Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. I have been in PT for roughly 2 years, and this is as good as it gets. The people here are friendly and put genuine effort into your care. A good PT makes the world of a difference. My recovery was much better because of the great people invovled in my care. Could not recommend this place enough.

Fantastic experience: This is a great physical therapy clinic! The staff are all very friendly and accommodating, and by the end of my time there I got to know most all of them. My therapist thoroughly evaluated me at the beginning of therapy and helped me build a targeted, effective (and challenging!) plan of exercises. I started PT here for torn ACL repair surgery recovery, and after only 1.5 months, I felt almost completely back to normal. The therapists are very knowledgeable, and always knew the right exercise or maneuver to use to help me rebuild muscle strength and relieve pain. The center is well-equipped, and the therapists here also provide a range of additional therapies such as soft tissue massage work and electrical muscle stimulation. Overall a great experience! I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I can't speak highly enough about this location and my experiences with the staff. Scheduling was easy, the location was extremely clean, and the staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. Diana, the main OT, is not only an expert but extremely friendly. I hope I don't have to go back to physical therapy anytime soon, but I know I'll head back to this Atheletico if I need it!

Each and every staff member, from the welcoming front desk team to the dedicated physical therapists, exudes friendliness and professionalism. Along with curing you they care for your recover. I am glad I found them when I moved to Bloomington, they took care of my paperwork and provide hassle free registration.

Fantastic experience: I sought therapy thanks to the recommendation of my personal trainer and Athletico support staff- Fabiola. My right shoulder had been giving me pain for years. Close to a decade. This was a truly life changing recommendation. Diana was my Occupational Therapist (OT). My intake was careful a thorough. Diana listened to all of my concerns and through her expertise, she performed a series of physical tests and identified the problem. For 6 weeks I had 1-2 appointment a week. I received Graston therapy, stretches, and strength training. Each time I entered the building, the staff greeted me by name and with a smile. I was discharged today. And while I am thrilled my should now has ZERO pain, I must admit I’m sad to no long get visit Athletico each week. I could not recommend Diana and Athletico enough. Bonus points - the staff in charge of entering insurance information just know what they’re doing. Because I if zero problems with insurance billing. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: The entire staff is wonderful…kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I was treated by Tom and Kelley and thanks to them my chronic hip and knee pain is almost nonexistent after just 2 weeks of treatment. I would highly recommend Athletico for physical therapy!

Fantastic experience: Worked with Kelly after I pulled/tore a hamstring and loved the care, attention, and professional way she treated me to get me back to running! This is my 3rd time working with Athletico and I have always had great treatment and therapists who listened to my concerns and worked with me to develop a plan of recovery that fit me.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with my recent experience at Athletico in Bloomington, IN. I went with shoulder pain that made every day tasks difficult. With a combination of in-person therapy and homework, I regained all I had lost and then some. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I injured my low back and had trouble walking and completing daily activites. I worked with Kelly and she was amazing. She was flexible with her scheduling and made me feel confident going back to the gym again. I am pain free after several sessions with her. Athletico has a great staff and they are very kind and helpful!

Fantastic experience: I had terrible back pain that made it difficult to keep my house clean, go on drives, or even walk a mile. It took a few months, but my back pain is gone. If you think you might benefit from physical therapy, give them a call ASAP.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Diana, the Occupational Therapist, for about 6wks now and I am seeing so many strides forward in my post-injury recovery. Every exercise is thoroughly explained and she is so pleasant to work with. Diana has an amazing attitude, provides positive encouragement throughout the process, and celebrates the progresses made along the way. Besides the exercises given in the office or for “homework”, she also provides great ways for me to increase my mobility in between appointments, or ways to reduce pain while at work or home as well. My time with her is always relaxed and comfortable, and I truly feel a connection with her. I’ve witnessed each of the therapists continually checking in with their client during their procedure(s) & exercises showing a keen interest throughout the entire appointment. The facility is always inviting and kept clean in between each client. I haven’t seen this level of care and quality in any other practice. I highly recommend both Diana & Athletico for your therapy needs! PS: I ❤️ the Fluido…it’s a little bit of heaven to start my session. If you have hand/wrist injury, you really need to check it out!! Thanks Diana for all you have done to get me back into working condition; you’re the best!

