Fantastic experience: I just wanted to say that this urgent care took great care of me, from the nurse to the doctors. I was in and out, I came at the last hour of closing. Didn't feel rush.

Fantastic experience: Time and time again Dr. Varma has shown she cares about her patients. Of course, she reviews her notes and must catch herself UTD. But Dr. Varma still gives you that small town care and patience that you see on TV. If you are looking for a doctor that cares, and really wants you to feel better, Dr. Sonal Varma is the doctor for you and 100% worth the wait. -J Gomez

Fantastic experience: I went to visit their urgent care services for rashes I had from an allergic reaction. This was my 1st time here. I arrived right when they opened on a Friday. I was very pleased with their short wait times and how fast it was to register me. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. After speaking with the nurse, the physician came in shortly after. I really felt like they listened to my concerns. She gave me a prescription to resolve my issue and also gave me great advice and information about the prescription I had to take. I was also relieved they wrote me a prescription to replace my expired EpiPen. I'm happy to say I'm doing much better. I would definitely return here if I have another health concern for me or my family. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I had to have lab work and a mammogram. The lab person was so good I did not even feel the needle and didn't know that she had finished. Very kind person. The person that did my mammogram was so kind, sweet, and gentle. She made me feel comfortable because I do not like mammograms.

Fantastic experience: I love this medical facility. Instead of going to the emergency room. I go to Bolingbrook Urgent Care on Weber & Boughton. The staff their is always polite and make you feel important and tend to all your health needs as urgent as possible. I am so glad to have places like this in our community. Keep treating people with respect, kindness and empathy when they are going through a medical crises.

Fantastic experience: I recently had to visit the immediate care here in Bolingbrook for a foot injury. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and attended too. The wait was not very long and I was scene. Dawn took my info and vitals. Soon after I was taken to xray. The attending nurse came in and informed me of my xray results. Broken foot. They fitted me wih a boot and follow up instructions. Aside from foot injury I was very impressed by the whole experience. Everyone was so nice.

Fantastic experience: Went in today with an issue. They seemed it serious. They called my back while still checking in. Doctor was in the room in the 1st minute and thought I should go to the ER. Decided to do 3 tests and found no issues, but answers. He solved the problem quickly. Great care.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very nice and helpful. FYI, your recording stated that your hours were until 6pm. I live in Oswego and it's almost a 30 minute drive. I'd hoped to get my tb reading done while I had to be in Bolingbrook that evening. When I got there, the real closing time was 5:30. I had to return the next day for a 5 second look at my arm.

Fantastic experience: Every time I come here the service and hospitality is 10/10 experience from the moment I walk in. I’m always greeted quickly and efficiently from the front desk to the nurses and doctors. It consistently feels like everyone here truly cares for your well-being, I love it here!

Fantastic experience: This facility is about 30 minutes from my house. I drive past many other facilities on my way to this Urgent care. I will continue to do this based on my most recent experience. The admitting staff is friendly, prompt, prepared, and efficient. The Nurses are personable and knowledgeable. Although they are extremely busy I have never had a long wait and somehow still feel like a priority! I have been there about 3 times and taken my children on a few occasions as well. They ALWAYS exceed my expectations (which are actually quite high as I am a nurse myself)! Kudos to this team. We need more like this!

Fantastic experience: I went to this urgent care center with a swollen and very painful wrist. The clerk at the desk helped me get my id out of my wallet as I was having a hard time. I was taken back to an exam room almost immediately. I had an incredibly nice nurse who got me an ice pack and before I left she gave me my X-rays on a disk. The doctor ordered a brace for my swollen wrist and I was on my way home in less than an hour. I was so glad I went there.

Fantastic experience: After having gone to an ER twice at another major hospital with minimal to no actual results, I decided to give this Urgent Care facility on 130 N Weber Rd a try. Sure glad I did! Wonderful and caring staff and thanks to Dr. Linda Mueller she knew what needed to be done. If I had known this facility was available earlier this year I would have taken my wife here instead of the other hospital ER. Again, thanks for a great caring experience.

Fantastic experience: Whenever I have an issue with myself or my family, we always go to this immediate care. their online waitlist system is so convenient, easy to check in and the nurses and the drs are great!!

Fantastic experience: I came here from Villa Park which is a nice long trip down 88 then 355. I chose here because they did both tests same day and the results were ready same day for one test which was a surprise. It was very neat and people were all very polite. I did not care for drive but that wasn't their fault at all. I would recommend this place for your medical tests needs.

Positive experience: Few things: 1. Wait time wasn't bad; they quickly took me in after I checked in. 2. Tech was good but nurse looks little rude and unpleased she was having trouble hearing me while nobody else had that issue I think she wasn't facing me because she's entering info in the system, Doctor was supper professional and humble and tried a lot to figure out my disease but unfortunately ended up saying it's a virus but still I think they should go for the blood test which wasn't taken.

Fantastic experience: Walk-in without appointment. Was seen right away. All staff was courteous and professional. The Nurses, Tech and Dr. Svingen addressed my concern and prescribed the proper treatment. Very satisfied with visit.

