Fantastic experience: awesome! daughter had knee problem. went to Mark per referral from the renowned Bobby McGee. Mark her fixed up in three sessions! no surgery or other stuff suggested by others. also, had him look @ my shoulder. as a carpenter, i was wondering if i'd have to "hang up my tool bags". nope! good as new!

Fantastic experience: Mark Plaatjes has magic thumbs - his deep tissue work is painful but more effective in fewer visits than any other therapist i have seen.

Fantastic experience: Mark and the team did an amazing job when I had plantar fasciitis - I went from struggling to walk more than a half a mile to being able to run a few miles in just a few short extremely painful appointments. All their therapy seems to help, but it may hurt some, so bring your big boy pants with you. Totally willing to go through some short term pain for long term benefit. It is 4 years later and I am still healthy, but now going back for some soleus muscle work. Great place for athletes.

Fantastic experience: Mark is a PT master, if you have issues with your body, he's the man. I've had problems with my feet, he had orthotics made and it has helped tremendously. I see him a few times a year for a tune up and I'm good to go running, hiking and biking!

Fantastic experience: Two and a half years ago, I injured my Achilles. I was able to get it mostly under control by myself, but it turned into a lingering injury that never quite healed all the way. It never stopped me from running, but it took something that used to be a real joy in my life and made it just a little unpleasant. After far too long, I realized I wasn't going to solve the problem myself, and scheduled an initial consult with Mark. He was able to break up the accumulated scar tissue, leading to immediate relief. He also identified why the initial injury didn't heal, and corrected for this with custom insoles and a lift. Now, I'm running the highest mileage of my life, I took two minutes off my half marathon time, and most importantly, I'm smiling on my morning runs again. Five stars aren't enough. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: MARK IS AMAZING!!!! One initial consultation with him got me significantly further than 5 years of going to various doctors, PTs, chiros, etc. Within minutes, Mark was already explaining to me what my issues were, how to deal with them, what to avoid, what exercises to do, etc. He spoke in words that were easy to understand and even walked me through diagrams, pointing out my problem areas. The best part was, he clearly wanted to make sure I understood everything. He was so kind and helpful and I finally feel like I 1) have a grasp on what my issues are 2) understand why they are issues and 3) know what to do going forward to overcome them. This appointment was worth every penny and more and I cannot recommend Mark enough. If you feel like you're at your wits end and no one can help you, I'd urge you to give Mark a shot. I think you'll be blown away by how quickly he'll get to the bottom of your problems.

Fantastic experience: Mark Plaatjes is an incredible physical therapist! I have had plantar fasciitis for over two years. I saw two podiatrists, tried two different orthotics, multiple physical therapists, multiple types of physical therapy (dry needling included, Ow!), multiple braces, different shoes, etc. I spent thousands of dollars trying to solve this problem and Mark was able to fix me up in three sessions. I wish I had found him sooner! I will be going to him first thing if I ever have another problem. His whole team is amazing as well, Gene is very organized and friendly. Appointments were easy to book and having the running store there is very convenient. Payment was also very straightforward with an HSA card. I cannot recommend Mark highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I bought a pair of walking/running shoes and gave them 30 days...but they still didn't feel "right". Mark was wonderful in trying to understand exactly was wrong, and finally traded the same shoe for 1/2 size smaller. Even though this isn't their standard of sizing, he made it feel "right" for me (I love the new size and they feel great!). Very understanding, very willing to do best by the customer. Absolute top notch products, knowledge, and customer service.

Greg was very knowledgeable and never seemed annoyed that I kept asking questions. I got a great pair of shoes and will be a returning customer.

Fantastic experience: Mark helped me resolve severe neuroma pain in my foot which was preventing me from participating in my favorite sport - cycling. He also created orthotics for both my cycling shoes and for walking that have worked wonders - i just returned from a week long cycling vacation and was able to enjoy myself and not worry about pain.
