Fantastic experience: Everyone was considerate and kind from Dr. Surdam to the office staff. Only do better is scheduling for appointments as I had to wait 45 minutes in the exam room for Dr. Surdam. No fault of his as scheduling does not allow the appropriate amount of time in between patients.

Fantastic experience: Dr Brandon Hood did an amazing job. I had full knee replacement on both knees one year ago. By following his pre-op and post-op instructions, and with his amazing skills, I was able to complete physical therapy in two weeks. My pt was amazed. Pain free and mobile for the first time in 20+ years. He has also operated on two friends of ours with similar results. I highly recommend Dr Hood to anyone with chronic knee pain or mobility issues.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr Lindner for eight months now for my right shoulder. I had rotator cuff surgery on it and every month he has had me come back to check on me to make sure everything is doing good and healing like it should. I’m having some problems with it and he is staying on top of it. I’ve never had a doctor do this he is an amazing doctor, person and is good at what he does. He is the best and so is his nurse practitioner. She is so amazing also

Fantastic experience: Dr Licini and Andrew Lovell, PA are an amazing team and they provide stellar care to their patients. I had a TKR in October and they were my care team and I am doing amazing and have had no issues or problems. I recommend them to all of my friends, family, and co-workers. You would be hard pressed to find two other providers that have the skill, compassion, and bed side manner equal to them. I couldn't be happier with my care, treatment, and TKR. They gave me my life back. I am forever grateful.

Tremendous personality and always takes whatever time I need to answer my questions and making sure I have all the information I need. His team is equally amazing. Always incredibly professional and friendly. And I have to give a shout out to the Physical Therapy crew. They ROCK!! Knowing how to push you in just the way you need without being overbearing. With Dr. Surdam and his team you are not just a patient or an insurance number, you are a person. If you ever need any orthopedic services. I cannot recommend Dr. Surdam highly enough. AMAZING!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Brandon Hood and his entire staff, pre-op, post-op, surgical center, did an excellent job for my total hip replacement. I knew exactly what to expect before, during and after. Recovery was amazing, walking comfortably in less than 2 weeks. Very little pain and incision sight healed well and quickly. Highly recommend Dr Hood for your hip or knee concerns!

Fantastic experience: Dr Surdam performed my total knee replacement. I would highly recommend Dr. Surdam and the entire IU health orthopedic and sports medicine staff. After 3 months my knee feels great and have scheduled my other knee replacement for next fall with the same team.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brandon Hood performed both of my knee replacements, but for three years before that, he monitored the progression of disease in my knees, encouraging me to wait as long as possible because of my age. Dr. Hood was always transparent about the damage to my knees and the treatment, as well as the pros and cons of having my knees replaced in my 50s. If not for his care and incredible surgical skill, I wouldn’t have recovered as magnificently as I did—having both knees replaced in three months and walking “normally” within weeks after surgery. And, my scars are straight and almost undetectable. Dr. Hood is simply the best!

Fantastic experience: This was my first time at this office. I was impressed with the efficiency of the staff, while being personable. I was seen by the scanning staff and then by the PA quickly. I was given an explanation of the diagnosis and options for treatment. The nurse brought in supplies for treatment and explained exactly what to expect. Todd Nisley agreed to listen to me tell him a short story during the procedure as I felt it would distract me from being nervous. I will definitely recommend this practice to others.

Fantastic experience: My first appointments with the nurse practitioner and physician’s assistant were thorough and helpful. When hip replacement surgery was ultimately scheduled, I met with Dr.Surdam who explained the procedure carefully and left no questions unanswered. The wait time for surgery was thankfully short — just two and a half weeks. From arrival at IU Health Hospital Bloomington to the pre-surgery procedures to the actual hip replacement, I had an A+ experience. Thanks to Dr. Surdam’s surgical expertise, my hip has healed beautifully. I recently celebrated the three-month anniversary follow-up appointment with Dr. Surdam. Fantastic experience: I had totally hip replacement performed by Dr Hood things could not have gone any better, after 3 months I'm walking three and a half miles a day and very few things I can't do. Dr Hood and staff gave me my life back. I wish I could given Dr Hood more than five stars. Anyone thinking about having hip replacement surgery need to contact Dr Hood

Fantastic experience: Alexa and her team went out of their way to provide extremely compassionate care when I really needed it. Each team member was empathetic, took time to explain my options, consequence of each option, and they were gentile and thorough throughout my care. When my schedule went sideways (no cause of theirs, I was injured at work and am from out of state), the team reached out to their manager Alexa, on her time off, and gave her a detailed account of my situation and my frustration. Alexa called me until she finally got ahold of me, after my care from them was over, just to be sure I would get the care I needed and that I had a clear path foreword. Then when I called back for Workman's Comp help, the dedicated WC woman helped facilitate care I need back home. I can't express enough how impressed I am with this group!

Fantastic experience: Referred here for knee issues. Within an hour I had x-rays done, a professional consultation, a shot, discharge instructions, and medication called in. Although the doctor provided me with an unpleasant diagnosis, he was professional, provided me with current and future options, and answered all my questions and concerns. I feel at ease knowing that this facility and its personnel, who were professional and kind, are here to aid me in my current and future issues.

Fantastic experience: I came in on a late Friday morning after the urgent care on 3rd and the student health center said their X-ray technicians weren’t in. Well Now was booked for 4 to 5 hours. I really didn’t want to go to the ER unless I had to. But this location agreed to see me, even though I was in for a potentially broken tailbone and they don’t always deal in lower back issues. Receptionist was wonderful. I was taken back less than half an hour after I arrived despite the place being super busy. The nurse and radiologists were very kind. I was given a pillow to sit on because of my tailbone :) Dr. Latimer listened to all my questions and addressed all my concerns without making me feel ignorant (As a student/very young adult, there’s plenty of people in the medical field who don’t listen to me and talk down to me.) I headed back home within an hour of my arrival.

Fantastic experience: I have been here for several things including two complex surgeries by Dr. Wickstrom. I love the time that is take to fid out what is gung on. The PA's Todd and William are awesome and the physical therapy person, Lori was also very good. Very pleased.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience at the walk-in clinic here. The staff is courteous and speedy. I've never been to a walk-in clinic where I was able to be serviced so fast without an appointment. I truly appreciated it!

Fantastic experience: I usually find myself here at least once a year. I'm very accident prone. Sprains, stress fractures, breaks, bulging discs. I'm a hot mess over here. Dr. LaGrange is so nice and so is his nursing staff. They are always on time for appointments. He always listens to my concerns and my objections and gives me options on treatment and education about my condition. He's one of the best doctor's I've seen, I recommend him to all my friends.