Fantastic experience: The staff at this place is amazing. No long wait times. The staff asks all the right questions and really listen to what your issues are. They do their best to help and if they can’t help they know who to send you too so you can be whole again!!!

Fantastic experience: Must have caught that stomach virus 4 days prior to my visit. The Bolingbrook ICC was efficient in receiving me, it took only 20 minutes from the reception to where an attendant called me into the office/room. They quickly took my vitals and about 10 minutes later, a doctor (sorry, forgot her name) talked to me about my problem, gave me an inspection, then said they would run a CT scan to rule out any problems such as diverticulitis. This took about 25 minutes for the wait and then procedure. Afterward, another maybe 30 minutes elapsed and she arrived with good news that nothing showed up and I did probably contract some gastro illness. We talked what I should follow up on and I left. So, for an immediate care facility, it is efficient, the personnel are qualified to say the least and it was a relatively quick visit (I would still be in a hospital ER if I went there).

Fantastic experience: So far so good Edward Elmhurst! I loved my first visit last Friday, 2/10/2023, because the doctor was listening to me, gave some good advice, I was able to mention multiple things to the doctor and I didn't feel rushed like I was with the last medical group I was dealing with.

Fantastic experience: I arrived shortly after the clinic opened on a Saturday and was seen in less than 30 minutes. My whole visit lasted an hour and the registration person was very nice and helpful. The whole experience was great

I was sick with norovirus and because of the amazing care I received I’m doing a million times better. These are people that truly care about their patients. Fantastic experience: I received excellent care at this Urgent Care location. The medical staff were kind and thorough in their evaluation. When I was sent to the ER because of a potentially serious complication, they made the transition smooth. The ER was expecting me and had my x-ray and lab results when I arrived.

The nurses all of them were calming , efficient and just absolutely the kindest individuals. I don’t remember their names but your hospital is very lucky to have them .

Fantastic experience: Every hospital has areas of expertise, and areas that they attempt to treat and may not do as well with. I was at Edwards for an MRI. I had an excellent experience. My wait times were minimal. Everything was clean and comfortable. The people I encountered knew their job well and were pleasant. LaDonna provided me with a digital copy, in case multiple facilities might need access quickly. My results were posted to the patient portal in less than 2 hours. Very well done!

Fantastic experience: Went it to get my son and I looked at cause we’re both under the weather. And the staff was amazing! They kept my son comfortable while they were testing him and myself. They even came in gave him snacks and played with him while we waited for our test results. All around best urgent care I’ve been to in a VERY long time! I will continue to go there when I can not reach my doctor.

Fantastic experience: Went in to urgent care with arm pain shortly after they opened. Not crowded and staff was very efficient and friendly. Sara (PA) was great. Listened to me, got X-rays taken and was able to diagnose my issue and recommend follow up care needed. She took time to explain things clearly. Would definitely return if have the need.

Fantastic experience: Going to an immediate care / emergency room is such a nightmare with long waits resulting in no answers or remedies Edward Elmhurst immediate care is such a caring well functional facility. Waits are not extremely long and if they are patients are always updated and not left alone with no input. The nurses PA doctors and staff are among the best I have ever encountered The sincere care and the time and information they give you leaves no questions left to ask. Thank you. I hope I don’t need the emergency care anytime soon but it is comforting to know I’ll be im good hands. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I woke up on Saturday and my arm hurt (8) where another facility had taken blood on the previous Wed. I was concerned about a blood clot, so I went here. I arrived ~1000 and was being seen 10 minutes later! They also suspected a DVT and performed an ultra-sound; all negative. Total time there was about 1.5hrs. I found the facilities and staff to be top notch! When I need immediate care again, I will choose here. I thank the excellent staff!

Fantastic experience: The wait was a little long but to be expected. Bring something to do. I was able to keep two kids (12 and 1) busy for 3 hours. Daughter got stitches and they were very kind and swift!

Fantastic experience: I had an MRI done on my liver, and from the moment I entered the facility, until my MRI was finished, everyone was very kind and very professional. The entire procedure was done very quickly and the technician was very concerned about my comfort and explained the process to me as I was going through the procedure. Anything I have ever had done at any Edward's associated facility has been on par with what you would expect at Mayo clinic. Fantastic experience: I was a walk-in patient with Covid symptoms. I was tested within 30 minutes and had the results 20 minutes later. My test was negative and then I was immediately treated for my respiratory infection and given a breathing treatment. The service and treatment was excellent. I have been recovering well.

Fantastic experience: Very clean facility, short wait time, user friendly website...Dr Christopher Ferron was amazing; his nurses were equally as great! The three of them worked together very well, their communication was flawless and I felt at ease while in their care! I’m already feeling better too

Fantastic experience: I was taken at my appointment time. I was doing a mammogram. It was done in a completely professional setting. It was quick and efficient. I was in and out in twenty minutes. I had test results (via email) in three hours! It was an excellent experience.
