Great communication from very first call, they verified our insurance and we were able to get an appointment that worked with our schedule. Office is clean, welcoming and conveniently located. Taylor is friendly, professional and a more importantly great with my teen. Very pleased with our sessions! Editing in 2023 after our first experience in 2021 at didn’t hesitate to choose them again. Our consult even revealed a few things we weren’t aware of. Very professional and knowledgeable staff! Great location, friendly reception , top notch equipment , convenient appointment times but most of all my son has no complaints and enjoys going. Excellent patient care! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Kayla and the gang helped me relieve my back pain and strengthen my back and hips. They really know what they are doing and go out of their way to explain why you are doing the prescribed exercises and stretches. I recommend you see them if you ever need physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I love that place. Would go there just for the people and the atmosphere and so Taylor McCarty could work with me and give me the kind of therapy people expect. When you are working on something so hard and you feel like a friend and they want it as much as you do then you work harder.

Fantastic experience: I was prescribed physical therapy for neck stiffness and pain. Taylor greeted me and discussed my medical history. Together we laid out a plan to included dry needling, exercise and massage therapy. Taylor did the dry needling and massage and Leah performed pressure point massage, stretching, and strengthening exercises. Both Taylor and Leah were very professional and it was very obvious that they had my best interest at heart. I would highly recommend Benton Physical Therapy to anyone who needs it. Ask for Taylor or Leah, they rock!!

Just for the short time I’ve been going, she’s treated me professionally, and yet personable, and friendly. She listens and she is very compassionate and funny! Fantastic experience: This id the BEST PHYSICAL THERAPY EVER!!! They are Very knowledgeable and what needs to be done with your particular problem. They are also friendly to where you just feel like one of them when you get in there. You are not restricted to ask one particular therapist a question you may have. If one of them is walking by and you have a question you can ask him. They do not get upset about it or tell you to go ask your own therapist. I have used them before and will continue to use them as needed.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so kind and attentive. The atmosphere is light and the staff treats you like family. I am encouraged to push myself but allowed to set my own limits to avoid pain. Discomfort is just part of it. I appreciate my therapist and her sweet patience and humor.

Fantastic experience: I would like to give Benton Physical Therapy TEN STARS!!!!!!!! I am still in therapy there at the present. I’ve had therapy at other businesses but, there’s no comparison at all. From the minute you walk in you are greeted by the sweet receptionist, Miss Debbie and she is very efficient at her job. All therapists and assistants are great. They are professional, very knowledgeable and skilled. Further, they are friendly, very down to earth people and have a great sense of humor. That’s means a lot to me! Actually, I enjoy going to physical therapy... due to them helping me so very much with my total knee replacement surgery and I feel like I’m going to visit friends! In conclusion, if you are looking for physical therapy and sincere people, head to BENTON PHYSICAL THERAPY.

Fantastic experience: I've had a very pleasant experience at Benton Physical Therapy. The therapists were just amazing. Jake, Michelle and the others really took time working with me. They customized exercise routines that were related to my needs. They really take pride in what they do. I'm not going to leave out the receptionist Debra who made scheduling my sessions a breeze. She also sent out friendly reminders concerning my appointment dates and times. Always greeted me with a smile. I also got the chance to meet Dale McPhearson, which is the owner of Benton Physical Therapy. Dale made sure all of his clients were getting the personal care we all deserved. You couldn't ask for a better team!

Fantastic experience: The staff here at Benton PT is absolutely amazing! Everyone, and I really mean EVERYONE, is top notch and really care about each patient on a personal level. They push you to your limits, as they should be, but also keep in mind you ability and stop before over doing it. I could not have asked for a better place to complete my rehab/therapy. Fantastic experience: Office staffing goes above and beyond to ensure us getting trainer on movements and "how to move" appropriately since our injuries has proven yet again that the skills have sharpened and like a fine toothed comb just as before. Spent time with Dale and the team he had there at Orthopedics Hospital on Line Ave and the crew he has now is doing an awesome job here as I've seen Dale since 2014 right after the accident and he has shown me ways of getting back some motions ot ranges of them and I'm so excited when this is done and be able to reflect on where this journey ends for me also here. #RealTalk

Fantastic experience: After having a total knee replacement, the staff and therapists, led by Dell, at BPT kindly worked with me to build confidence and get to the benchmarks my doctor had requested. The work they put me through has been effective, and the suggestions to continue at home are doable. I am getting better daily. I do recommend this therapy clinic.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful service! I workout 5 days a week and I never thought about getting dry needling done for sore muscles. But I would encourage anyone who works out, the next time you have a sore or aching joint or muscle, go see Dr. McPhearson and just tell him what hurts. Fantastic experience: I heard about BPT from a friend and was pleased to get an appointment so quickly. I went for elbow and shoulder pain and had the "Dry Needling" procedure. I notice some relief after the first visit. I went back for my second visit for a regiment of different PT exercises and stretches with the tens and warm compress at the end of the session. I can already tell a huge difference and really appreciate the Excellent customer service and would recommend them to anyone suffering from pain and needing relief.
