Fantastic experience: This PT group is amazing. I needed help with rehabbing a bad knee and after a couple months I was significantly better. They engage you in exercises not just give you print outs! Highly recommend the group- I’ll be going back for check-in and tune ups! Thanks everyone!

Fantastic experience: First time going to Athletico and I was highly impressed! Cheyanna was quickly able to setup an appointment for me the same day I needed to get in, and when I arrived, check-in was a breeze. I was scheduled with Katie and she was very polite and gave me plenty of advice to improve my situation. Overall, an extremely pleasant visit and I would definitely return if the need arises. Fantastic experience: After hip replacement surgery less than a month ago I was referred to Athletico for Physical Therapy. I have only been twice but in that short time I have basically been taught how to walk normally again after my debilitating illness/injury. Thank you to Susie who is taking care of me. Fantastic experience: The staff is incredible! Katie was able to diagnose my shoulder impingement in 5 minutes after dealing with it for years!! Cheyanna, the front desk coordinator, was so welcoming and kind. Lastly, Kenzie, the rehab aid, perfectly answered my questions regarding my exercises!

Fantastic experience: I had a series of (15-20) PT sessions after my knee replacement surgery, I had excellent attention on every occasion. Katie Spencer was my regularly assigned therapist, and she was knowledgeable, pleasant, and extremely helpful in getting me where I was supposed to be. She made each session valuable -- the workouts were challenging, demanding, even, but they were also actually FUN. I recommend Katie highly to anyone! In addition, I would like to mention how helpful each and every other therapist and assistant with whom I dealt (whatever her/his current level of expertise and training) was. Everyone in the place made me feel that they genuinely cared about me and all of the other patients they helped. Genuine thanks to all!

Fantastic experience: This is the best physical therapy place I’ve ever been. Every employee genuinely cares about your recovery process and they make you feel so welcome every time you come in. They got my shoulder back to full strength and I couldn’t be more grateful. The two main PT’s, Susy and Kela, are the nicest people I’ve ever met and I highly recommend working with them.

Fantastic experience: When I came into Athletico, I could barely walk for a couple minutes without pain in both of my achilles. I couldn't even drive my car, let alone climb stairs. I was extremely hesitant at first about physical therapy because it was my first time. Suzie was able to walk me through every step of my recovery, making sure I knew what I could handle and encouraging me to push my boundaries when I was scared to take the next steps forward. Athletico was extremely flexible with my schedule, too. I am now up to 12k steps a day and improving everyday. I couldn't have done it without her and the whole Athletico team.

Fantastic experience: Big SHOUT OUT to Dinah, Kenzie, Katy, Kela and the most amazing skills set and wisdom and compassion and congeniality with the ability to set the session goals and do their job with the highest professionalism I’ve seen! Now for the specifics: in addition to giving me stretches to perform my job tasks better, this group is teaching me how to use these stretches as tools. Also, in my 49+ years in the workforce, this is the first group which is helping me relearn how I do my job especially in decreasing the repetitive motion that causes so much pain. I’m using micro breaks- 60 seconds of reps every 30 minutes; I’m relearning my posture and sitting skills and finding I’m actually more productive with my new skills and stretches. Many heartfelt thank yous and gratitude in helping me work better on this next stretch of life! #athleticotime! #ifnotnowthenwhen?

Fantastic experience: The staff is amazing here!!! Each team member remembers your name after only one visit. Kela, Suzie, Dinah, Davy, and Cheyanna are amazing. I have worked with Kela over the last 4 months. She is empathic, compassionate, and listens to her patients. She was able to help me get my pain under control after a serious car accident. Suzie, Dinah, and Davy also helped immensely in my recovery. Each one was diligent in my treatment with helping me target specific sites with dry needling for pain control. The staff has the utmost professionalism and patient care. I cannot thank them enough for everything that they have done for me!! l won't go anywhere else!!!

Fantastic experience: I worked with Suzie and Dinah for the majority of my sessions. Both were very knowledgeable, professional, yet personable. You could tell they guinely cared about their work and helping you achieve your goals. The entire staff was extremely kind and caring. While I am happy to have made progress with the pain I was experiencing, I will definitely miss seeing their welcoming smiles!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 staff and facilities. I went in because I was basically immobilized with back pain and Dr. Spencer got me feeling 1000x better. She explained all of the exercises and why we were doing them, as well as explaining what was going on with my body to cause the pain. All of the assistants were great. I mostly interacted with Kenzie and Cheyenne but everyone who I ever dealt with was just super positive and helpful and kind. Will definitely recommend this location and team to anyone who needs PT.

