Fantastic experience: Yup, it's true, ALL the 5 Star reviews are real. I've been a returning patient to the Bolingbrook Athletico for many years for various issues, shoulder pain, plantar facetious, vestibular problems...the team is fantastic! Amy, Jen, Tom, the entire team truly cares and wants to see their patients whole again. I've even sent my kids here for their sport sports injuries. I can not recommend highly enough. You can't go wrong with your PT at the Bolingbrook Athletico! Addition to the first review, nine months later, just finished occupational therapy with Jatona after surgery on my hand. As always, Jatona & the team did a great job! Wouldn’t go anywhere else

Fantastic experience: I had the joy of being placed with Jatona as my occupational therapist for my wrist rehab. I've injured it multiple times over the years, so I'm no stranger to physical therapy (I seem to be adept at hurting myself). Of all my therapists, Jatona has easily been the most knowledgeable and helpful. Her answers to my (sometimes asinine) questions are very informative and easy to understand. She is always a delight to interact with and overall an outstanding occupational therapist. Highly recommend :)

Fantastic experience: Ryan at Athletico in Bollingbrook was amazing helping put together stretches and exercises for therapy and things I could do at home to get back on track after being injured. He explained things and walked me through all the stretches and exercises to make sure I knew what to do and not reinjury myself during the healing process.

Fantastic experience: Staff is the Greatest. They was quick and efficient with tests.. I would recommend going here than anywhere else.. Also the women are hott

Fantastic experience: This was my second round of PT for a different injury. This was by far the best PT experience I have had. Tom, Jaden, and Dayshon were great! Tom gave me great at home exercises and kept great track of my progress. I highly recommend Athletico in Bolingbrook!

Fantastic experience: Abbey, Jennifer, Nem and Dami rocked! After four months in a cast, they got me walking, taking baths and doing yoga. They are one-on-one and adjust the exercises to your specific needs. Great support staff and very easy to get appointments quickly. Love the vibes here. Best part is ringing the bell when you graduate.

Fantastic experience: I needed OT, Ryan was amazing at understanding my needs, he was very accommodating and encouraging during the whole process. We always had a good chat and the appointment time was fun. Great staff and nice facility. I appreciate every member of the team that helped me. Keep up !

Fantastic experience: So many positives about my experience with Tom Komperda and the staff at Athletico Bolingbrook. I came to Tom with a back issue that had been ailing me for a few years and under his guidance and expertise, I have seen dramatic improvements in just a couple of months time. I highly recommend Tom and the staff at Athletico Bolingbrook if you are looking for solutions to your injuries with a conservative, yet highly effective approach.

Fantastic experience: Incredibly thankful for Tom, Jennifer, and the rest of this staff. They are very accommodating and genuinely great people to be with in a time of need. Being injured or in pain often makes you not the greatest of patients, physical therapy is physically and emotionally difficult at times. But this team rises above and beyond the expectations. I never left a session without feeling secure and optimistic of my progress than I did walking in and it was usually with a smile on my face due to this team. If you are ever unfortunate enough to need physical therapy, this is the place to be.

Fantastic experience: My experience recovering from shoulder surgery has been harder than I expected. However, Abbey (and the other PTs and staff) encouraged me at every step. Abbey pushed me to work harder and at the same time was the best cheerleader. Scheduling was always easy and the gym environment comfortable. I’m grateful that I chose to rehab at Athletico in Bolingbrook and recommend it 100%!

Fantastic experience: I started off going to Athletico in Bolingbrook (1256 W. Boughton) in February 2023 to do occupational therapy for a finger injury. I was having pain in my shoulder so my OT suggested I do a free physical therapy evaluation with Tom Komperda. I chatted with him briefly after my appointment and he was able to get me on his schedule immediately. I started PT sessions with Tom and was eventually recommended to a wonderful orthopedic surgeon for further evaluation. I ended up having pretty extensive shoulder surgery in August 2023 and have been doing my post-op treatments at Athletico since my surgery. I can't say enough good things about Seli, all the aides and front desk staff who were always smiling when I came in and made me feel welcome. I have worked with Abby, Jennifer and Nem. Each of them were very nice, patient, caring and reassuring during my sessions. Tom was my main physical therapist and I can't say enough wonderful things about him. He always had a smile on his face and a joke to make me smile! He gave great tips and pep talks when I was feeling down about my progress. Post-op PT is not fun but they always took great care of me. I always looked forward to my 3 sessions per week and felt like I was going to hang out with my friends on those days. I would highly recommend Bolingbrook Athletico, Tom Komperda and all the therapists. I may have another small surgery coming up so I will definitely be back for more post-op treatments with my favorite therapists!

