Fantastic experience: I worked with the Peak Form Physical Therapy a few years ago. The physical therapists were knowledgeable and were dedicated to provide excellent patient care. The staff took great care of their patients and the patients seemed happy with the personalized attention that they received. Jeanette is an enthusiastic clinic director and maintains healthy working environment at the clinic. The high quality of patient care along with the positive environment at Peak Form makes them one of the leading physical therapy clinics!!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Peak Form for long enough to be able to make a pretty accurate review and feel very passionate about what they do for me. There are so many Physical Therapists to choose from in Boulder so hopefully you won't have to continue looking after you read about my experience with Stephanie at Peak Form. When I go in for therapy I always feel so welcomed by Pat at the front Desk and Stephanie and the excellent care and welcome is consistent every time I walk in the door. Stephanie genuinely cares about your injury, your progress and your goals. I'm not an easy patient to care for because my injury always has different symptoms and problems and it is very confusing to me but Stephanie puts it all in perspective and never makes me feel like an idiot or that my pain isn't real. I have been to 3 or 4 Physical Therapists in Boulder and I can't tell you how much I enjoy and appreciate Peak Form for all they do for me. I would never go anywhere else and I tell all my friends who need PT to go see Stephanie. I am getting surgery in April and I insisted that Stephanie remain my PT so I'm very happy for that because it makes the surgery a lot less scarier knowing that Stephanie will be with me every step of the way as long as I need her and that is an awesome feeling. I never review anything but Peak Form deserves some good words from a patient that knows a lot about being a PT patient and if you have to be a patient, you must go to see Stephanie at Peak Form..

Fantastic experience: I’ve always had a great experience here. Jaelyn and Majesta remember me by name and make me feel welcome every time I come back. I’m terrible with needles but Jaelyn does an incredible job and I hardly notice when she completes my blood draws. Doctor Parsons is nothing but professional and kind, and I can tell he genuinely cares for my wellbeing. I wouldn’t want treatment anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is extremely friendly, including the doctors. I came in with residual symptoms of a concussion and Jillian was extremely helpful and caring. Give her a raise! So glad I chose this place!

Fantastic experience: Going out with an injury was really hard on me and my team, but Peak Form Boulder really came through for me. They’ve worked well with me and have given me great advice. Fantastic experience: The team at Peak Form has been absolutely wonderful in helping me recover from my workplace injury. They helped me navigate paperwork, questions about insurance and made me feel seen and heard every time I came in for a visit. I have had massages here, been to Physical Therapy, and had exams done and everyone I have worked with has been incredibly professional and delivered great care. Majesta and Jaelyn at the front desk are also wonderful and always brighten my day.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience here! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Dr. Ramaswamy was thorough and really listened to what I had to say. He wasn’t in a hurry to get out. It was very refreshing. My therapist, Seneca was really knowledgeable and helpful. My injuries healed quickly thanks to the team in Boulder. Won’t hesitate to come back if I ever need their services. Fantastic experience: My experience there was awesome. I saw Dr Parsons, him and the nurses were all very professional and friendly. They made my visit easy and comfortable, explained everything to me very well. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: This is the place to go for physical/occupational therapy! My time with the staff here at Peak Form has been a total gas. We laughed until we cried as I healed from my workplace injury. Community and good positive experiences are incredibly important for the healing process and Dr. Parsons and their staff have made this truth a core value of their care. Special shout out to Majesta, D'Angelo, Senneca, and Melissa, you all have been so wonderful. I'll stop in soon to visit; hopefully, it's not because I'm injured. Take care guys.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely everyone I've worked with here is fantastic from the front desk to the PTs to the PAs to the Doc. I went twice to three times a week for PT and check-ins during the worst of my recovery period. They are good communicators, following up when they said they would, asking a lot of questions and providing thoughtful answers to mine. My orthopedic specialist at another office took & evaluated my x-rays but was visibly bored and condescending with me. I'd guess my injury wasn't very exciting to him since it didn't need surgery. He even called PT "optional" which is crazy because it's been such a help to relieve muscle spasms while in the walking boot and to regain mobility after. I'm glad I had this team to actually provide the care I needed. Thanks for literally helping me get back on my feet!