Fantastic experience: The entire team at Athletico West is exceptional. I've been a patient at this clinic off and on for the past 4 years for everything from post surgical rehab to headaches to knee pain. Everyone here is so positive and upbeat -- physical therapy can be challenging, but they make it as enjoyable as possible. I'm fortunate that I've been able to work with the same amazing PT since my first visit. I couldn't ask for a better therapist. Davy is encouraging, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He listens and is persistent about figuring out which exercises and treatments will work best for each patient. While most of my visits have been with Davy, I've worked with the other therapists here as well. Katie, Suzie and Dinah are all excellent, top notch therapists who I would recommend to anyone. Regardless of which therapist you work with, you'll be in good hands. HUGE thanks to everyone here for the outstanding care and support! I would like to specifically thank the following people for their tremendous service: • Cheyanna, for being an outstanding receptionist. She is detail oriented, and always schedules my future sessions in a proactive manner so that I can secure the best appointment times. I often see her help clients who struggle with technology by helping them fill out online assessment forms and insurance information. She is a wonderful person that always espouses a cheerful demeanor, and—quite frankly—deserves a raise. • Suzie, for dry needling my back, hip, and shoulders. She was able to relieve me of pain that I had been feeling for years, not only via needling but through hands on work. As a former basketball player, she understands the specific athletic feats I am trying to attain. On days where I would see her and David for separate conditions, she ensured that her treatment would work in a complimentary fashion to the treatment I had already received. I have greatly enjoyed my time with her. • Katie, for effectively treating my back. I have had prior bouts of physical therapy for my back, and she is second-to-none in assessing problems, adjusting exercises based on pain/endurance issues, and articulating medical terminology to lay people like myself. Both David and Susy recommended that I work with Katie for back problems, and I quickly understood why. • David Brewster, for being my primary therapist for the past 8 months and overseeing treatment of my shoulders, hips, and knees. He displays an array of leadership capabilities every time I visit this location. If an older client has trouble walking after a session, he personally assists them to their car. His prior experiences as an Athletic Trainer give him an advantage when working with younger clients that are seeking to achieve higher standards of performance post-therapy. On multiple occasions, he sacrificed parts of his lunch break to work with me for an extended period of time. David always has a funny and interesting story to tell and is the best physical therapist I have ever worked with. I encourage people that are seeking physical therapy to prioritize Athletico’s Bloomington West location over other alternatives—especially over ATI.

Fantastic experience: If you have to do physical therapy I have highly recommended this place to several others. While Davey was the one stuck/scheduled with me for the majority of the 3 1/2 months, the other PT’s were equally as kind and helpful. Davey was knowledgeable and able to help me understand what I feel the Orthopedist should have clued me in on. I started PT a little late after surgery so there was work to be done! And when I needed to push myself a little harder, I was kindly told this honesty. (For the level I want to function at I needed the honesty, even if hearing it begrudgingly.) For physical therapy this is a nice and informative organization and environment to make it happen. I enjoyed all the Physical Therapists Assistants, Frank, Jack, Matt, Grace, Kat, and Rhea. They were friendly, helpful, and fun to talk with. I wish them all complete success in their upcoming endeavors. Again, I have already recommended Athletico to others and will continue to do so. If you’re having Knee joint replacement start here first! (B4 surgery) Thanks Athletico staff, you were and are appreciated.

Fantastic experience: I went to Athletico Bloomington West and worked with Suzie for neck pain and migraines and after 10 weeks of sessions can say I am in MUCH better condition. All of the staff are great and Suzie especially listened to my needs and changed things up when it needed to be for me to advance through therapy. The exercises and manual therapy helped me greatly and I would definitely recommend Athletico to anyone wanting quality physical therapy in any degree.

I was able to get back where I was at before my knee surgery and I could not be happier and more thankful. Suzie was kind, easy-going, and great to work with. Fantastic experience: Have been seeing Suzie for pain related to arthritis. I had been having back pain of an unknown cause for over a year, and PT is helping me rebuild muscles after a long time of inactivity, which will eventually help support my back. Suzie is so kinda, helpful, and the best!

Fantastic experience: Amazing facility and people! I recommend Katie at Athletico west!! I fell in February 2022 on my low back & I was referred to this facility for physical therapy. I can’t be more thankful! My goals were a big part of my treatment along with what times worked best with my complicated schedule. Front desk staff was always super nice (especially Kenzi) and welcoming with a smile on their face! Super pleased with my treatment!

