Physical therapy is an excellent option for your health and wellness. At Jones PT we address many different issues that can be the root cause of your pain. We recognize that every person experiences pain differently and the way we address it will also vary. While we put a lot of emphasis on manual, hands-on treatment, we are also trained in techniques to compliment your treatment and improve your body’s ability to heal. We often use tools such as dry needling, cold laser, mechanical traction, kinesiotape, ultrasound/stimulation and cupping to target specific issues.

I have never been to a clinic where everyone was so personable. I don’t feel like I am just a number coming through the door. Even when I see one of the other therapists I feel like I get the same genuine care. And I have been to quite a few other facilities for my shoulder and have not gotten the relief I am getting at Jones Physical Therapy. Thank you.

I came to you with severe pain that was limiting my activities and my health in general. I had seen 5 physicians before coming to you, only getting limited results for my symptoms, mainly controlled with medications. After 5 visits with your care and instructions I am doing considerably well. I am amazed at the change and with the relief of pain and I am no longer using the meds.

I saw Dr. Jones for chronic hemorrhoids. While this was a very embarrassing issue to address, I appreciated Dr. Jones’ professionalism. My results were incredible. I no longer have any bleeding in just 2 visits. My only complaint is that I wish I would have known about her earlier!

Positive experience: DO NOT USE THEIR MESSAGE THERAPIST!! Jones has fantastic PT. Ive gone there several times and they've helped me greatly. I want to give them 5 stars but my wife got a message there and it was not nearly the caliber of the rest of the office. The message therapist did nothing but talk about sickness and death and caused the message to be very stressful and not relaxing at all. Absolutely go there for PT, but look elsewhere for message therapy.

Fantastic experience: I have had a wonderful experience doing my PT with Dr. Berger at Jones physical therapy. He is crazy smart and personable. I appreciate everything he has done for me. The receptionists are super friendly and helpful. The office is clean and updated. I will definitely be recommending family and friends who need PT in the future.

Positive experience: Great service for the physical therapist. However, it is nearly impossible to get someone on the phone. No one answers, and sure leave a message but then I just end up in a game of phone tag. If I’m trying to get ahold of the place before my appointment I’m calling like every 5 minutes just to try and get them between whatever they’re doing because there’s no option to just wait on hold. It’s very frustrating.

Fantastic experience: I saw PT Kari for pelvic floor dysfunction and pain post surgery. My other option was to have another operation to correct it without any guarantee that this operation wouldn't have the same results and another 6 weeks of post surgery healing. My OT suggested Jones PT and I made an appointment. I have been to many specialists and many appointments which led me to surgery. I think going to PT Kari was the best decision I could have made for awareness, healing, pain relief, and knowledge. Very pleased and highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr Mindy has been very helpful to me! She uses different techniques like dry needling and myofacial release and home exercises to get my muscles to loosen up. I’ve really appreciated the very respectful way she has treated me while I’ve been in so much pain. She keeps me a part of deciding how she will help me. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a good physical therapist!
