Fantastic experience: Love the staff, the classes, and it's a lovely well kept gym, great variety of equipment and they have great workout classes, good instructors! But most of all, it's the staff that makes this gym special.

Fantastic experience: Went to set up Cardiac Rehab program. The ladies there came to get me right away and in about 30 minutes we had the paperwork done and a schedule set up

Fantastic experience: Have been going to Physical therapy on and off for 5 years, (health ins. required,) and can only do the water therapy. I always request Ms. Cara. She is patient, explains everything and makes it a pleasant experience. Highly recommended medical center!

Fantastic experience: I go to Pulmonary Rehab and the nurse Barbara could not be any nicer. She goes out of her way to make sure we are safe and comfortable in every exercise we do. I love it.

Fantastic experience: I joined for the jacuzzi and pool for the warm and hot water. The pool is a therapy pool that everyone uses. It is not a huge pool. I needed a place to relax and reduce stress after work. A more relaxed you makes it better for everyone. They have a lot of exercise equipment , a steam room, friendly staff, and possibly a discounted monthly fee if the company you work for is on the list.

Positive experience: Went to visit to see about joing the Wellness Centre. I was not impressed, the men's locker area was dirty, there were dirty towels all over the place. We will be looking for a different place to join.

Fantastic experience: Colvin, exercise physiologist, has been the consummate professional in helping me reach my fitness goals..Elka, fitness center director, has shown extraordinary leadership in redesigning and updating the center to meet our present and future fitness needs.
