Fantastic experience: The front desk ladies are total peaches,full of compassion & personality & willing to go out of their way to help you get what you need. I started out here worried I wasn't getting listened to,heard,or seeing anyone with a true set "game plan" or baseline understanding for my growth. BUT,I verbalized these concerns to Danny (PT) and he was the GREATEST affirmation that I could have ever asked for. He HEARD me,really worked with every chance we got, and paid attention to the fine details of my care.I knew that I came to them at a time whe. They were shorter staffed & spread thinly staff to patient wise. But he guaranteed that I didn't get that. They remembered me,my needs,goals,pains,frustrations and really went above and beyond to help. I'm incredibly grateful for everyone at this location after this experience!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter injured her wrist and her doctor referred us to this center. All of the staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. They make you feel right at home and seem to truly care for their patients. I would definitely recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I chose PT Solutions following total knee replacement surgery. I couldn’t have asked for more knowledgeable support or more positive energy. The entire staff were unfailingly pleasant, courteous and so helpful. Midway through therapy, I had a very discouraging setback and lost much of the flexibility we’d worked hard to achieve. I was able to navigate that blip with a lot of hard work (including homework) and much patient support from James and Rick. I’m now able to enjoy many of the things I’ve missed doing - taking walks, yoga, gardening, keeping up with grandchildren, taking walks and taking even more walks. I can say that physical therapy is hard work, but the rewards are well worth the time and energy. I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend PT Solutions of Bolingbrook and it’s reassuring to know this kind of care exists should I need help again.

Fantastic experience: The staff is great. Everyone is so nice and helpful. They are also great at being flexible and understanding if you need to reschedule. My experience was just wonderful and I couldn't be more happy to have gone here.

Fantastic experience: Well I want to give the highest praise to PT solutions therapy in the Bolingbrook area I feel I walked in here on croaches a week and a 1/2 after my knee surgery which was pretty major , leaving 3 plus months lm feeling the most I could feel as strong as can be with the help of PT solutions... all the therapists were professionally experience and they were well-to-do I like to pass to other clients that might review this... I was extremely happy I'm athletic and I also feel Ready to get back in Activities

The physical therapy staff were fantastic! They were respectful, courteous and very professional in caring for me. I really appreciate that they listened to my needs & concerns about my shoulder as well as other issues I cope with. Fantastic experience: I love this place! Nice clean facility they did a great job on staying up on the patients with cleanliness. Everybody was super friendly and great to work with. My physical therapist was Christine and she did an amazing job. She really listen to any input I had and came up with a great routine at the facility as well as for me to do at home. I definitely recommend PT solutions for all your physical therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: I tore my meniscus & after 3 months of PT, I've finally graduated from services. Everyone at this facility was awesome! They were very knowledgeable, courteous, patient & flexible. They were also down to Earth & easy to work with. They kept me on my toes & consistently pushed me toward my goals. They also sent me on my way with plenty of exercises to keep me progressing towards my optimal self. Great job PT Solutions. Yall Rock!!!!

Fantastic experience: I just completed 3 1/2 months of physical therapy for a broken ankle. I’ve had a wonderful experience at PT solutions, I could not be happier! Every step of the way I was encouraged and informed of my progress and the road ahead. I think I’ve worked with most of the therapists at the office and they are all absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: PT Solutions has been amazing. Both Kelly and Hannah are extremely knowledgeable and very patient-oriented. Kelly (and Hannah) work with the patient for the best possible outcome; always readjusting patient goals as needed. I felt my input as a patient was always highly regarded. I never felt like “just another patient”; always was treated with kindness and respect. Both Kelly and Hannah take the time to understand their patients needs. Me putting in the work for my desired goals/outcomes was certainly my responsibility; but, Kelly was my biggest cheerleader and supporter! Kelly worked with me after two (2) surgeries - a TK revision and rotator cuff. I definitely wouldn’t be where I am today without the amazing care Kelly (and Hannah) provided me! I highly recommend PT Solutions - most especially Kelly (and Hannah).

Fantastic experience: PT Solutions has been amazing not only with me both before and after my surgeries, they’ve been amazing with my family members as well that they’ve seen since 2012! I will continue to use PT Solutions for all of my OT and PT needs for as long as I need too in the future! I’ve always Ioved how warm and inviting they’ve been towards me and my family and treating us like a family or friend! Very personable!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely loved this PT Solutions ❤. This location was so clean, professional, and very friendly. I was seeing Kelly, but every therapist or staff member in there would always greet me, ask me how my week is going and how I'm feeling. They assisted me in my healing process tremendously and with a sense of compassion and joy. They were so good and glad I came to PT Solution. Fantastic experience: Seriously the best care for physical therapy is here. Kelly and her staff are fantastic. My family has used a few other pt practices but that has been beyond our expectations. Kelly and her team make sure their patients are cared for to the best of their abilities. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of therapy.
