Fantastic experience: Forever Fit Physical Therapy & Wellness was a great experience. The staff was very knowledgable and took plenty of time to make sure I understood everything that I would be going through. Renee Eluma was outstanding! I always knew I was in capable hands. I received great care and 6 weeks after my PT, I still feel great!!! If you want an excellent outcome in physical therapy - Forever Fit is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: Lauren, the Administrator is very professional, positive, and extremely helpful. The outer office is inviting and people in various stages of recovery have left notes. ALL the Physical Therapist are well-trained, highly professional, congenial and work well with children to elders. They keep the space very clean! There is a variety of equipment that the PTs utilize for treatment. Forever Fit is also conveniently located in Bowie and not far from Rt. 301 nor Hwy 50E. I have been treated at this facility many times over the years.

Fantastic experience: The Bowie office staff was exceptional along with the service provided. There was a misunderstanding with receiving a communication sent but that was corrected and they reached out to inform me. Fantastic experience: All I have to say is this is the best physical therapy place I ever been too. From Lauren at the front desk always smiling and very welcoming when you first come into the office. She does a wonderful job getting me in with scheduling my appointments. Absolutely no wait time. Which I love. To the therapists Richmond, Tiphani, Renee, and Samantha helping me get back to where I used to be. They really focus on your main points and build back up your strength. I recommend this place a 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Due to radiation treatment, for throat cancer one of my side effects is scar tissue or neck fibrosis, which left me with minimum movement of my neck Forever fit staff was able to work out a program that enabled me to detain more muscle strength and movement in my neck. Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful experience! I was hesitant in going through physical therapy after my last knee surgery and prior experiences with physical therapy where the sessions seemed rushed and non personal. I am so glad that after research and stumbling upon Forever Fit Physical Therapy that I decided to seek their help. I walked in their doors at 60% mobility in my knee and leaving 100% mobility. The staff is so kind, attentive, and have great passion for the services they provide. I must give a shout out to Tiphani who was my personal PT for her concern of my well-being and dedication to getting me to 100% recovery. Her massages of my injured knee was outstanding! All 4 of them were knowledgeable and professional. I had hip replacement surgery. I couldn't do much from the start. In a few visits, I had more than 70% of my motion back. Fantastic experience: I just completed 8 weeks of physical therapy with Dr. Renee following my hip replacement surgery . Her knowledge, professional skills, and beautiful personality made this one of the most enjoyable experiences of my life and produced outstanding results for me. The atmosphere from the front desk throughout the facility is one of positiveness, professionalism, while still displaying friendliness. Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough great things about Felipe at the Bowie location. This was my first time attending physical therapy and I wasn’t initially too optimistic that they would be able to alleviate my leg pain that I developed from constant sitting due to remote work. Felipe worked wonders and my leg pain has been alleviated. He has even taught me an exercise regimen that I find helpful in keeping my leg pain free. Felipe has a great personality and an in-depth knowledge of techniques to heal any physical ailment. The physical therapists at this location are truly good, so I highly recommend this location. If you’re looking for a good physical therapist, they will not disappoint.

Fantastic experience: Forever Fit PT & Wellness is like family to me. The staff, management and Physical Therapists are phenomenal and extremely knowledgeable. I had never been in PT before until 2021-2022 and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Physically, I’m doing so much better with my legs, neck and back. I have learned so much about the body and how it works and forming good habits. The exercises that I do outside PT are so important. You get this information from your PT. You can even scan a QR code and see the exercises you need to do! Posture, walking properly and sitting correctly behind a desk is so important and leads to a lot of problems if you don’t do these correctly. My journey has been a long one and I look forward to coming to my biweekly PT appointments. The therapists care about you and take the time to know your issues and concerns. They welcome your feedback each visit to see how you are doing since your last appointment. I’ve worked with several therapists and I highly recommend anyone.!! Fantastic experience: Over the years, I've suffered numerous injuries as well as had surgeries that required physical therapy. Without a doubt, Felipe has been the absolute best physical therapist that I've had. He's done a wonderful job with manual manipulation of my shoulder which I had replaced a couple of months ago. He also doesn't just send me off to a corner to do my exercises as has been the case with some other therapy facilities. He closely monitors my exercises and ensures that I'm using proper form. He advances me to the next set of activities as I progress through the program. With his encouragement and pushing me to the max level that I can endure. I'm well on my way to a successful recovery from my shoulder replacement. Kudos and thanks to Felipe!