Fantastic experience: I was referred after a neck injury caused chronic pain in an effort to avoid surgery. My main therapist was Suzie but I had the opportunity to work with the whole staff and I cannot say enough about how well I was treated and recovered. I went from laying in bed in pain most days to only the occasional bad day. This team always made me feel comfortable and listened to. Goal achieved, no surgery! My sincerest thanks to the whole team!

Fantastic experience: Having a high cervical spinal cord injury is a life changing event. The team at Athetico has worked with me for roughly 6 months, through my good and bad days. The team gets high marks from me. Starting with my PT Davie, his knowledge of spinal cord injuries is very impressive. He understands the things spinal cord injury patients deal with on a day to day basis. The PT assistants, Rhea and Frank are wonderful. They keep me on the straight and narrow. Always making sure I do the exercises properly, while engaging in interesting conversations. I'd like to say Thank You to Davie, Rhea, and Frank.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Athletico Bloomington West for the past year and a half for an absolute crazy injury. Fantastic experience: Athletico Physical Therapy is awesome! I have had the chance to work with every PT there and any way you go is absolutely fantastic. Everyone there is super professional, including the interns. The rehab aids are all fantastic. Cheyanna, the girl up front, is awesome. She decorates the entire clinic for each seasonal holiday and is always super friendly. Every PT there is exceptional and you can not go wrong with anyone. I’ve had shoulder pain going on 4 years now and in the first 30 minutes meeting with them, they had diagnosed the problem and had me doing exercises. Thank you Athletico Bloomington-West!

Fantastic experience: After almost two years of knee issues, Katie and Dinah at Athletico have gotten my knee almost back to 100%! After my second knee surgery, I started working with Katie, who helped me adjust to walking without a brace and got my knee bending again. I then worked with Dinah for three months. Dinah always listened, whether it be about knee problems/updates or constant complaints about law school. Dinah always took my feedback on knee pain into account and adjusted my exercises to ensure that I was doing the best exercises for my recovery. Thanks to Dinah, I went from not being able to walk or even sit without pain to going for long walks and running pain-free. I am so grateful for Katie, Dinah, Zoe, Matt, and everyone else at Athletico who have helped me with my stubborn knee and enabled me to start doing the activities that I love.

Fantastic experience: I've been to Athletico for physical therapy before my knee surgery and after my knee surgery. Their location was convenient to where I live. Katie Spencer helped me so much and I went back to her for my bone spur in my heel too. All the staff members are so kind and helpful. It such a nice atmosphere and they make you feel welcome. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: When my physical therapist Dinah J. went from ATI to Athletico I had my ortho doc write me a new scrip & followed her there. Dinah is compassionate, hands on & empowers me to do my own PT at home. Jaycee, the office person, is friendly & efficient & the other therapists are skilled & friendly as well. Athletico is welcoming & facility is very clean. I'm very glad I switched from ATI in order to stay w/Dinah. I did my shoulder surgery rehab with her, stress fracture, knee pain & now nerve issues in my arm/hand. She's good.

Fantastic experience: I went here to get treated for a lower back injury. The staff are super friendly and they were always willing to accommodate my crazy schedule. Any questions I had were always answered with an easy to understand explanation. I finished treatment feeling good as new, maybe even a little better than before my injury!

Fantastic experience: If there were 10 stars, I'd give them all 10! I love the staff here, they are friendly, encouraging, supportive, and fun! They all know their stuff and are very accessible and available. I look forward to coming in every time I have an appointment because I know that I will have a good time here - even if it means soaking my sprained ankle for 10mins in an ice bath! They act like a little family and that is really unique. I sprained my ankle climbing outdoors and they have supported me through the recovery. I've seen other patients in their with various different recovery processes and it seems that everyone receives fair and equal care! I hope that everyone who comes in here feels as cherished as I do!

Fantastic experience: Was referred to Athletico West for lower back and knee issues (Summer 2019) and was extremely pleased with my experience there. Katie and Davy (and their team) were absolutely phenomenal! They took time to truly listen to my problems and help me address them. Appointments were fun, and under their care I was able to learn about the musculoskeletal problems I have been struggling with for years and how to 'properly' work toward correcting them. While I will miss seeing them, I certainly do not miss the consistent pain I had been having (and greatly appreciate how much better I feel). Without a moment's hesitation I would recommend anyone in need of physical therapy to their care!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Athletico West for an injured shoulder. Over the weeks, I couldn't believe how much better I began feeling! I am now completely pain free!!