Fantastic experience: Awesome front desk staff and PTs (Tom and Abby). They helped give me the tools to keep neck symptoms at bay and promote neck/spine health. Couldn't ask for a better experience from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Abigail Hernandez for working with me on my knee I couldn’t even bend my knee when I first walked in there. Today was my last day there and I’m able to bend my knee go up the stairs walk without my knee hurting I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart for all the hard work she did with me to get me to this point if anybody looking for therapist, please reach out to her she’s located in Bolingbrook, she’s the best ❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so friendly, helpful and compassionate with me when dealing with all my back issues. I walked in day one hunched over and by the last therapy I walked out with a pep in my step. I loved and appreciated how knowledgeable Tom was when dealing with all my issues. He helped me with a home game plan to strengthen my weakness.

Fantastic experience: The team at Athletico is absolutely amazing! They really are wonderful at listening to your concerns and addressing your symptoms effectively to get you back to your usual activity. It was helpful for me to have a safe recovery plan lead by knowledgeable physical therapists. Fantastic experience: I just finished my rehab at Athletico (Bolingbrook) and would strongly recommend this team to others. The front desk was courteous, friendly, and efficient. The physical therapists were thorough in explaining what needed to be done and why. Their initial diagnosis and estimated rehab time was spot on. Most importantly they cared about my progress and our shared common goal of “graduating”!

Fantastic experience: This is the second one time I have used Althetico for therapy. They take the time to listen to you and see how your feeling. Everyone is very friendly and you can see they really do like bring there and taking care of their patients which is one of the reasons I went back.

Fantastic experience: Amy is OUTSTANDING as a therapist. After 2+ months of work for an arthritic hip, I can walk normally and have been able to delay surgery. Amy is well prepared in providing me challenging exercises. Seli and the front desk staff (Jaden & Rebecca) at the Bolingbrook location are wonderful. They are so friendly and helpful and were very thorough in managing my PT schedule.

Fantastic experience: After being treated for 5+ years for a career ending hand/wrist injury at Athletico with their Occupational therapist, I can’t say enough great things about Ryan. He’s been a pleasure to work with, always listening to my personal feedback and helping me tailor my sessions to address the issues. Helped me meet my strength training, conditioning goals as well as how to manage my CRPS nerve pain on a daily basis best as possible, and coming up with home exercises to continue therapy. If you’re looking for a good OT I’d highly recommend meeting with Ryan.

Fantastic experience: My daughter saw Ryan Steinberger at the Bolinbrook location due to a hand injury (finger fracture). Another office actually referred him to us and I must say I’m glad they did. Ryan did not disappoint. Sessions with him reflects his knowledge and passion about what he does. He kept us informed about the plan of care by making sure we knew what he was going to do and why he was going to do it. My daughter hand is back to full functioning. I definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Had a cut tendon on a finger. Got it repaired along with a steel pin in my finger. Scar tissue developed. Needed help to gain hand strength and mobility. I was recommended to Athletico for Hand Therapy. Rayn helped bring it back to where I was before the accident. Awesome guy.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Athletico are the best. The time and care they take with my Therapy doesn’t get any better. Fantastic experience: I love the staff. I mainly work with Jennifer D (she is fantastic!), but everyone else is great and has terrific customer service. I've seen major improvement on my recovery from when i first started my PT a couple months ago. I would recommend to anyone who needs PT. :)

Fantastic experience: I have been having back therapy at the Athletico Bolingbrook. My therapist Tess has been amazing! My back hasn't felt this good in a long time!! The whole staff is very helpful, friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and efficient. They are so well versed in their field. My therapy is is a priority to them. I would recommend them to everyone!

Fantastic experience: The place is very clean, the staff are all super friendly especially Freny and Shawn, Abbegail is one of the therapist who is amazing, compassionate and highly skilled & very knowledgeable. She is kind & caring. She relates well and takes time to listen and makes appropriate actions on my complaints to ease my pain. She is deligent to make sure my health is the best it can be. I am very fortunate & it’s my pleasure to have her as my physical therapist and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer my friends & my colleagues to go to this facility.

Fantastic experience: Top notch experience with Ryan the OT therapist at this location. My son had an injury to his hand during football season Ryan was knowledgeable, detailed and personable and helped my son back to full mobility in about 6 sessions. We are grateful as it was really difficult to find an occupational therapist near us and we found a great one. Thanks Ryan!

