Fantastic experience: My husband and I started going to Dr. Zubair Siddiqui a few months ago when my husband had acute pain in his arm/shoulder over the Christmas holidays. Dr. Z had been referred to me by a friend who raved about him. I had seen a chiropractor for many years that had retired and I hadn't yet found a replacement. (A great chiropractor is a gem and a bad one can be a disaster so I was slow to commit to one.) I trusted my friend's discerning nature, so I called to see if we could possibly get in to see the Dr. over the holidays. He was able to get him in quickly. As he had never been to a chiropractor before, I went with him and thought it would be a good way to check out his practice. We are both so glad that we did! My husband's arm/shoulder pain was reduced from acute to occasional/intermittent after just the first visit. As with any acute pain, it tends to return so he's continued to meet periodically with Dr. Z for adjustments and does his prescribed exercises. I've also resumed my 'maintenance' schedule of chiropractic care that I had neglected for too long. Dr. Z is great at what he does because he's a great listener, he has healing hands (someone else said it in a review and we agree!), he tries many different treatments to address the issue, and he is just a really nice man. You can tell that he is a doctor because he cares about making his patients well, not just to make a lot of money. (There are no products for sale at the checkout counter like SO MANY chiropractors have and insist that you need.) We highly recommend that you give him a try when you are in pain or just need an adjustment. I don't think you'll find a more caring and adept chiropractor in the area. Thanks, Dr. Z!

Fantastic experience: For seven years, I’ve been having intermittent back pain that’s so severe I have to use a walker to get around when a pain spell hits. I’m not an older woman at all, and I’ve been athletic all my life, so this was pretty concerning to me. For seven years I tried several chiropractors, took a CT, numerous x-rays, saw several orthopedic surgeons, went to several physical therapists, tried all the Tylenols/Ibuprofens that I could safely manage, and alternated treating it with heat and ice…nothing but time worked to relieve the tightness and pain I felt in my back. Since having my first child, my back pain is now constant instead of intermittent. One day when I just couldn’t take it anymore, my husband found Bear Chiropractics, and I’m so glad he did. Dr. Siddiqui did a thorough exam, and described to me what he thought my problem was. Everything that he said matched up to the symptoms that I was having. On my first visit, he was able to loosen the muscles in my back and perform a few adjustments that gave me instant relief. I am still not 100% (after all, I am still constantly picking up a newborn) but I absolutely feel like I’m on the road to recovery. I feel much looser and it doesn’t hurt me to sit as much (my pain is in the L5). I was amazed by how personable, knowledgeable, and helpful Dr. Siddiqui was. Best of all, he is not one of those practitioners who holds back on treatment to keep you coming back. His goal is to help you feel better. Period. I believe I’ve found my forever chiropractor and will be continuing to go to him for regular adjustments even after my back pain is completely gone. Visit this place. You will not regret it. I know I certainly don’t.

Dr Zubair helped me to frame what I had been missing lately, real genuine people. I say this because he has the total package:character, sincerity, awesome communication and time management skills and least to say the SKILLS and ABILITY to restore or maintain your health. I have been to numerous chiropractors all over the world, Dr Zubair falls into a special class, having a unique grasp of the anatomy and how important to consider this in your overall treatment plan. Don't get this wrong-its not the usual chiropractic dialogue up front. He lets you know humbly, yet confidently, whether he can help you. Not the rigorous touch your toes testing etc. This is when you begin to take a sigh of relief...I guess that is exactly what I want to say, you can take a deep breath and relax and let the genius go to work. It's not unilateral participation-you are given at home exercises as well on your first visit. If you are in a knot, Dr Zubair is the ultimate physician.

I had a pinched nerve in my low back that kept me from running for nearly a year, and within a few months of seeing him I was able to compete in (and re-qualify for) the Boston Marathon. Fantastic experience: Today was my fifth visit to Bear Chiropractic for my back and shoulder pain. I feel a lot better, primarily due to the fact that Dr. Zubair knows exactly what he's doing. He uses multiple clinical tools, such as TENS Unit, Rockblade, and the heating pad. I've always been curious about the acupuncture and cupping, which the Doctor also preforms on his patients. He listens and applies his skills accordingly to your needs. I initially went to get "cracked" because of videos on YouTube but I found a great doctor instead.
