Fantastic experience: Went for consult Re hip replacement wit Dr Blackwood.. Very pleased with meeting. Brief but to the point. Now after two hip replacements, I heartily recommend him- he’s known for being brusque but he’s just efficient, terse and has a dry sense of humor. I suspect he’s a perfectionist, which may be challenging to some, but what makes for successful outcomes.

Fantastic experience: I had a massive rotator cuff repair performed 6 weeks ago by Dr. Meredith Mayo. I'm really happy with the results so far. Everyone at the office has been professional and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mayo’s assistant was very thorough is her questions about why I was there. X-rays were taken and Dr. Mayo did a good examination. Explained options and I received injections to ease the pain in my shoulders.

Fantastic experience: Very easy to talk to and explains technical medical issues, he is clear with his diagnosis and advice, very knowledgeable about orthopedics especially the hip. Cortisone shot was done quickly and without pain, 1 of the most painless I've had.

Fantastic experience: Have been helped by PT Chelsea Sturgeon in too many ways to describe : from elbow to shoulder surgery to a car accident rehab to “training my brain away from pain”. Chelsea’s phenomenal expertise is matched only by her compassionate and caring way. Feel so lucky to have found her.

Fantastic experience: I’m a new patient who just got referred and Dr. Melanie Worley was great! She took time to review my X-Rays that were sent over by my primary and pulled them up to show me and explain what my bone issues were and then immediately made a plan of action with 2-3 different options for treatment. She had a great bedside manner too which is always important. Highly recommended.

Somewhat repeating myself: treatment I received has been quite successful (pain has subsided, the finger’s stiffness and associated pain much reduced.) From reception straight through the visit + treatment, all was very smooth, quite cordial, and thoroughly helpful.

Fantastic experience: Dr I took a different approach than any other doc I have seen for my chronic pain. He explained the interconnections of various joints and suggested where he thought the root problem was. He then recommended to start with the fundamentals around proper movement with guidance from PT. He was personable, knowledgeable and provided a specific action plan with timing expectations. A very productive office visit.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Chen yesterday three weeks after having a posterior hip replacement. I wanted a less invasive procedure (ie anterior) on my other hip. Dr. Chen listened to all of my concerns and answered each of my questions about the procedure. He was very thorough. His staff scheduled the appointments for me that I would need before this hip replacement. Thank you, Dr. Chen and Staff.

Fantastic experience: It is a little shocking to hear that you have to have a hip replaced, but in retrospect, I was so fortunate that Dr. Chen was brought to my attention as the 'hip guy' in the Boulder valley. He and his staff are fantastic. My surgery went without a hitch, my recovery has been almost miraculous. I can't say enough about how good this experience has been, medically and personally. Chen and staff!

Fantastic experience: Dr Eric Bowman has helped me overcome trauma from past surgeries because he is so knowledgeable, relational, and has created a practice that offers everything you need for a successful surgery and recovery. This was my 11th surgery and he is the best surgeon so far!

Fantastic experience: I found the staff very helpful from beginning to end. The surgery was like magic but it took me longer than I expected to regain my energy. That was unexpected but not unusual. Had nothing to do with the medical care, just me!

Fantastic experience: I've had 2 major injuries in the last (less than) 2 years, and I've been very well taken care of here. My knee meniscal root repair done by Dr Seng was a complex surgery, but he did great explaining things thoroughly ahead of time as well as after at all my follow-ups. His team has continued to take care of me with knee gel injections due to arthritis pain. My more recent foot/ankle surgery with Dr Yerrapragada was quite complex involving a severely torn posterior tibial tendon and required flat foot reconstruction. I'm still working on this latest recovery but I'm impressed with all he did to reshape my foot and I expect this will help in preventing further injury as well. With both surgeries, I was very impressed with the follow up care from the surgeons, medical assistants, as well as staff from the Surgery Center downstairs. I felt so well cared for. I hope that it's a long time before I get another injury, but there's no other practice I'd consider.

Fantastic experience: Dr Mayo was great. This was her first visit with me, she understood what previous Dr ( who retired) was doing and decided on next steps for care of my old and cranky shoulder … I’ll be back in the pool in no time. Staff great too. Nice team.

Fantastic experience: So thankful that Dr Gross is such a skilled orthopedic surgeon. He has such a wonderful staff and he takes time to answer every question you can think of, and answers it with such down to earth language that a person can grasp. Although he is such a great doctor, I truly hope I won't need to visit him any time soon. No more broken shoulders for me. Thank you Dr. Gross very much for your kind care.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mayo was Fantastic! She was confident, clear and supportive about my complex shoulder injury! Her staff was responsive and caring! My surgery experience was wonderful and I felt confident in the Bad Add Babes to take good care of me My after care with Dr. Mayo was thorough and supportive ,and I am grateful to Steven my physical therapist, his PTAs and my trainers for helping ne through the rehab part! Thank you to everyone and I hope I never need to see you again But if I do I know I will be in good hands!

Fantastic experience: I have had several appointments and procedures with Dr. Igolnikov and they have been excellent. And I had good outcomes. I would recommend him to friends and family without hesitation. His office and staff are exceptional.

Fantastic experience: I was apprehensive about hip replacement surgery, but at my one-year checkup visit, Dr. Chen confirmed my sense that everything in my hip was totally fine, healed perfectly, and free from pain at last. The half- day surgery time was amazingly organized, and I was fine with it! Followed my post- op instructions, and the excellent work of the surgeon healed without complications. I would seek out a more specialized physical therapist for after-care, though, as I have hypermobility issues, and in the winter especially, I had trouble getting enough of the proper exercise to get strong quickly. But found a new PT, with pool exercise, and handled all that, too.

Fantastic experience: I just checked in with Dr Kramer a year after he treated my ruptured Achilles. He gave me plenty of time, listened to my concerns carefully, and assured me that healing continues to go well. I am grateful to his initial advice to forgo surgery, which ran counter to two other doctor opinions but turned out to be the correct course. I was back on my bike and hiking much sooner than expected (3 months in a boot), both shorter and less debilitating than recovering from surgery

Fantastic experience: What luck to find this wonderful, helpful, kind doctor. Dr. Lori listened carefully to my history. She asked important questions. I never felt rushed getting the attention I needed. She then went over my X-rays and gave me important information! She then made a plan to progressively diagnosis my condition and give me the further care I needed! She left me feeling happy that I had help, and trust in the finest professional! She is the one if you need professional, super, kind care!
