Fantastic experience: Alisha was above and beyond. I walked in to find an ACL/knee brace and found a number of options. Alisha directed me to exactly what I needed-sizing and educating me on my particular situation. Can't thank her enough. I'm off and running-in a manner of speaking. Working through the day with little to no hitch-in muh gitt'yup. Yippee-kiyaeh!!! Thanks again.

Fantastic experience: I sincerely regret not remembering the name of the young lady that helped me. I was traveling from out of town and found myself in an awkward situation and having left my CPAP mask at home in South Dakota. I can't sleep without my CPAP and everywhere every place was closed. I contacted I guess you would call it the emergency number and was directed to this young lady who met with me and helped me. She was so pleasant and very kind and I recommend Great plains rehabilitation services to anyone with any medical equipment needs. The staff that I dealt with was outstanding and should I ever move to the area or should I am be a need in this area again they will be the ones that I go to. Thank you thank you for your help.

Fantastic experience: Very knowledgeable people have never had any problems yet in the past two years that I have been going there. They have the new and latest masks for cpaps which makes using the machine alot more comfortable for the patients. They always have the supplies I need the one time they didnt I didnt have to come back to the store they just had it mailed to my house very convenient.

Fantastic experience: Services in all departments have been excellent. They respond promptly to all my questions and needs. We have had questions on insurance claims and they have taken care of it and submitted appeals as necessary.
