Fantastic experience: My son took me here to ER last week. Pretty quickly I was in surgery for gallbladder burst. I have nothing but praise for the doctors and staff I had on 3rd floor. Nurses answered buzzer within seconds, and were in to see me within very few minutes. I am a woman of large size, but everyone there treated me good and respectfully, even tho I know I posed them problems in moving me around when sedated. Heaven forbid I need medical attention again, I will go there.

Fantastic experience: Nice facility and great doctors and nurses. Just don’t plan on eating bite of the food! I’m currently hospitalized here and am awaiting an urgent surgery with no power to the building except the back up to the back up generator and no AC for almost 24 hours but the staff has been extra hard at work. Shout out to our healthcare workers roughing it to keep us all healthy.

Fantastic experience: First things first I wanna make it clear the five stars are for the nurses that took care of my sister in law. Katrina Harper, Lacey Dayton, Alanya Thomas and JoJo Morris. These ladies had one of the hardest job imaginable. My sister in law is deaf so she is rather hard to manage but these ladies were fantastic. They were friendly and professional with one of the toughest patients. They exemplified what and how nurses should be.

Fantastic experience: I had the unfortunate luck to need to be hospitalized after a surgery that I came to LA from NY to receive. Back home I work in healthcare, and because of my various ailments have seen the workings at all of the surrounding hospitals…. Willis Knighton deserves 10 stars! I was never treated like I was crazy, everyone was so sweet and attentive! Great job Willis Knighton Health Center!!

Fantastic experience: I have had to go to WKB twice with my daughter for allergic reactions and breathing problems! They saved her life both times!! The nurses and Dr's were great in the ER, and we stayed in the hospital for 4-5 days each time and received excellent care in pediatrics. I have also been there for day surgery and had very good experiences.

Fantastic experience: Support the Willis Knighton Stroke Support. The faculty and staff are professional with helpful tips and management advice for the stroke survivor community.

Fantastic experience: The excellent care and dedication to my wife during a most recent crisis was beyond reproach and all staff, nurses and doctors involved I can only say Thank you all as my wife is on the road to wellness.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been in several departments over 12 years including quick care, ER, inpatient stays, outpatient surgery and clinics around and can say all of my experiences have been wonderful! The facility is nice, the staff and providers attentive and thorough. I feel my treatment plans are right for me. When I’ve needed some medical records it was efficient and billing concerns addressed without issue. Highly recommend! 10 STARS!

Fantastic experience: WK Bossier sucks!!!! My mother is currently there and nurses staff ignore there patients no one is ever at there at the nurses station. Receptionist are rude and transfer you everywhere and no one answers the phone. This is the last time I'm taking her there. WK South is nice and nurses and Dr are always available to answer any questions.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this facility. The staff, from the doctor, to the nurses were excellent. I would even receive calls outside of my scheduled appointments from them to see how I was doing after my surgery. A1 is all I can say. Keep up the good work

Fantastic experience: I recently delivered at WK Bossier and had an amazing experience. The LnD nurses/Staff are amazing. They truly respected our birth plan and did everything they could to make it happen. Now I have a super healthy baby boy! They were very clear about what to expect, what hospital policies they had to follow, and never disturbed us more than they had to.

Fantastic experience: This hospital and staff are awesome!! Ive been having some lady issues! I have recently been to 2 emergency rooms, one being WK bossier! The staff WK bossier were very knowledgeable and compassionate! They saved my life! I just would like to than Dr Wetzel and nurse Brittany for all their help! God bless y’all!

Fantastic experience: I just spent 8 days in this Hospital and I couldn’t have asked for better care. The Nurses and Drs treated me like I was the Patient there.

Fantastic experience: Had our baby at the bossier WK location. And we couldn’t have been happier with everyone who helped. Our doctor, ALL the nurses, anesthesiologist, literally everyone was so so nice! Zero complaints♥️

Fantastic experience: I was admitted for a heart cath two weeks ago. I was very impressed with the admission staff, the "Same Day" nursing staff and the exceptional coordination and skills of the heart cath team, including my Cardiologist. I was admitted for overnight observation after receiving four stents. The cardiology floor staff was very professional, responsive and skilled. My wife and I were very thankful and happy. My wife is a retired Registered Nurse after a 35 year career in hospitals. She knows the difference!

Fantastic experience: I was visiting from georgia and ended up staying 3 nights in this hospital with ecoli. Honestly the best hospital I've ever been to. 10x better than any hospital I've been at. All of the nurses I had were wonderful. I never had one that seemed like I was a bother. Anything that I needed they were all more than happy to do. All of them always greeted me with a smile. My diagnosis was explained to me , what they were going to do next as far as treatment was explained to me. They made my stay as comfortable for me as possoble. The 2 rooms I stayed in had a couch that could pull out into a bed which is great when some one is staying the night with you. I wish hospitals back in georgia were like this one.

Fantastic experience: Great doctors and staff. The radiology staff is wonderful especially for mammograms and MRIs. You really need to have valet parking for this facility because of people arriving and in the rain using a walker and trying to keep dry. It is hard to carry an umbrella.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best emergency room and post and pre-op doctors and nurses and staff. I just recently had surgery and they treated me so nice and special. Took really good care of me. This is my favorite Willis Knighton Hospital. Thank you thank you thank you,, drs nurses and complete Willis Knighton staff.