Fantastic experience: I had a positive experience with Peak Form Medical. Their therapists and schedulers were helpful and positive and low key but challenging in a positive way. The only difficulty was scheduling due to closing at 5pm.

Fantastic experience: We’ve had a fantastic experience at this Peak Form Medical Clinic. Hali has worked with my mother for a few months and has made significant strides with her movement, strength, balance and overall confidence. Hali is so much more than I ever expected a Physical Therapist could be with her incredible medical knowledge and commitment to my mother’s whole self. She went out of her way to help us on so many levels and was very kind and caring. Both my mother and I cannot say enough good things about her and thank her so much for her help and attention. We were also very impressed with the entire staff at this clinic. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, and professional.

Fantastic experience: Hali Jones, is absolutely awesome!! She was epithetic when I needed and pushed me to the next level and many times through the pain. She gave me great tools and aids to work with and showed me how to do all the P T inside my weight lifting and Pilates That I was already doing. I cannot thank her and Peak Form enough!! I also want to point out how awesome the staff is! They always made scheduling as easy as they could, always were hlad to see me when I cane in and had my information ready when I walked in. P T is not easy but your Boulder staff did everything they could to make it a positive experience! Dennis Culver

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here for almost a year for my shoulder injury pre and post op. Everyone behind the desk has been extremely kind and very helpful. Both Hali and Dr. Parsons have treated me like family and Hali has been very helpful with keeping me on schedule for recovery post op…I would very much recommend coming here.

All the staff have been friendly and helpful, often going the extra mile. Sarah as my Massage Therapist has helped me heal through my injury in such a spot on caring and professional way.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing therapists here for a few weeks and I have been really satisfied with everyone! The pain in my shoulder from static computer work has improved with the help of massage from Sara and PT from Lorinda. These two have been great in helping me find the issues and addressing them. They are also just great people and super nice. The front desk is always friendly and helpful when checking in and scheduling more appointments. I'm very thankful that I am seeing progress and highly recommend working with this crew!

This facility goes far beyond simply getting you back to working order but considers your lifestyle and best possible road to recovery in order to meet your lifestyle as well as physical/healing goals.

Fantastic experience: Peak Form has been the only bright spot in my worker’s comp injury- Dr. Parsons and Dr Jess are caring, through and have worked in my best interest on every occasion. The PT staff is knowledgeable and again- caring, which is hard to find in the Medical field these days. Additionally, the front office staff is efficient and welcoming. As an aging athlete, I have been to many facilities and this is by far the best I have worked with-

Fantastic experience: I'm an avid cyclist and have had intermittent lower-back pain. I worked with Harry at Peak Form and he was extremely helpful in understanding what needs to be done short and long term to reduce the chances of having this problem again. He was also extremely patient with all my questions, always attentive during my PT sessions (as opposed to sending me to do my exercise by myself), and worked with me to minimize my visits because of my busy schedule.

Fantastic experience: I started going to physical therapy here a few weeks after I broke my collarbone. The therapists (I had appointments with Lindsay, Hali, and Harry) were all great people, and fun to be around, making the experience so much better. They give me exercises to do, and taught me how to do them right, to regain my range of motion and strength. Instead of just sending me to do the exercises by myself, they stayed with me throughout the appointments. I can definitely say that this helped me get back to climbing faster than I could've on my own, and I would highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: The staff are all wonderful at this location. Physicians genuinely care about your recovery and are professional. Pat at the front desk is so nice and amazing at keeping everything running. Debbie is great for deep tissue massage. I’ve been going to her for lower back pain. I didn’t realize how tight my muscles were until I started going to her regularly. I recommend Hali for physical therapist. She comes up with excercise programs to add strengthening and are effective at tearing my injury.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Peak Form to anyone seeking medical care, especially physical therapy. I injured my shoulder at work and chose to go to Peak Form without any prior knowledge of the establishment. Anyone who knows workers compensation knows that it can be a frustrating experience as the medical care teams hands are tied by the rules of workers compensation. However, the lovely professionals at Peak Form navigated this situation with the kindest, most compassionate care. I initially saw Carol, a physical therapist. She was only working part-time at Peak Form and so she had to pass me over to Harry and Courtney, another physical therapy team. One would think that there could be some miscommunication between the therapists as I switched over, but not in this case! Carol relayed everything to Harry and Courtney and the transition was seamless! They are wonderful therapists to work with. I actually look forward to physical therapy! The reception staff is kind and attentive. They greet me by name every time I'm there. I would love to thank Peak Form and recommend them to anyone seeking treatment!

