Our staff of trained nurses is dedicated to getting you back on your feet as soon as possible, and is trusted by many hospitals in the Lehigh Valley.

At Kirkland Village, we strive to get you home quickly, but we also want you to feel comfortable while you’re here. These are just some of the features you can take advantage of during your stay:

Our skilled teams of physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, occupational therapists, occupational therapy assistants, and speech therapists are ready to help you get back to doing what you love. At Kirkland Village, we’re proud to offer several different types of short-stay services to help speed your recovery.

Your targeted rehabilitation plan and your personal goals will determine the length of your stay, with oversight from your doctor and members of our clinical team. Our team is dedicated to getting you home as soon as possible.

Family and friends are welcome to visit at any time, 24 hours a day. To provide restful environment for other patients, we ask that visits before 7 am or after 9 pm are held in the community room or lounge area.

Kirkland Village is in-network with many managed care and insurance providers, including Medicare. We will work with you to review your insurance coverage before beginning your stay with us.

Prior to your discharge, a home assessment will be completed by members of our team to ensure that you have all you need to maintain the goals you achieved at Kirkland. Our social worker will coordinate your discharge home, including arranging for any equipment, home care or community support that you may need. Our staff will work with you and your family to provide any training, as necessary.
