Fantastic experience: Hello I been a truck a driver for 8 years, and started having massive problems for 3-4 years with frequency urinating, no doctors could figure out or fix my problem, they thought my prostate is infected gave my pills nothing changed, gues what came here to this Physical Therapy for pelvic floor therapy damn never felt better in 4 years like this , basically this was the problem my pelvic floor muscles was angry, The Lina is the best in the world highly recommend

She always seems to know where I am and how to push me. I'm grateful for her knowledge and variations of exercises to strengthen. All questions or concerns I have had have been explained or answered immediately by the staff. I would highly recommend this Athletico facility.

Helped me understand the connection between the treatment’s emphasis, and the how they’re connected to goals for my therapy. Fantastic experience: Woodridge Athletico is my first choice for physical therapy. The facility is very clean, staff is excellent. My physical therapist, Evelyn, is very concerned about my well-being. I've been receiving treatment there for 10 weeks and have noticed a huge improvement. My treatment is ongoing and I expect to be back to 100% after another month or so. If I need physical therapy again this facility will be my first choice.

Fantastic experience: Ah, Athletico Woodridge. Where can I begin. I was met with great hospitality at the front door, and felt welcomed as a patient. You will be encouraged and supported by the employees here. For my injury, I was treated by the superstar duo Evelina and Leena. I had Leena for one appointment, and she was exceptional and supportive. Evelina treated me for majority of my appointments and I couldn’t have had better. Her company was delightful and encouraging. The progress we measured was extraordinary and my range of motion was increasing. After workouts, I could feel myself levitate. As a matter of fact, I looked forward to each appointment as they went on. My back is currently thanking me and thanking Evelin for the treatment. 10/10 would return and recommend. PS there’s a lookalike Bruno Mars. All great employees and a great location. Next to a donut shop as well.

Fantastic experience: Came with a sports related injury. Worked with the incredible Leena and within 3 visits I already had significant improvements in mobility and decreased pain. Definitely recommend her and this location.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Leena for hip pain during my pregnancy. I have had hip pain for years but have always managed it, but having to sleep on my side was excruciating and caused me to wake up 6-8 times a night. Leena assessed my pelvic strength and educated me on how my pelvis was affecting the hip. She does extensive hands -on treatment at each visit and helps me know how to treat it at home. She is so knowledgeable and thorough. I can’t possibly thank her enough for helping me to be able to sleep without pain! I plan to see her all the way to birth and then for postpartum treatment as well. If you are pregnant, go see her!! You will absolutely not regret it.

Fantastic experience: I'm in PT for pelvic floor issues Dr. Leena is not only beyond exceptional with her work but, a real advocate for your physical and mental health while implementing some holistic technics. She is highly skilled at what she does and has such a passion for her job, as well as lots of consideration and kindness for her patients with an individualized experience. Fantastic experience: Leena is not only exceptional at her work but a real advocate for holistic health, this is my third time trying physical therapy post partum but after 4 kids this is the only time that it’s truly working, other places i went to didnt dedicate the time & care Leena has to helping me recover, she is so knowledgeable in her field of pelvic floor health & im finally starting to feel whole again after just a few weeks of therapy, im already able to walk without hip pain, able to sneeze & cough without running to the bathroom ‍♀️ & added bonus (which i had no idea was connected to pelvic floor dysfunction after so many back to back pregnancies) it’s helped to improve my sexual intimacy. we woman are never told how pregnancies affect our bodies & how important it is to receive pelvic floor PT before & after delivery. Im so disappointed that none of my OBGYN ever recommended pelvic floor PT after any of my pregnancies & some even down played it’s necessity in helping us post partum mom’s recovery. so if ur pregnant or post partum & don’t know if pelvic floor PT is for you, get an assessment with Leena, believe me it’s for you & you wont regret having gotten an assessment. Im excited to see where i will end up with my recovery bc we are just getting started

Fantastic experience: The 87th Street in Woodridge location is an exceptional place to go for physical therapy! Having worked as part of the physical therapy department in a hospital, I have more than the average experience in what makes a great physical therapy experience and now I also have experience from the patient perspective. I started out working with Rachel until she moved away. Now I work with Evelyn and Leena and they are both excellent as well! Not only have I found the therapists to be highly skilled at therapy, but they and the entire team have created an environment that makes therapy enjoyable. I look forward to my appointments and feel like I’ve really done something good for myself afterward. The entire staff is very helpful, kind and work together to make it a great experience for patients. I had total knee replacement and just had a follow up visit with my doctor and he is very happy with my results! If you need therapy, they have my highest recommendation!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Leena for about 6 months for PFD/IC and she has been incredibly helpful both physically and mentally through my journey. My symptoms went from never being able to get out of bed and flares daily to being able to start going out again to school and see friends and even a couple of vacations, and having less frequent flares as well as being able to manage flares. She is incredibly skilled at what she does and has such a passion for her job, as well as lots of consideration and kindness for her patients with an individualized experience. I would highly recommend coming to her for a great improvement of symptoms and a lot of help managing symptoms and flares.

Fantastic experience: After having my 2 kids, I struggled with ab separation and a week pelvic floor (Mommas out there, you know what I mean when I say I could not cough, sneeze, jump, etc) I finally reached a low point when I couldn't even carry my 3 year old. I have been seeing Leena for 3 weeks now and the improvement has been drastic. I can sneeze and cough without fear of...well you know. Leena is very passionate and knowledgeable in her field. Pelvic Floor therapy is very intimate, but Leena makes you feel at ease, comfortable, and respected, always explaining what and why she is doing what she is doing, answering your questions, educating and empowering you to "read" and feel your body so that you get better. We just started my treatment and I feel so much better. I cannot wait until we move into strengthening, so I may play with my kids the way I want to, chasing them around and jumping with them. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I'm surrounded by a caring, professional staff here. A very laid back, yet focused on healing atmosphere. EVERYONE, Leena, Rachael, Stas, Shanise and especially Evelyn treat you with courtesy, respect and a friendliness that has you feeling like old friends. I wish I could prolong my sessions, but the healing and improvements are happening as they should and this good thing will come to an end. 5 + stars for this crew!