Fantastic experience: Peak Form Medical Clinic is amazing in every way. Lindsey is my physical therapist and she is so knowledgeable and helpful. It is a fun time going for my sessions because I get to interact with the other staff and we have a lot of fun. Pat, at the front desk, is literally the nicest person EVER! I also have to give a shout out to Debra Hayes my massage therapist. I have had a lot of massage therapists trying to help my hip but Debra is the best by far.. She ALWAYS listens to me and knows exactly what to work on that particular day and after I've seen her for 30 minutes I am so relaxed. The combo of having physical therapy on Monday and then having a massage on Tuesday has been so amazing and helpful in my recovery process. My insurance covers 30 minutes but she is so good that I am going to pay for an extra half hour weekly because she is that good. I have been a patient at Peak Form for 4 yrs and I would NEVER, EVER go anywhere else. Seriously, just call and you will see what I mean immediately when Pat picks up the phone. Thanks Lindsey, Debra, Pat and everyone at Peak Form. You guys really make me happy and healthy!!

Fantastic experience: I started physical therapy with Harry at Peak Form after a shoulder injury from a ski accident. I had treated the injury on my own with some success through icing and mobility work, but had some nagging pain in the gym or after sleeping on my side. Harry quickly identified some mobility deficiencies and prescribed effective mobility work to resolve it, and has continued to work with me to address several imbalances that held back progress in the gym. This process has not only significantly improved my strength, but has also given me a much better understanding of the interplay between different muscles in the upper back and shoulders, and I would highly recommend Peak Form to anyone in my situation!

Fantastic experience: Best PT clinic I've ever been to. Harry and the others are not only highly knowledgable and skilled, but they are just as compassionate and FUN. Going to Peak Form was always an enjoyable experience, and I recovered from my injury quickly with their help. They use an app with video and written explanations of all of your exercises, so I never had a problem doing my "homework". Everyone there cares about you as a whole human being and works for your wellness beyond being pain free, and I left feeling empowered, informed, and cared for. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Peak Form twice a week for 8 weeks to take care of a shoulder dislocated after a mountain bike accident. The staff are very nice and helpful, the location was excellent for me, the place itself is also very nice. They have separate rooms for treatment and a common area with a lot of equipment. It was never crowded and the feeling of personal treatment is high and welcoming. Most importantly, by following the very easy app Harry the physiotherapist (very recommended) gave me and together with the inhouse sessions, I recovered in a very short time. The doctor originally thought I should have an operation, but we decided to give physiotherapy a chance first, and I am very happy we did so.

Fantastic experience: Harry was great, and was able to work with me from an athletic perspective. We set a goal, and he was able to get me back into my sport and training with no issues in no time. Recovery and future prevention was streamline! Very thankful!

Fantastic experience: I suffered from several large and painful knots in my neck and shoulders that made it very difficult and uncomfortable to do some of my favorite activities like climbing and skiing. Fortunately, after working with Harry and Debbie for a few months they were able to help break down the knots and then help me begin strengthening my muscles for long term recovery. The team over at Peak Form are excellent. Their front office staff does a great job helping with scheduling and billing, and the medical providers helped me get to a point where I'm climbing harder and stronger now than I was before my issues started.
