Fantastic experience: I, also, am surprised by the negative reviews! Dr. Hong has helped me so much in the past few months. I walked into his office in extreme pain and after reviewing the medications that I was on (prescribed by another pain physician), he was able to tweek them so that my pain went from a 10 on a 10 point scale to a 3!!!! I am walking every day now and I can hug my children again!!! Dr. Hong and his staff are the BEST!!!!

Fantastic experience: I am a huge fan of this practice. As a NP, I had the opportunity to work closely with Dr. Hong, Dr. Malhotra, and the staff at Gateway Spine and Pain. I can say first hand that these doctors are fabulous! They are compassionate, knowledgeable and experts at treating pain with the most appropriate treatment modalities. I would highly recommend them to any patient with new or chronic pain syndromes.

Fantastic experience: I came in for pain in my lower back that I had dealt with on and off for the past 6 years and had little faith that it would be healed. I had several injections in my back that helped with the pain over the course of about 6 months. When I finished my treatments I felt a lot better than I did when I started. I went from barely being able to stand in place for more than an hour to getting back on my feet most of the day and working out a lot more. Dr. Malhotra was very patient and didn't give up until my back felt a lot better.

I am so lucky to have found a pain management doctor and associates and staff that take my issues seriously. I have always told everyone that is looking for a doctor like this to call Dr Hong and his staff.

Fantastic experience: I've had issues with my back for years, I have seen other pain management doctors, and worked with other pain management staff as well. But nobody does it better than these people. From the onset, it has been as pleasurable experience. From the initial phone call, the staff, nurse practitioner, and of course Doctor Hong. Setting up the appointments, dealing with insurance and all that other peripheral stuff, has been great too. I urge you to see these folks if you are dealing with any pain to see if it works for you.

Fantastic experience: I have seeing Dr Kailin for about a year now. He was very understanding of my condition. Dr Kailin helped me find the right combination of medications. This year I have been able to be slightly more active and have felt much better. He was very understanding and I am confident I’m receiving the best possible care.
