Fantastic experience: Many of the MCO Staff have been my heroes/heroines since 2000. Thank You for trying to hold me together rod by rod and pin by pin! Fantastic experience: Went in for a dislocation of the knee that no one would fix had two surgerys on it went to see Dr. Hanson first and he said that the extent of my damage was beyond what he could do. So he refered me to Dr. Norris mind you Dr. Norris is my 5th Ortho Dr. and said lets try this gave me a knee brace and said come back in 3 weeks to see how it goes while I check with my other Doctors. Said I will call you back. Said ok. Mind you this has been going on for almost 5 years not with these doctors though. Got a call back from Dr. Norris himself not a nurse or anything it was the Doctor was floored. He said come back in 3 weeks to see how the brace is doing and to do maybe surgery appointment. Will update once if I have the surgery done. Very nice People here love them BTW Live in Pontiac and would drive here anytime what ever the gas price is.

Fantastic experience: My 4 year old son broke his arm and we were referred by OSF Prompt Care. The whole staff was wonderful. Dr. Choski was great, so patient and spoke directly to my son. He explained everything and was very thorough in answering all my questions. The nurse who put his cast on was wonderful, made it so easy and painless! Thank you for the wonderful care!

Fantastic experience: Dr.Brissey and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Dr.Brissey does an excellent job with his patients. He took his time to explain things to me about the surgery that i am having. I was very pleased with his excellent bed side manners.

Fantastic experience: First of all , Dr. Lucas Armstrong is the BEST ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON! He did my left knee replacement surgery in September 2020 and just did my right knee !!!! I also need to say his Assistant Parker Johnson is ABSOLUTELY GREAT! You will be in good hands …

Fantastic experience: One of the better orthopedic centers in Central Illinois. Very nice building with a large waiting room and easy check-in. The staff of nurses and doctors are attentive, caring and knowledgeable. They are equipped to do many of the tests you may need. Plenty of parking in a large area and conveniently located a short distance off Empire.

Fantastic experience: Dr Newcomer is the absolute best! He did both knee replacements and two hips of mine. Great job Doc!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love MCO! I had to have ACL reconstruction surgery at the end of October on my right knee. From the beginning I have had nothing, but great experiences. From the receptionists, Dr Hanson, physical therapists and even the assistants that ice your knee at the end of a hard therapy session. I've had a very rough journey with this ACL surgery, but seriously don't know where I'd be without these guys to guide me thru this. Just learning how to walk again was a task. Dr. Hanson is one of the sweetest and kindest doctors. I have trusted him fully with my care. Your wait might be a little long, but it's because he spends so much time with his patients. He's well worth the wait because once he sees you it's like all of your worries and questions disappear and are answered. I've not had an easy time and the entire office has been great. The physical therapists are wonderful too. There are days where I just want to give up and it's because of them that I keep trying. Believe me I've had some times after therapy crying in my car and frustrated with myself. Their encouragement and believing in me has kept me going. Someday I hope to run in there and thank them. I was never a runner anyway, but with this new ACL you never know. Trust MCO with your care. I have greatly appreciated all of their help. The journey is sometimes long, but the people who are there for you make it so much easier.

Fantastic experience: I took my son Jaden here and they treated him with great care. Best group of doctors, nurses, assistants, staff. Fantastic experience: Jonathan Crowley, MPT was very understanding and very polite. He listened and helped me figure out what could have happened. He also provided me with some at home workouts to do to try and strengthen and fix my injury. Will definitely recommend to others.

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit there yesterday for a knee injury. It was all very positive. No waiting, all the staff so nice and understanding. They all answered a lot of questions and took their time with me. Some xrays and a cortisone shot and I'm 100% better today.

Fantastic experience: Dr Hanson operated on my wife's hip and based on that alone is why I chose him to evaluate my shoulder. He is very informative, and has a great sense of humor and was able to get me in for corrective surgery very quickly.

I've had 2 visits to this clinic and received excellent care each time! I just know that they care about the quality of the care I am experiencing! I have come in pain and they welcome me with interest in my particular situation. I'm certain I'm being taken care of by 'the best of the best'!!!

Fantastic experience: I personally was not the patient. My mother was as she had, had knee replacement surgery. She also has dementia. I could not of asked for better communication between Dr. Norris and my mother and I. The nursing staff, therapy, and receptionist were also very accommodating and very nice.

Fantastic experience: Every visit has been on time. The staff at the front desk are professional and helpful. Dr Naour and his staff are very caring and respectful of my time. They make sure I understand all the information I am given. I have had 4 surgeries at MCO. All staff involved with the surgeries are informative and caring. This business definitely deserves 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: In/out in less than an hour, including patient paperwork, xrays, Dr. exam and steroid shots ... Dr. Norris and his PA/nurses/assistants were all very pleasant, answered all our questions and were very accommodating to our situation ... no other orthopedic Dr./facility for our family!!!!!
