Fantastic experience: My wife does her rehab at Novacare Bethlehem. The therapists Eric and Trish that my wife uses are fantastic. The customer service with Kelly is great. Couldn’t be happier with the service here and would highly recommend to anyone who needs to rehab an injury. My wife started with Eric and his dedication and commitment to improving her condition is what convinced her to keep going. Again, couldn’t be happier with the care she’s getting there.

Fantastic experience: Nova care is the best place in the Lehigh Valley for physical therapy. Muhammad and Sara were always superb and the current team of Erik, Trisha and Kelly are just as amazing. I'm not sure if many people realize just how blessed they are to receive care from these knowledgeable, caring, non-judgmental angels, who always have the perfect words for motivation. Also, the facility is always pristinely clean with pleasant, upbeat, fun music playing and patients are always welcomed by first name with a warm smile.

Fantastic experience: I'm 62 years old and NovaCare Bethlehem is the absolute best physical therapy office I have ever been to for myself or my children. Erik is outstanding. His knowledge of my condition far surpasses any other therapist. He adjusted my PT daily for extreme nerve pain relief and set me up with a home program as well. Kellie at the front office was so welcoming and kind. Trish was also very helpful. I have CRPS/RSD in my right foot and ankle which was made worse due to having emergency abdominal surgery with multiple organ failure and 2 aneurysms, 3 months ago. My CRPS/RSD also spread to my other foot and ankle. I was in the 2 hospitals for almost 6 weeks. When I came to NovaCare I was very weak and could barely walk with a walker so I also had to use a wheelchair. After 4 weeks (3 x week) Erik had me using only a cane. Because Erik was so good, I postponed my vacation for 2 more weeks of PT. Now I can walk without any assistance.

Fantastic experience: Erick is an excellent therapist. I've been through a lot of therapy at different places fory shoulders. Nova Care isy favorite by far. He's super knowledgeable and personable. My sessions are intense but worth it. Would absolutely recommend him.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Nova care was really good. The staff was really nice and knowledgeable. I went there because I was having a lot of pain in my upper back. The exercises I was doing really helped me tremendously. By the time I was discharged I was pain free. I really recommend this place, really like it and if I have to go for physical therapy again I would go there.

Fantastic experience: Freaking awesome team! Erik and Trish are amazing. Caring and knowledge and invested in getting you back to what you want to do and be. Couldn't possibly imagine a better experience. Wish I had found them earlier for my first injury. Going to start with them for a separate issue now. (did you know you don't need a doctor to order physical therapy? You can just call and they will hook you up!!!) P.S. If you are a runner and having any issues at all..don't wait. These guys will help you understand the issue and give you the tools you need to fix it!

Fantastic experience: Erik Robertson is by far the best physical therapist I’ve ever worked with. I am an avid climber- and after needing wrist surgeries 8 years ago- I fell into a slew of physical issues that persisted and compiled for years. I have gone to my share of PTs. Literally no one can hold a candle to what Erik does. He’s knowledgeable and makes sure you are educated on your treatment plan. His diagnosis protocol is impressive- and the exercises he gives help! He does a lot of pain management during his sessions as well that help further success- such as cupping, stretches for mobility, massage etc. He also is very good at providing a comfortable and accepting environment. I always leave my appointments feeling heard and seen. Within a few months of working with him I am finally getting my life back.

Fantastic experience: You don't know a good meal until after you've start eating, and you don't know good therapy until after you've healed. I didn't get needed surgery on my shoulder until five months after an injury, meaning there was nearly four months where all the adjacent muscles atrophied. Erik and his crew immediately started with techniques (prior to surgery) to minimize further damage and to prep me for the surgery. After surgery care was great with a good variety of techniques, and when insurance ceased treatments, NovaCare made sure I was supplied with exercises and stretches to continue my treatment after I left. While the surgery fixed the problem, I credit a large part of my functionality to the friendly and more-than-great therapists at NovaCare.

Fantastic experience: I have been to several different physical therapists in the last 5 years. I wish I would have been referred to Erik and Trish at NovaCare back then. They are both absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable. This past week I had a minor medical incident while receiving physical therapy. Erik and Trish remained calm and professional during this time. They both made sure that I had everything that I needed to start feeling better and told me to take as much time as I needed to get better. Their calm and caring mannerism kept me calm during this incident. The minute you meet Erik and Trish you are treated like family. The day of my incident they would not let me leave until I felt better and they promised to call and check up on me in 15 minutes to make sure that I arrived home safely. When Trish called me it just made me feel so cared for by her and Eric and not just another patient they see a few times a week. I will absolutely be referring this team to anyone that may need physical therapy.

My clinician takes the time to explain the various therapeutic techniques and encourages me to reach my goals. He sends emails so I can do exercises at home and track my progress.
