Fantastic experience: Kristen I think was the name of the respiratory therapist and gave my husband a breathing treatment and she was really sweet and everyone else in the emergency room staff is really nice and helpful for my husband and giving him chest X-rays. The people here really care about what they do and we are grateful for them thank y’all!

Fantastic experience: I had to go to the er with my six year old. We were there for a whole day. There was a lot of people there by the way… When my baby got a bad fever, shivers, and lost bowel control while waiting, they got her to the back quickly, and immediately started working on her. Because she was so dyhydrated, the nurses and drs had a hard time getting an iv and blood drawn. My poor baby did good with the first 3 sticks, but the rest harder to get.. this was a nightmare… I was so worried, and the staff handled it so carefully and well. Now I was giving you a small glimpse into what we went through.. my decision to write this review was first to tell you, with the staff in the er were incredible, I am so thoroughly impressed by them, but a week later, they called just to check on her, letting me know the entire staff was wanting to know about how her recovery was. This touched my heart in ways I can not describe.. Thank you ER department for what you do, and if this is how you treat all your clients, God bless you all!

Fantastic experience: RN Heather, Keith, Cashara, Lance are the sweetest most caring nurses at Willis-Knighton. They made my stay more enjoyable under a bad a bad situation.great wonderful very informative and caring. But assistant KT don't try to help or let the RN know I needed her for an serious headache that would not stop for 3 hrs and still has not been in to give me anything for my headache. I just wanted the staff to know there are still some good people in the world who do care for the sick.

Fantastic experience: I am on a Liver Transplant list. Everyone here from the Doctors to the receptionist are extremely nice and helpful.Not once have they treated me with anything but respect and kindness.

Fantastic experience: My Daddy spent the last 2 weeks of his life in this hospital and they were very attentive and treated him with the utmost respect. The doctors in ICU kept us very informed and when we had to decide to take him off life support they were right there with us for support. I want to applaud the overall performance of the staff. Fantastic experience: Because they truly care for each patient and know how to make you feel comfortable while spending time in the hospital.

Fantastic experience: 5 star was an accident. Not accurate. Pain management is a problem here. They don't care about patient suffering. They are too scared of the government. They seem ignorant of the fact that pain itself can be dangerous--high blood pressure--which my daughter got from pain. They insinuate that you are addict. And you just had an organ sliced up! They are going down the wrong path at this hospital. I have known thousands of addicts in my professional life and not ONE, NOT ONE became addicted due to pain treatment. And they don't quit because of laws. They don't obey laws! Stop trying to make suffering patients feel like drug seekers, Willis Knighten! Shame on you!

Fantastic experience: My wife had surgery on Saturday April 28th. The nursing staff on 3 east are great. The nurses she has had are very professional and most importantly very compassionate. Front desk folks are very nice as well. This has been a pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: Had surgery on a Monday at Day surgery then got admitted stayed they night and had to get re-admitted at the end of the week due to blood work. Everyone I encountered was excellent and friendly! All these employees know what they are doing and are excellent! I appreciate the care everyone from day surgery and the 4th floor gave me ! The nurses, techs and the cleaning staff were all so wonderful and should be commended on their excellent care and attitude! I was concerned before my surgery as I had read some bad reviews on this hospital but I had an awesome experience! Thank you Dr. Donnie Aultman and Amy Cox and staff also !

Fantastic experience: I recently had to under go 2 back surgery’s that was performed by Dr. Sin at Willis Knighton North I was then place on the 3rd floor north east wing where I was surround by angels . Though I can’t name them all I just want everyone to know how graceful my mom and I are for all the wonderful Compassionate Care we were show from Dr. Sin and his Surgical staff to my RN nurses Jessica, Krista, Patrica, and Ivvone. I also want to include my Assistant Techs Jasmine, Linda, Renee, and so many more like PT, Respiratory, and the ladies that cleaned my room daily. You’ll was a bless sent from God. Mom and I both couldn’t say enough about the amazing care and thoughtfulness we felt from each and everyone that we came in contact with during my stay. I would highly recommend you guys any day. Fantastic experience: Was there with my daughter having surgery. Everybody was very polite and courteous. I have only been there a few times and have always been treated well. Parking is tough though.