Fantastic experience: I've had PT at a couple other Athleticos, but after just an evaluation and one regular session I can say this one is by far my favorite! Leena did my evaluation and I felt it was very thorough, and Evelina did my session today. Everyone there is very upbeat and conversational, it's nice to be able to laugh and have fun while you're in pain haha.. And I am already noticing a difference in my range of motion as well as my circulation (I am rehabbing after a foot/ankle surgery). Also they're great with pronouns which is a plus!

Fantastic experience: Best experience ever. The staff is very courteous and polite. My treatment with Leena was amazing. I walked in with pain level of 10 on the first day and walked out at 1-2. Leena has a magical touch. She did the assessment very patiently, asked questions, analyzed the reason of the pain and treated me. She motivated and encouraged me to do the exercises, making sure I am not in pain. The best part was the heat and massage treatment that she gives herself, she never cared about the time, her concern was to make me feel better and pain free. Highly recommend Leena for pain relief with tender care.

Fantastic experience: If I could give Rachel more stars I would. Knowledgeable, HANDS on , and friendly. I cannot thank Rachel enough. She really was super at the hands on stuff and that made it so so much better . I hated not being able to get around much. She has transformed me almost back to my old self. Rachel— Tell management you need a BIG raise !!!! I mean it . She gave me wonderful tips to continue or maintain the progress. I went to 2 other PTs before finding this one. It’s worth the drive if you must and very convenient. I also had cupping done. Thought it might be hocus Pocus to begin with but—I felt that really expedited my recovery. Facility is clean and they have the best customer service. The two other pts that subbed when needed were good too. So was insurance /reception. All really kind .But Rachel you are simply the BEST. Good at her job and a nice person too. Don’t hesitate. She made SUCH A HUGE difference in my quality of life. Don’t expect miracles if you don’t take it seriously or can’t follow direction. She took the time to show me the right way to do things -Thanks a million !!!! Rachel —-Call me when they give you that giant raise.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a few Athleticos and this is by far the best. Leena is the best and my absolute favorite therapist I’ve worked with. I give lots of credit to Patrica for being able to help where needed. Shanise was really helpful in getting my paper work started which as a vet I am so grateful for. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. If you need help, this is THE PLACE TO BE!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent physical therapy place, Athletico Physical Therapy. My wife used for more than 10 weeks, Athletico Physical Therapy in Woodridge, across from Costco. My wife's therapist Evelyn, manager (Leena), receptionist, and other therapist are excellent. Physical therapist, get done varieties of exercises and excellent massages, every time. She did more than 1.5 hrs session instead 1 hrs, no rush for time. and she recovered very fast after total knee replacement surgery. She used other therapy places but highly recommend Athletico for physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Having problems with my Achilles Tendon and couldn’t walk. Had several sessions at the Woodward Athletico on Boughton in Woodridge. My PR was Joe Bresingham. No medicine or surgery just rub downs & exercise. Wow, what a professional. The whole staff at that facility were wonderful. It is so super to be getting back to normal. If I ever need these type of services in the future I will return in a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with Athletico-Woodridge. The first appointment I showed up with a walker, wearing a boot. Progressed to a cane, and finally got rid of that and the cane. Rachel and the staff were awesome. Definitely very sanitary conscious because of COVID. Very convenient location for me. Glad to have them get me walking again. Would definitely recommend them for whatever physical therapy you may need.

Fantastic experience: Ashley, Rachel and Joe are excellent PT's at the Woodrige location, accross from the CostCo on Boughton off of 355. I would recommend all 3 of them without hesitation. Fantastic experience: I was experiencing a right hip impingement. I was referred to this AthletiCo location and was connected with Joe. I could not have asked for a better experience from the staff, the scheduling times, and the therapy itself. I would highly recommend this location and especially Joe. Happy to say the hip is feeling much better and I would not hesitate to use this location again

Fantastic experience: After my diagnosis of arthritis in my neck in November of 2021, I was referred to Athletico in Woodridge. I was experiencing stiffness and a “pins and needles” feeling in my right arm when sitting at my computer and even while walking around. Evelin and the Joe were my physical therapists. After one month my symptoms were reduced and by January 2022, all of my symptoms were gone. Both therapists were professional, supportive, encouraging, and offered great advice for exercises and changes to make at home to prevent a reoccurrence of my symptoms. I highly recommend going to Athletico for therapy.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with Athletico in Woodridge rehabbing from partial knee replacement. Rachel was assigned to me but also worked with Ashley and others on the crew. Had very good results and was discharged as planned in 6 weeks. I would highly recommend this location. They gently push you to meet and exceed the prescribed Dr’s requirements. I would not have been able to reach my goals on my own without their guidance.

Fantastic experience: I this is a great to your PT done at. They are very personable they will make sure nothing is missed and you the best for you to recover as soon as possible. They are very involved with everything to the point that they will come to one of your doctor appointments to communicate with them in person on things are going and also to have a great line of communication with not only you but your doctor as well. If your looking this is the place to be.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the Athletico Woodridge location if you need therapy. The Staff is wonderful! I had the good fortune to work with therapist Trish and assistant Matt over the last month. Not only knowledgeable, but caring, kind and patient. You can tell they are truly concerned and want to work with you to obtain the best outcome. The facility is clean, and appointment times were very convenient. So choose Athletico...then choose Woodridge...you won't be sorry!