Fantastic experience: I just completed a course of physical therapy here. Every member of the staff is very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I'd also like to thank my therapist, Kristen, in particular. She was so encouraging, and I improved quickly under her guidance. It may seem odd to say, but this was such a good experience that I'll miss going to Athletico Bloomington East for physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I came in to be treated for Achilles tendinitis which had been bothering me for several months and not allowing me to maintain my usual running and fitness routines. Kristen Lund came up with a plan that allowed me to return to limited running within a couple weeks and back on the road to my preinjury running levels by the end of my 7 week rehab plan. I’d highly recommend her if you’re in a similar situation!

Fantastic experience: The people that work at this Athletico are wonderful! Very caring and make sure that you are taking care of. The treat everyone like family and it was a great place to go. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for physical therapy establishment. Well definitely go back if I need any more physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Just before moving to Bloomington, I worked with a physical therapist for two months to address pain in my wrist. The issue persisted, so I met with Diana at Athletico. After just one session, my wrist felt the best it has since the problem began. Diana is professional, knowledgeable, and devoted. At my second appointment, she referenced research she had done about my condition, and presented a comprehensive plan she had prepared. She sets a positive tone. Our first appointment, she ended by saying she's excited about the progress we'll make together. She's easy to be around. During exercises, she's keeps things comfortable and relaxed. For wrist, hand, shoulder, and other upper extremity issues, I'd highly recommend Diana and Athletico.

Fantastic experience: Kelly Sagerman, Matthew Moon, Olivia Milliner, and Sarah Perkins do a great job every time I walk through the Athletico doors. They do a great job aiding my rehab. They have made my painful injury a little less painless. Love the Athletico team in Bloomington East.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Diana and the whole team at Athletico on the east side of Bloomington! My OT sessions with Diana really helped, not only with my pain relief but also with my education of how to self-manage and prevent flare ups. She is experienced, knowledgeable and a delightful person, focused on helping her patients get healthy!

Fantastic experience: Athletico Physical Therapy provides the highest quality physical therapy i have ever got. I had knee replacement and done my therapy with Ellen Hornett she was great. She will work you and get you head of the game. I have had a lot therapy at other place it was just waste of time and money. I watch the other there looks like they all do a great job. If I ever need physical therapy again that is where I am going.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. The therapists are extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. They helped me so much with my neck and shoulder pain. Although PT isn't always fun, I can honestly say that I looked forward to my appointments at Athletico. I worked primarily with Kristin and she is an amazing therapist. I loved her evidence-based approach to PT. I also worked with Kelly and Erin a few times and they are great too. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I choose athletico after having a month of pain in my foot. I wasn’t able to walk a few steps without intense pain much less run, go for walks with my family, or do much activity around the house. The staff was amazing! Every person who works there makes you feel like you’re part of a family. They are all welcoming and want you to get back to doing everything you love. My PT was Steve along with Hannah, and they both were very knowledgeable. They always took time to answer my questions and give me a good plan. They are honest and upfront about not giving you any extra care than you actually need, and they’re invested in your care the entire time you’re there. In less than 6 weeks, I am feeling 100% better. I am so much stronger in many areas I didn’t realize were weak, and my foot pain is gone. It took less than 2 weeks to resume regular home activities pain free and 6 weeks to get back to running longer distances. I am so grateful to the staff at athletico Bloomington East , and I’ll definitely miss seeing their faces every week!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Athletico! Everyone there is friendly and professional. They were able to get me in quickly and work with my schedule, and after my initial consultation I was completely confident in Kelly's ability to help get my knee back to 100%. Six weeks later, I had completed my weekly physical therapy sessions and was given a regiment of exercises to perform at home to stay ahead of any further pain. I highly recommend Athletico to anyone who feels like pain is getting in the way of living their best life. (*Also, my health insurance did not cover my physical therapy and it was still very affordable, even paying out of pocket)

Erin was so great at giving me exercises that significantly strengthened my muscles and eased my pain by the end of my 6 weeks here, and I’d highly recommend her and Athletico in general for any physical therapy needs.

My experienced exceeded expectations; my therapist worked tirelessly to identify the cause of my pain then implemented a care plan that was successful. I always looked forward to my treatment sessions and did the exercises at home as recommended because they were effective. I'm very pleased to be well but will miss the healing environment and being in the company of therapist who, with good humor, exemplified their commitment to excellence with each other and their clients. Fantastic experience: Everyone at the office is fantastic and super friendly. From the time you walk in and are greeted by Anna or another member of the staff, just feels different than a normal Healthcare setting. You can tell that everyone thoroughly enjoys what they are doing and that they want to be there. Lori takes the time to get to know people and make you feel comfortable in a time when everyone is in a rush to get on to the next person. They are all great humans, but she is a super special find. I was honestly sad when she told me that I was graduating today. Keep up the great work, I appreciate you all.