Fantastic experience: Since I have been going to this facility, The staff treats you like family and always have your best interest at heart. I feel as though my goals are always being met and I can feel myself get stronger and my pain is able to be managed without medications. While the hours are convenient, I do wish that they company brought back their Saturday hours.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best place to rehabilitate from an injury or surgery I personally have used Athletico for injuries,hip replacement and knee replacement surgeries. The staff at Bolingbrook west are the best! Thanks guys for all you do for your clients even the ones like me who still think we are invinceable and hurt ourselves then come to you and want you to make it all better and you ALWAYS do! Fantastic experience: I spent about 4 weeks doing PT. My therapist was Tom Komperda, he was very polite, gave great instructions. Kept me well informed about my at home therapy. The staff were friendly and helpful. I do recommend going to Athletico PT in Bolingbrook (Boughton Rd & Weber Rd). Thank you all the for everything you did.

Fantastic experience: The Bolingbrook location staff were magnificent! This was my first physical therapy experience and they made it VERY manageable! Tom was super nice and caring through the entire program. I loved how all of the staff were ready, willing and able to hop in to help when needed. I'm actually going to miss seeing the staff!

Fantastic experience: Therapists were very knowledgeable of the condition I am trying to correct. Sessions always combined working on back and legs as well as a good 30-40 minute exercise routine. Staff very friendly and willing to work with schedule changes. Tom K. took time to visit with my back doctor to discuss PT planning. This is the second time I have visited this facility for different issues and will use them again if I need to. I highly recommend them for any PT needs

Fantastic experience: Nobody ever wants to need therapy, but if you have to....Athletico is the place to go! When i am done, i will have been going 3 to 4 months. They have been beyond encouraging every step of the way, it's really like you are hanging out with friends who are helping you get your life back! Thank you....everyone!

Fantastic experience: For physical therapy this is THE BEST PLACE to go. Gr8 staff, clean and convenient place. All the therapists are knowledgeable. First I went there after my knee replacement and within four weeks after the surgery I started walking couple of miles and climbing stairs also. I was able to bend my knee up to 125 degree and 0 degree in straight line. Then my wife had a problem of Planter facia and also PD she start going there and Jennifer who specializes in PD helping her. She is feeling lot better. The I have my shoulder replacement ( reverse TSA ). I started to go there after the surgery and Tom who is fantastic therapist helping me to get my movement and strength back . Believe it or not within three weeks I got most of my movements back. I Strongly recommend this place if you are planning to do surgery go there before and after the surgery. You will be surprised how fast you can recover.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient for about 2 months, very open availability for scheduling and their are great people working here. Made instant connections and efforts put forth comparable to other Physical Therapy rivals I've tried don't come close to the amount of effort the Bolingbrook team puts forth. Make sure you try to book with Tom he's the best!

Fantastic experience: Ryan, in the Bolingbrook location, does excellent work as an occupational therapist. I just completed my physical therapy and have already referred a friend to him. Ryan takes his time with his patients, sets goals upfront and fully explains everything he is doing at each appointment. Definitely will recommend Ryan more in the future.

Fantastic experience: I went to the Athletico Bolingbrook location for carpal tunnel and cubital tunnel syndrome. I highly recommend this place. The staff are friendly. My occupational therapist, Ryan, is professional and knowledgeable in his field. He would answer all my questions and concerns. In addition, he would give advice and tips on how to manage my carpal/cubital tunnel symptoms. I've noticed a huge improvement since I started going there for the past 7 weeks.

Fantastic experience: Ryan is my hand therapist and I cannot say enough good things about him. I have had 5 surgeries on my hand and have seen MULTIPLE therapists in my days. He honestly is extremely knowledgeable and very compassionate. I highly suggest Ryan if you are looking for a top notch therapist that will help you succeed!

Fantastic experience: All I can say is, why did I wait so long to get my shoulder looked at? Kush was my therapist and all I can say is that she was awesome! From the first consultation to my last visit she was very attentive to my needs and how I felt. Everyone there is extremely nice and professional! I had great conversations with Wendy as I worked through my stretches as she made sure that I was doing them correctly. I will definitely go back if I ever need to but the next time I won't suffer through 3 months of pain!

Fantastic experience: I would like to commend and highly recommend my therapist Jen W for providing excellent care. I was facing surgery for a torn medial meniscus on my left knee. I had limited range of motion and was walking with a limp. She assessed my condition and formulated a treatment plan. The results were amazing. I have regained full range of motion, and resumed cycling and jogging without surgery! The entire staff were fantastic, including my alternate therapist Jen D, Wendy, Fran and others. Great place, great people!