Fantastic experience: Going to Forever Fit was an excellent experience for me! Jessica was hands down one of the best medical professionals I've worked with as she is always kind, patient, and responsive to your needs. I was seeing another physical therapist at a different office prior to switching to Forever Fit and it was honestly a night and day difference. Jessica was able to accurately diagnose my issues, create an effective routine, making sure all my questions were answered, and she was able to get me back to moving again without any pain. Fantastic experience: I have had to obtain the services here on 2 separate occasions and have been very pleased with both the medical attention given and pleasant demeanor of everyone. Some places only use machines and probes but I truly enjoy that they incorporate a hands on approach to address your needs by incorporating a massage of the area as appropriate. Katie was my therapist this time and she was FANTASTIC! Caring, personable, professional, and in tune with what works for you. Hope to not need them but if I do, this is my go to place!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this PT and wellness center. Their place is clean and you can see that they've wipe their equipments after each patient is done using them. The atmosphere in Forever Fit is good as well. You don't feel intimidated, they're friendly, and you feel welcomed. Renee is the best. She is hands-on (very responsive) and analyzes your program based from your needs/pain level/progress. I've been to other PT centers but none can compare so far with how they treat their clients. I observed that Renee and the other physical therapists do not leave their clients on their own (compared to other clinics I've been to) and they made sure that you are doing it correctly (your form). My knee pain has greatly improved since i started. The progression of activities makes sense as Renee explains the rationale of such set of activities. Now, I can do more activities compared to when I started. I highly recommend Forever Fit Physical and Therapy & Wellness and I highly recommend Renee!

Fantastic experience: I LOVE Forever Fit Physical Therapy as I have received the best care and treatment there for a chronic injury off and on for the last 5 plus years and they have consistently provided excellent care, support and service! The staff and environment are exceptional! Even the interactions with the patients make for a good time as we laugh and motivate each other throughout our appointment. Even now through the pandemic I am receiving the same exemplary care, support and service through telehealth physical therapy. As a Cyber Security expert I am leery of social media and video sessions but Forever Fit provides a secure video session through Zoom (for more privacy I use a private webpage). In this intimate session with the therapist, (Renee, Jessica, and Meghan), guides me through my exercises - while doing them with me ensuring that I am doing them correctly. You have their time and attention for the 30 minute sessions along with next steps, exercises to complete between sessions and pretty much everything else you get in person in the comfort of your own home. Telehealth sessions will continue to be offered after quarantine as an option that can easily fit into your schedule avoiding traffic, inclement weather and not having to take off from work, even for consultations. For me it is another way to check in for maintaining my chronic condition once a month to make sure that I am still functioning and healing properly. If you haven't tried it, give it a chance as you will be pleasantly surprised and happy that you did! Tunisia

Mrs. Rizzo approach in helping me recover from my surgery was handle in a very professional way, using techniques that I believe give the highest probability of success and patient satisfaction. Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Jessica Hart at the Bowie office for about a month now following a knee injury. She is not only very knowledgeable and experiences, but she is also very dedicated and passionate about helping her clients. I had a pinched nerve in my neck which also caused shoulder and arm pain. What a difference the therapy made. I am pain free with full range of motion. Fantastic experience: I will be FOREVER thankful for Forever Fit-Bowie, especially the professionalism and skill of Clinical Director/PT Jessica Hart. My journey began after a near fatal car accident in February 2017. Jessica treated me for about a year when I was barely able to walk, while suffering from acute neck/shoulder/upper back pain. She was encouraging, patient, but most importantly, knowledgeable about the treatment plan that resulted in my recovery. Then ironically, I fell in April 2019 and broke my left ankle from a random fall going down my front door steps. While my physician recommended the PT office affiliated with their hospital system, I knew I was only interested in going back to Forever Fit. I called, and here I am again in good hands being treated by Jessica & team at the BEST physical therapy office in the entire DMV! Forever Fit-Bowie is the way to go!! :-)

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this office to be treated for several bulging discs that made sitting, walking and certain movements extremely painful. Since working with Maha, my pain has decreased drastically and I have regained my range of motion. She is very thorough when providing information and does a great job helping me better understand the sources of my pain. Sarah, who assists Maha and Jessica is a gem! All three ladies are true professionals, and very personable as well. They have completely exceeded my expectations and made an experience I thought I would dread --- enjoyable. Fantastic experience: Forever Fit was hands down the best physical therapy office I’ve had the luxury to experience. The amount of knowledge my therapists Renee and Jessica had on the anatomy of the body was mind blowing. I’ve been injured and had multiple surgeries due to my previous job, and this was by far the quickest recovery. The staff Toni and Kailan were extremely helpful with scheduling and managing your appointments. Thus making the overall environment professional but at the same time relaxing and heartwarming.