I saw Austin Gray for pain and cramping in my hand, which improved substantially in just a few weeks with Austin's help. Appointments were convenient and flexible, and I always left feeling like I had made progress and knew what I needed to work on at home to continue improving. I can't recommend Athletico highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Both the environment and the physical therapy were top notch. I felt like everyone there, even those who didn’t work directly with me in my physical therapy, were always extremely friendly and welcoming. Austin Gray did an excellent job helping me rehab, he was very personable and enjoyable to be around while still being very effective as a physical therapist. I can honestly say that I feel like going here twice a week not only helped me physically, but was also an enjoyable experience that I’m glad I had, even if the reason I was going was because I needed rehab after surgery.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Athletico East for a few months now. I started out with Austin with a shoulder injury. He is very knowledgeable and would not let me slack off. While working with Austin I did a stupid stunt and had a sever spraied ankle, He modified my therapy to accommodate my ankle / foot injury and continued my shoulder work. The last 2 week of therapy for my shoulder i started therapy for my ankle with Kelley. I am still working with Kelley and getting better. I would recommend them to anyone needing therapy, they are very easy to work with and get you doing things you never thought you could do. They are both very understandable and listens to you, they both push you to your limits but not over. Everyone in the office make you feel welcome and at ease.

Regardless of which therapist worked with me each time, they were nothing but positive, helpful, respectful and easy to talk to. I’ve referred friends there and they’ve also had positive experiences. Fantastic experience: I had knee surgery and I’ve been coming to Athletico for about 4 weeks now. Absolutely love this place. I've been to several PT places at this point and Athletico East is by far the best. I meet with Erin, Kristen, and Steve each once a week. I have a different experience with each one of them and they're all great. They do a really good job of listening to your concerns and making sure that you’re progressing safely and steadily. They all push me to do my best and I appreciate it. They have a taxi service which, for a broke college kid with no car, is absolutely perfect. Athletico East is also really great about working with your schedule. Highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Athletico East are amazing! They work around your schedule. My therapist was Austin Gray which is fantastic i might say. There isn't enough words to describe. I had two carpal tunnel surgeries in two months and one hand feels normal again already. The things these therapist do is wonderful and even during a pandemic! Thank goodness for them!! Any concerns and fears Austin always addressed them. Thanks Austin for being great.

Fantastic experience: Steve and the entire staff at Bloomington Athletico East have been instrumental in progressing my running career. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable in their rehab and techniques, they are personable and genuinely care about my rehab and success. They treat you like family and I would recommend them to ANYONE. If you're looking for a physical therapist in Bloomington, this is hands down the best place to go.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Steve and his team for about 5 years—since before the east clinic even opened—and I can’t recommend them highly enough. I have chronic pain issues, and he and his staff are always happy to adapt my visits to whatever seems to be hurting on any given day. The other PTs at the clinic, Erin and Kristen, are also great—everyone is super-helpful, kind and patient. Austin, who does OT, is also very helpful for when I need help with upper body issues, especially with my hands and wrists. Lyndsey at the desk keeps everything running smoothly, and she is very knowledgeable about the workings of insurance, which of course can be very complicated and stressful for everyone involved. The atmosphere is also really fun. I know you wouldn’t immediately think of fun when you think of a place that offers medical services, but the PTs and other staff members keep the mood light and social. Also, the location is great. I often park at Kroger and walk over to Athletico so I can pick up groceries at the same time as my PT visit. All in all, if you need a physical or occupational therapist in Bloomington, no matter what the issue, you owe it to yourself to check out Athletico Bloomington East. They will work with you to make a personalized plan of care that fits your unique needs. Again, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: This has been the best physical therapy experience. I've been to various clinics around the country over the years and have never had an experience like this. Steve and the whole crew at Athletico East have always listened to my concerns. The techniques they used have completely changed my ability to function in daily life. I can't say enough good things about this clinic. All of the staff are friendly and clearly care about their patients. I'd give them 100 stars if that was an option.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Athletico (East side of Bloomington) for several weeks now for a shoulder injury. I have to admit I was intimidated when I walked in, everyone seemed to know each other, but the reality is, you get welcomed into the fold immediately. By my second appointment everyone was greeting me by name and cared about how I was doing. I’ve been working with Erin, and she is an amazing physical therapist: professional, knowledgeable, friendly, motivating. And to be honest, after seeing how the other therapists work with their patients, I’d be happy to work with any of them too. As happy as I am to be feeling better, I’m a little sad to be finishing up my PT next week because I actually look forward to going to Athletico.
