of the cleanest facilities that I have ever worked in (I have worked in 3 Alden’s)….Beautiful facility for sure!….Supplies are plentiful, excellent meal choices and snacks for residents. As a nurse I always have a doctor on hand to for any nursing needs 24/7. But the best quality about this facility is its cultural diversity!…….All different walks of life and ages combined at this facility to make my experience working here exciting, educational and life long!

Positive experience: I been working here through agency for 6 months wonderful place to work great staff and management so helpful, they treat the residents like family I love that , they really care and that’s rare it a great environment to work in .

Fantastic experience: They’ve been taking care of my sister in law Nancy for over 10years. I appreciate all they do in caring for her day to day. Fantastic experience: While visiting a love one earlier this year and that was receiving therapy here. The therapy staff was very patient with her and professional. I was worried from the negative reviews but pleasantly surprised. I had a few concerns, and was directed to a nurse name Bridget. She was extremely nice and patience, she address all of my concerns, and provided me with her contact information if any additional questions came to mind. My love one was there for 2 months and all in all she said she had a positive experience. Thanks to all of the staff.

Positive experience: I have been working here for about 5 months through agency. The staff is helpful and the CNA’s are awesome as well as the other nurses. Any supplies needed or concerns the Don takes care of them in efficient time. The staffing coordinator is great, she goes above and beyond for her staff. She is very approachable and any concerns brought to her she handles expeditiously, making sure the floors have enough staff and supplies to do their jobs. Overall my experience here has been a good one and would come back anytime the staffing coordinator needs me!!!!

Fantastic experience: Was looking for a place for my mom and decided to give this place a chance. Went in for a tour and was greeted by some very nice people. Everyone had a smile on their faces, which says a lot. What really sold me, an administrator came out and introduced herself. I must say, she was a bundle of joy. She answered all of our questions, assured us that this was the place for loved ones. She was very personable and you could tell she cared about people. Alden is definitely a top contender.

Fantastic experience: this place is great. I have seen professionalism every time i come in. The staffing coordinator Bridgett is a delightful soul and true compassionate person inside and out. The asst administrator Cindy is wonderful, she is always helping with any concern i may have.The staffing ratio of nurses/cnas to residents is great i feel safe knowing my loved one is being cared for properly on days i cannot come to visit.

Fantastic experience: One of the finest facilities I’ve had the pleasure to work for. Residents are top priority. Facility is clean, units are stocked with supplies, and the staff is very helpful with agency personnel. The unit manager Bridget Hutcherson is knowledgeable, compassionate about the residents, their families and the staff, and assists with needed. I would highly recommend for both ( a place for your loved ones to reside and a place to work)

Fantastic experience: I started working as an agency nurse at Alden Town Manor last month.So far it’s been a pleasant experience great environment, the entire patient care team works as a unit from the DON, Scheduler,Kitchen,Housekeepers,CNA and of course the staff nurses.Providing the residents with great care and a compassionate environment!

Fantastic experience: I started my nursing career here 10 years ago! The care the residents receive is exceptional! There are on-call physicians 24 hours a day for staff to contact for any issues. The unit manager, Bridget Hutcherson, is an amazing person to work with as well! She is fair, honest, and patient centered with her approach.

Fantastic experience: My mother had a stroke earlier this year and was receiving therapy here. The therapy staff was very patient with her and professional. I was worried from the negative reviews but pleasantly surprised. I was told they are under new management and the communication was good. The building was recently remodeled and was nice. Monica is the admissions director and was very helpful when I had questions about her insurance. The food is typical food. My mom was there for 2 months and all in all she said she had a positive experience. Thanks to all of the staff.

Fantastic experience: This was my Mother's fourth stay: 2 injuries and her 2nd stroke. Her rehabilitation was amazing and a complete success. I highly recommend for rehabilitation!! This is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: I'm truly grateful for this facility, not only did they help me get thru this hard time as my dad was there for 2 months in the rehabilitation center but they honestly do what they can. That facility is the best I was worried about my dad daily but from me going every day seeing him get better and getting his therapy done that was what mattered. He loved his nurse Eva she is a true kind loving nurse and I'm grateful for the social worker there he was awesome helped me a lot. They only way you are going 2 understand is if you go thru it but you as family have to put an effort also and be there for the person there help out. Help your love one get better and motivate them to get better to come home again. My dad suffered a minor stroke his 1st one and now after 2 months there he is a true story he got back up and is walking and finally coming home. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart I will always be thankful.

Fantastic experience: My mom was there 2 years ago. They staff was amazing. The last 8 months of my moms life was so very happy thanks to your staff on the 3rd floor. I will ever be so grateful. From the receptionist alma to the people in the offices thank you. However now i see the welcoming .receptionist staff is not very mature. .can the owner please respond to peoples reviews from the heart not the same response for everyone . can you please get mature responsible receptionists back. They are the face of alden town and not very responsible. Very immature

Fantastic experience: My personal Story about My care at Alden. Im a success story because when I came here the hospital never took what I was telling them about my bottom and when I was transferred here, The nurses found what was hurting me and by that time it was infected. The care and compassion they gave me was outstanding and wonderful. The staff here really cares about u as an individual and always make sure you get the best care possible. I would really want to say thank you to Alma, Jake and everyone in Admissions, Also Carmen thank you for all your help too. The wound care team here is the Best from Xavier, Jessica, Tyionne, and Tammy. Thank you for tge care you've given me. Also cant forget my nurses Nancy, Alex, Elizabeth, and Jamie You guys Rock at what you do. The CNA's here are amazing Mary Jane, Marilyn, Juanna, Rosa, Earlene. Also Lashaunna she helped me when I needed help and kept a smile on my face. If it wasn't for tgis facility and the employees here I'm not sure if I would of recovered like I did, Thank You Alden Town Manor and the Employees here!!! God Bless everyone of You Guys!!!
